Small family businesses that experience a succession scenario have complexities that go beyond family versus company management and require a more dynamic structuring to remain in the market. Thus, the proposal of an organizational structure for a small metal mechanic company located in the city of Nova Veneza, SC, is presented, starting from a process of family succession. In order to propose a suitable structure for the company, a qualitative research was used through a form where the employees filled out the information of their positions and functions. Subsequently an interview with the founder and his successor was applied to identify where the succession would impact on its proposed organizational structure. Through the research was identified that the employees perform equal work and must know how to operate all the machines of the company. In the analysis of the obtained data it was possible to propose an organization chart, where hierarchical levels and a structure of positions for each active member within the company were identified.

Analyses of protest dynamics in Croatia are rare, partially because until know it was not possible to view them systematically. Relying on the newly collected protest event data 2000-2017, this paper describes the main trends and dynamics of protest activities in Croatia in the observed period. It re-examines Beissinger and Sasse's claim about the absence of austerity related protests in Croatia after 2008. The analysis shows that though protests directly addressing austerity were relatively scarce, when the protest set is expanded to protests which demanded free public education, advocated labour rights, and fought for the right to the city, the prevailing thesis about "quietism" in Croatia can be challenged. The paper aims to relate some of the observed protest dynamics to Kerbo's distinction between movements of crisis and movements of affluence. Focusing on the period between the student movement in 2008 until Facebook protests in 2011, it shows that the student movement and "the right to the city" movement preceded Facebook pro- tests in formulating and expressing socio-economic grievances and articulated anti-systemic sentiment. Due to their strong organizational structure, resources and activists' "know-how", these movements resemble Kerbo's movements of affluence. On the other hand, the 2011 Facebook protests lacked organizational structure and continuous engagement and can be seen as movements of crisis.

Abstract The research into workaholism in individuals running small, family-owned businesses, among microentrepreneurs, i.e. individuals conducting business activity and employing up to 9 people, was inspired by the relatively high number of persons seeking assistance at a psychotherapy centre, classifying the ailments as workaholic issues, with n=64 respondents interviewed. The paper presents selected manifestations of workaholism, categorised into several key data areas as a result of qualitative research. Quota sampling was used to select respondents who were microentrepreneurs and who had been running family businesses for at least two generations. The results presented in the paper are part of a more extensive research project supervised by the first author, concerning the psychological aspects of running family businesses.

Seeing the rise of understanding of religion in the name of Islam, even though Islam is free from that understanding. One example is the understanding of radicalism which has influenced many children or adolescents, and one of the causes of the development of understanding of radicalism is the understanding of Islam which is wrongly implanted in children. Therefore, through this research, it is expected to know how to educate and instill a true understanding of religion in children, which results in emotional intelligence for children and can be a solution for education and even for national security. The method used in this study is a non-interactive qualitative research with analytical concepts. Then, the researcher discusses how to instill Islamic religion, namely by instilling faith education, worship and morals in children. In discussing religious understanding, the result that will be obtained is the belief about the true religion and that belief will foster a sense of being constantly monitored by Allah Ta'ala, thus making sincere worship of God and producing noble morals, for practicing what is contained in the Qur'an 'an and hadith of the Prophet sallallaahuAlaihiwaSallam. The emotional intelligence, according to experts, produces ten aspects, namely; understanding one's own feelings, being able to express themselves, responsibilities and persevering, understanding themselves, controlling themselves and motivating themselves, feeling themselves, perceiving self emotion, inner feelings, ability to feel self, and finally communication maturity. Then, those aspects can be linked to the method of instilling the understanding of Islam, it is then created the concept of understanding of Islam towards children's emotional intelligence, all of which produce things that are desired in a child's emotional intelligence.

This article focuses on the Rog factory in Ljubljana from the perspective of an active member of the Preserve the Rog Factory Group in 2016. It is therefore based on an understanding that has been formed on the basis of collective action, endless group discussions and first-hand experiences of cornucopia. More than the internal dynamics of the community, it is mainly focused on the relationship of the exterior to the building and the Rog community, as well as the context of the unwillingness of the municipal authorities to deal with the organic growth of the city. It explicitly refers to and recalls texts that have already been written, which toot the same horn.

This article engages with the theoretical premise of diasporicity - the local/regional specificities and workings of a given diaspora. Diasporicity is an attempt to extend the vocabulary of the concept of diaspora as an intervention against fixed ideas of race and nation. The article tests the usefulness of some aspects of ‘diasporicity’ by applying them to the settlement of African, Caribbean and South Asian Black British groups in Portsmouth, UK. The article draws on qualitative research, including extended interviews, and offers a social commentary on Black British diasporic connections that are distinctive to this city and, at the same time, contribute to an overall idea of Black Britishness.
