The purpose of this research is to create a Web-based Literature Culture Information System Besemah Pagar. Besemah Literary Culture comes from the besemah tribe that grew up in Kota Pagar Alam. Besemah literature is now rarely heard by the Pagar Alam people inside and outside the City of Pagar Alam and is also almost unknown to the public, especially Pagar Alam among young people today. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development. With the web-based information system program, the public will gain knowledge about the literary culture that is weak in the City of Pagar Alam, and also help disseminate information in the introduction of the culture and literature to the public at large to increase outside tourists in supporting the City of Pagar Alam program. Tests carried out using Black Box Testing with no error results. The results of research in the form of Web-based Literature Culture Information System Weak Besagar Pagar that can be implemented and used by the general public.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a place where students gather who have the same interests and interests in a college. STMIK PalComTech is a private tertiary institution in the city of Palembang which has 5 UKM. When registering prospective SME members, they visited the UKM booths that were opened by the UKM management, besides that there were several other obstacles such as UKM STMIK PalComTech activities recorded manually only from the side PalComTech STMIK Student Affairs, which contains the name of the PIC, date of activity, number, name of UKM, place, start, finish, number of attendance, meetings to, information, there is also data material that is not neatly organized, and monthly report collection. In order to support the recording of activities in terms of attendance, members and material taught up to UKM member registration, the researchers created a web-based SME information system using the Rational Unified Process method and in this study using black box testing. RUP is a method that uses the concept of object oriented, and has activities that focus on the development of the model by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are an information system that can be used, UKM members, and STMIK PalComTech student affairs that make it easy to collect attendance information, member data, activity data, material and announcements.

PT. Gomeds Network is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company based in the city of Gorontalo. This company has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave for its employees where leave applications are still handled manually, even though personal computers are available as a support facility for work activities. All of this allows errors or inaccuracies in employee leave data at PT. Gomeds Network. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based employee leave application information system which makes it easier for employees to apply for leave and get complete and detailed information related to leave, also this leave application can be done online anywhere that can be done. connected to the internet so there is no need to meet with the staffing department. The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Online New Student Admission (PPDB) as a method or method that aims to register online for new prospective cadets at SMK Pelayaran Jakarta Raya. With the development of Information Technology (IT) today, information about schools to prospective cadets without being geographically restricted must be conveyed through the website so that the public can easily access all school information. Admission of new cadets at the beginning of a new academic year, in which in practice the admission of new cadets is still done manually so that it cannot be done efficiently. With the existence of a web-based computerized information system, it is hoped that it can help prospective cadets in registering and getting accurate information so they can find out the effectiveness of this system. This writer applies the waterfall design to the building sketch of the information system for new student admissions, the waterfall method is a method that describes the design of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), where the preparation begins with analysis, design, coding, and testing. Data collection techniques by conducting field observations, interviews, and literature studies. This new student admission information system was built using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this writing is a web-based student admission information system that has effectiveness in providing convenience to parents of new cadets to receive all information regarding new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.

       The city of Mataram has not yet implemented a geographical information system regarding ad management in the city of Mataram. This makes it difficult for people to find information about billboards in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can provide information about locations, reservations and help the public to find out the distribution point of billboards in the city of Mataram. This system was developed by the Codeigniter Framework and uses the PHP and HTML programming languages, and also uses the Google Map API to display billboards. In this study using the waterfall method as the life cycle of system development. We use blackboxes and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) as system testing. The results of testing the black box function in the system are running well without errors. Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, this system makes it easy for admins to enter billboard data in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agree and agree as much as 96%. The questionnaire about the performance of this system from the user's side to find out and order a billboard in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agreed and agreed as much as 94%. therefore, this system is feasible to use.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kewirausahaan Pedesaan berbasis web multimedia yang menyediakan layanan publik untuk  belajar berwirausaha. Dimana warga desa yang kebanyakan  awam  dalam  penggunaan  IT  (Teknologi  Informasi)  serta  kemampuan  terbatas dalam  memahami  istilah-istilah  IT  dan  keilmuan  lainnya  yang  terkesan  rumit  untuk dimengerti padahal minat masyarakat perdesaan untuk belajar kewirausahaan cukup besar, dan juga masyarakat selama ini untuk mendapatkan informasi kewirausahaan belum optimal karena kemudahan dan kelengkapan dalam  penggunaan  teknologi  informasi  khususnya  dalam  pembelajaran wirausaha masih sangat kurang. Metode  pengembangan  sistem  yang  digunakan  yakni  Rapid  Aplication Development (RAD) dengan tahapan antara lain : requirements planning, RAD design workshop, dan implementation. Manfaat dari sistem ini dapat memberikan manfaat kemandirian desa karena kemampuan wirausaha  desa semakin meningkat dan desa memiliki kemampuan daya saing. Where villagers are mostly lay people in the use of IT (Information Technology) as well as limited ability to understand other IT and scientific terms that seem complicated to understand even though the interest of rural people to study entrepreneurship is quite large, and also the community to get entrepreneurial information yet optimal because the ease and completeness in the use of information technology, especially in entrepreneurial learning is still very lacking. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with stages including: requirements planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. The benefits of this system can provide the benefits of village independence because the capacity of village entrepreneurs is increasing and the village has competitiveness. The registration of new students is one of the routine activities which are carried out by all universities every year and data processing system assistance is needed to make easier the work of universities in processing data for the new students’ registration. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based new students’ registration information system which is expected to make easier for the new students registratlion committee in managing the data and also make easier for new students to register and get information. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method has several stages, namely Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The development of this information system starts from collecting data using observation and interview methods, making system design, development, and testing. The trial was carried out using black box testing which focused on functional testing. The results of the blackbox test show that there is no error in the new student registration information system.

The aim of the study was to create a web-based planned referral system (SIJUNA) to help manage referral services from public health centers to hospitals so that there was no reason for patients not to be served because the human resources and facilities needed were not available. This study uses action research with a qualitative approach and the system development stage using the FAST method. The system is tested using black box testing. The results of this study are the establishment SIJUNA that facilitates the referral process of patients from the Public Health Center to the Hospital. With the existence of SIJUNA, the operational needs of services are good with the types of outpatient referrals, inpatient care, and emergencies can be fulfilled by increasing accessibility such as certainty of service time with competence and the closest radius of the patient's location, equalizing and increasing the effectiveness of health services, nearest health who has competencies according to patient needs.
