Designing a system to identify damage based on damage symptom data, so as to get repair handling in accordance with the procedure using a forward chaining expert system, where the expert system is one of the computer systems that aims to solve problems by imitating the human mindset as an expert applied to one of them. Aircraft components that are frequently maintained and damaged are found, namely the landing gear of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft. In the process of making the damage identification system in this final project, the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling paradigm and the PHP programming language are used. From the research results, the landing gear damage identification system of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft using a forward chaining expert system can facilitate the search for damage and handling for users or technicians in dealing with a symptom that occurs in the landing gear of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft

The pattern of life that bad makes modern society must give up if it is faced with a kidney disease. Kidney disease can get worse because society did not have the time to do health checks, so kidney disease cannot be treated as early as possible. Therefore, the peniliti want to design the application of expert system for diagnosis of early kidney disease. Expert system on this research method using forward chaining rules where it is made into a form of if-then rules.  Expert system knowledge base consists of 53 symptom data, disease data, 75 6 data rules and 5 data treatment. System modeling method used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML).  Draft form questions to ask the doctor who made such direct symptoms that occur to users. The question is not shown all but will be pursed the possibility of kidney disease.  Android-based application designed so that these applications can be run anywhere and anytime as long as the application is installed in a smartphone with Android OS.

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) merupakan kesatuan organisasi fungsional yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat menyeluruh, terpadu, merata dapat diterima dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Aplikasi Sistem Pakar untuk mendeteksi penyakit kulit pada balita sesuai dengan data-data yang ada pada Puskesmas. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Extreme Programing (XP) dengan tahapan pengerjaan meliputi planning, design, coding dan testing. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case, activity diagram, dan class diagram, perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dengan database MySQL dan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dan Forward Chaining. Hasil akhir dari pembuatan Aplikasi ini adalah memudahkan pasien, dokter dan bidan mendeteksi penyakit kulit pada balita di Puskesmas

Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

<p><em>Prototype or archetype is the initial form or standard size of an entity. In the design field, a prototype is made before it is developed or precisely made specifically for development before it is made on an actual scale or before mass produced, it will feel very difficult if you do not have a compounding model to design a system. Therefore, to design a prototype expert system for diagnosing diseases and pests of chilli plants using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. The purpose of the implementation of this model is to meet all user needs for the software to be built. Manfaat dari model ini dapat membantu perancang perangkat lunak dalam membangun sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit dan hama tanaman cabai. The result of this UML implementation is to obtain use case of system processing, diagram activity, entity relationship diagram, and form input output design.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Nowadays technological developments are increasingly having a positive influence on the development of human life, including in the health sector. One of them is an expert system that can transfer an expert's knowledge into a computer application to simplify and speed up the diagnosis of a disorder or disease in humans. The purpose of this final project is to design an application to diagnose diseases that occur during pregnancy which is caused by the existence of these pregnancies to simplify and speed up the diagnosis of diseases experienced by pregnant women. This study uses the forward chaining method. By involving experts in this expert system analysis according to current needs. Users are given easy access to information on several types of pregnancy disorders and their symptoms, as well as consultation through several questions that the user must answer to find out the results of the diagnosis. While experts are facilitated in system management, both the process of adding, updating and, deleting data.

A PT. Astra Components Indonesia manufactures injection plastic goods to be sent to customers, in the production process the machines used are capable of producing several types of injection plastic goods, so that products can be provided regularly and there is a process of changing products or better known as the Dandory process. Found an obstacle that is an error in determining the order of dandory for production. Consequently, the condition of goods in the warehouse is irregular. It is detrimental to the company with the time, material and labour that has been expended for production so that an Information System is needed to determine the priority schedule for the replacement of injection plastic goods in this study taking the case at machine number A36. The system development uses the Waterfall method; the system description will be described by the Unified Modeling Language Modeling (UML) method. Data collection is done by observing directly observing production activities in the company as well as interviews with relevant parties, and for solving problems, the system will be assisted by Priority Scheduling method. The results of the research get an information system that will provide recommendations for items that will first be produced appropriately.

Dunia teknologi informasi berkembang pesat dengan dukungan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Unified Modeling Languange salah satu sistem yang bisa digunakan untuk standar pembuatan sistem informasi. Dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Languange perancangan dan pembuatan sistem dapat dikerjakan lebih cepat. Pada penelitian ini pemodelan Unified Modeling Languange digunakan untuk membuat sistem pengajuan dana anggaran. Pembuatan sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaaan dalam menangani proyek yang dikerjakan. Berdasarkan analisa dan pengujian sistem diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah para karyawan perusahaan dalam proses pengajuan dana anggaran dan pertanggungjawaban dana proyek. Sistem yang dibuat juga memberikan informasi mengenai pengajuan dana yang diterima atau ditolak suatu proyek, sehingga dapat membuat pekerjaan yang dikerjakan lebih efisien dan dapat mengurangi resiko kesalahan terhadap pengajuan dana proyek.   Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi, Unified Modeling Languange, Sistem, Dana Anggaran   Abstract  The world of information technology is growing rapidly with the support of increasingly sophisticated technology. Unified Modeling Language one of the systems that can be used for the standard of making information systems. Using Unified Modeling Language the design and manufacture of the system can be done faster. In this study Unified Modeling Language modeling is used to create a system for submitting budget funds. The creation of this system aims to improve the productivity of companies in handling the projects being worked on. Based on the analysis and testing of the system, it can be concluded that the system created can make it easier for company employees in the process of submitting budget funds and accountability for project funds. The system created also provides information about the submission of funds received or rejected by a project, so as to make the work done more efficiently and can reduce the risk of errors in the submission of project funds.   Keywords: Information Technology, Unified Modeling Languages, Systems, Budget Funds

Gangguan sistem muskuloskeletal adalah gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem tubuh sehingga mengakibatkan rasa sakit pada struktur tubuh tertentu. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang gangguan sistem muskuloskeletal adalah salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan gangguan sistem muskuloskeletal terlebih khusus osteoporosis dan osteoarthritis. Dengan menggunakanmetode penalaran certainty factor untuk menghitung nilai kepercayaan dari hasil diagnosis sistem, diharapkan bisa mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Selanjutnya, untuk pengembangansistem pakar ini juga menggunakan Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) dan kakas pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan prosesnya secaraterperinci, serta didukung oleh bahasa pemrograman yang java. Pengujian yang dilakukan, memberikan hasil bahwa sistem dapat menyediakan diagnosis nama penyakit, persentase dan solusi dari penyakit. Dari contoh 10 kasus menggunakan data acak, sistem memiliki tingkat akurasi 70%.

The background of the problem of this final task is due to the developments in technology and mobile phone or smartphone and also operating system in smartphone itself, such as Android. This design aims to make a mobile learning system design of Human Digestive System for science class at XI grade of Senior High School with android based. It is preferably in the learning process of biology, where the material is memorization. In spite of that, the lack of media used often makes children feel bored in studying biology.This final project was designed with language modeling software with object-oriented programming method which uses a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used was Java by using the Eclipse IDE. Trials have been conducted on the 2.2 emulator, while the implementation of the program is done on the Samsung Galaxy Young with Android 4.0.1. In general, the results that are displayed on the emulator and Young galaxy is not much different,but Android with a higher version has faster access speed .
