The state policy in the field of ensuring the socio-economic development and national security of the Russian Federation should contribute to the implementation of effective protection of national interests and strategic national priorities. At the moment, a stable basis has been created for building up the political, economic, spiritual and military potential of Russia, strengthening its positions in the formation of a polycentric world. The modern market economy, in a rapidly changing environment, poses solutions to important issues related to economic security, the importance of which is important to underestimate. This is due to the fact that the economy is the basis of the existence of the public, its social relations, as well as world politics. Therefore, the state policy is based on economic security. The complexity of the structure of international relations, the redistribution of resources in the world economy and changes in the development model have determined the changes in the customs sector. Thus, an assessment was made of the contribution of customs authorities to the situation associated with the possibility of economic threats in Russia, and the strengthening of foreign economic ties. In order to ensure economic security, the priorities of the customs authorities in the external environment and the need for their improvement by the customs service of the Russian Federation in all areas of its activity were determined.

Abstract. Current issues of international and national guarantees of economic security and some proposals for their improvement outline the developments set out in this article. It is stated that economic security is one of the most important components of national security of Ukraine and is its material basis. The concept of economic security is formulated and its components are singled out. The main international guarantees of economic security are analyzed. It is stated that, according to the main international documents, the state guarantee of social, economic rights, economic security in particular, is carried out gradually, within the maximum limits of available resources. It is stated that the case law of the European Court of Human Rights is an effective guarantee of protection of economic, social and other rights of citizens of Ukraine, economic security of the state. The main national guarantees of economic security of Ukraine are described. In order to more effectively guarantee economic security, a proposal has been formulated to adopt the Law of Ukraine «On Economic Security of Ukraine», which should clearly define its concepts, components, principles of provision, etc. The main threats to Ukraine’s economic security have been identified. It is stated that at the present stage of Ukraine’s development, the greatest threat to Ukraine’s economic security is an armed attack by the Russian Federation and the temporary occupation of part of Ukraine’s territory. Proposals for Ukraine to take measures to more effectively guarantee economic security (ensuring the functioning of the economy on the principles of legality, rule of law, stability, freedom of entrepreneurial activity, priority of national interests of Ukraine; cessation of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and return of temporarily occupied part of Ukraine; real and maximum provision of social and economic rights of citizens, improvement of mechanisms for removing the economy from the shadow sphere, elimination of corruption in economic and other spheres of public life, etc.). One of the most important factors affecting the health of modern youth is nutrition. Taking into account the timeliness of this problem, a research aimed at improving the quality of nutrition for students of higher education institutions of various fields of study (Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan) was executed. A software directed at studying the nutritional composition of the diet of students was developed, registered and tested. The development and implementation of the program were carried out taking into account regional features of nutrition of the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The food ration of university students of various fields of study was also evaluated according to food groups. The insufficiency of the daily ration based on a number of indics was revealed (according to nutritional composition and food products. The nutritional status of students according to the level of insufficiency of daily intake of nutrients in order to identify the degree of risk of abnormalities in the state of health development was evaluated also. According to the document of the Government of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of healthy nutrition of the population for the period until 2020”, implementation the development of a set of measures aimed at reducing the prevalence of diseases associated with nutrition is one of the main directions of the state policy in the field of healthy nutrition. In this regard, a conceptual medical-pedagogical model aimed at forming a system of values in relation to healthy lifestyle among students was developed. Currently, there was executed an evaluation of the effectiveness of this model in the educational process of the M. Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University. There was also been studied content of macro- and microelements in the venous blood of the students based on the changes in the quality of nutrition. There was also conducted analysis of hygienic conditions of students’ educational environment of leading universities in Ufa (the Republic of Bashkortostan).

The problem of ensuring the economic security of the state is quite urgent. This study examines theoretical approaches to defining this definition, as well as the structural elements of the concept of economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the economic security of the state and the development of strategic directions for ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation in the face of modern global challenges. The stages for assessing the level of economic security of the state are determined. Based on the existing methods for assessing the economic security of the state, a methodological approach to this assessment is proposed, taking into account the totality of macroindicators, industry, financial and social indicators. The calculation of the indicators of the economic security of the Russian Federation showed that the indicators do not go beyond the threshold values. The results of constructing an econometric model made it possible to determine the indicators of national economic security that have the most significant impact on the level of economic development of the state, as well as to identify internal and external threats to the Russian Federation. Thus, we can conclude that the economic security of the state can be represented as the state of protection of the national economy from external and internal threats, which ensures the progressive development of society, its economic and socio-political stability, despite the presence of unfavorable external and internal factors; ensuring national economic security and neutralizing all possible threats is the fundamental task of the state government. The level of economic development of the country as a whole and the quality of life of its citizens depend on the success and effectiveness of countermeasures.

The article deals with the issues of economic security of the Russian Federation. Economic security is an important system-forming element of the country of laws and the well-being of the population. The negative phenomenon of crime has a significant impact on all processes taking place in the socioeconomic sphere. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree of influence of criminal activity in the economic sphere of society on the state of economic security of the Russian Federation and the southern regions of the country in particular. The study is devoted to the search of ways to prevent crimes in the economic sphere, as well as ways to improve the investigation methodology. The methodological basis of the study is presented by the methods of formal logic (analysis, synthesis and analogy), general scientific (comparison), and specific methods of cognition (statistical method, typology method). As a result of the structural analysis of the state of economic and corruption crime in the Russian Federation and Krasnodar Krai in particular, the specific vectors of its influence on the living standards of the population and accordingly on the economic situation in the country have been determined. The trend in recent years, on the one hand, is characterized by positive dynamics in the form of a decrease in the total number of committed crimes. On the other hand, the proportion of economic and corruption crimes in the structure of the total number of officially registered crimes in Russia is characterized by growth. In addition, the damage caused by crime types under analysis also grows annually. This negative trend of illegal acts in the economic sphere damages the entire organizational and managerial activity of the government and negatively affects the state of national business. On the basis of the results of the study, specific measures which prevent economic and corruption crimes are proposed, the use of which will help to achieve the necessary level of economic security of Russia as a country with a well-developed infrastructure and an attractive socio-economic climate. Besides, the use of these measures will contribute to the normal functioning of the government machine and achievement of a high level and standard of living of the population.
