Companies must be able to compete, so it requires quality human resources (HR) and technology in the form of applications implemented by the company that can assist in achieving the company's vision and mission. This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources and the Millennium Pharmacon International (SIMPI) Information System Application on the Performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the population and research sample of all employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Surabaya branch as many as 85 people. The incoming data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS-26 program. The results of this study the quality of human resources has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, SIMPI has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, and the quality of HR and SIMPI simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk.

The research on the influence of the quality of software human resources information systems and user participation on user satisfaction in the Bureau of Human Resources Trisakti University. <br />The research purposes (1) Identify the effect of the quality of software human resources information system for user satisfaction as users of the system, (2) Identify the effect of user participation on user satisfaction as users of the system (3) identification of the influence of the quality of software human resource information systems and participation user together to user satisfaction as users of the system. <br />This research is descriptive and correlational research is to describe the characteristics of respondents and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. <br />The research was conducted at the Bureau of Human Resources University of Trisakti by respondents as many as 32 people and using correlational and regression analyzes. <br />The study found that the quality of the software (Xl) and user participation (X2) either individually or group have a strong influence and positive impact on user satisfaction (1J as the user s system. <br />From this study several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) there is a strong and positive relationship between software quality variables (Xl) to the satisfaction of the user m with r values of 0.584, (2) there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables user participation (X2) with user satisfaction (Y) with r value of 0.721 (3) The regression model obtained is Y = -2.125 + 0.304 software quality (Xl) + 0.397 user participation (X2), (4) regression models can state that the variable quality of the software and user participation is jointly affect user satisfaction as users of the system. It is shown from ANOVA test results were obtained Fcount of 22.642 with a significance level of F = 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, (5) The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.610 implies that, 61.0% user satisfaction can be explained by a variety of software quality and variety of user participation, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan sistem informasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja melalui pelatihan dan motivasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Lingkungan Balaikota Among Kota Batu yang berjumlah 2500 orang dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. It takes a strategic planning of information systems/information technology that isusedas the basis for the construction of an idea information system and in accordance with user needs.Strategic planning of information systems at the Library STMIK Palangka Raya using the methodology Wardand Peppard (Ward, 2002). Abstract. Library has one of important resources to obtain information for research needs. The quality of a library information system needs to improve promptly because the information is needed quickly and accurately. In order to present library catalogue data that can be integrated with all central and local libraries, the library information system of Research and Development of the Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Balitbang SDM Kominfo) needs to be well developed. The aim of this research is to design a prototype of library information system in order to present library data from central and local libraries accurately. Simulation tests are performed in eight research centers in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The test is performed to analyze the perception of the users about the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the central library and information systems have good quality. Keywords: central library, local library, prototype, information system Abstrak. Perpustakaan merupakan sarana untuk mendapatkan literasi informasi melalui hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang tersaji dengan cepat, akurat dan aktual mutlak diperlukan. Untuk itu dipandang perlu suatu perbaikan sistem perpustakaan Balitbang SDM Kominfo agar dapat menyajikan data perpustakaan yang dapat terintegrasi antara perpustakaan pusat dan perpustakaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah agar data perpustakaan pusat dan daerah dapat tersaji dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan simulasi sistem di delapan balai Kominfo. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi administrator pusat dan administrator daerah mengenai efektivitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah memiliki kualitas yang baik. Kata Kunci: perpustakaan daerah, perpustakaan pusat, prototipe, sistem informasi

The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of organisational culture, quality of human resources and motivation on performance directly or through work discipline at the Class IIA Batam Penitentiary. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire, such as gender, age and length of work, in order to provide a clear picture of the characteristics of the respondents. This study uses a correlational method approach with a total sample of 95 samples. The research tool uses SEM-PLS, and the results showed that organisational culture had a positive and significant effect on discipline. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on discipline. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on discipline. Organisational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organisational culture indirectly significantly influences performance through organisational culture. The quality of human resources indirectly has a significant effect on performance through discipline. Indirect motivation has an insignificant effect on performance through discipline. In the management of Islamic Education Institutions based on management, efforts are needed to improve the quality of comprehensive human resources so that the quality of human beings in Indonesia can adapt well with the development of technology and times (Mutohar, 2014). Therefore Islamic Educational Institutions need a system that helps consumers get information. The information provided aims to provide better communication so that the program of Islamic Education institutions achieving educational goals will become smoother (Yukl, 2017). The implementation of this management concept has 3 key elements including customer satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty (Kunaifi, 2016). In this case customer satisfaction with information obtained at the time of learning activities becomes importantThis satisfaction increases consumer loyalty at school. This study aims to provide an overview and information system that facilitates the public to receive better communication. This study also examines more deeply how information systems are able to provide satisfaction and increase loyalty to consumers of Islamic Education Institutions. This study uses qualitative data collection methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of information directly, in depth, unstructured. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Primary data sources were obtained from information in the form of interviews with related parties handling the Integrated Information System including the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, IT team and Principal. Secondary data obtained from data that already exists and previous and has a relationship problem that is examined includes the existing literature. The population of the research sample was the guardians of students in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques include interviews and Literature studies. Interviews were conducted with open-ended questions. Literature study is done by reading literature books, journals, internet and previous research that has been done before. From the analysis and results of the discussion obtained it can be concluded as follows: Integrated information systems have good benefits to schools so that schools can develop marketing and community trust as well-facilitated schools. The existence of an integrated information system can be an added value in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of guardians of students, students and stakeholders who are interested in the school environment. Integrated information systems always experience developments in accordance with the technology that developed in that year. Therefore, competent funding and human resources are needed in managing the system.

The success or failure of a company depends on the human resources in the company. The quality of every human resource is needed to improve performance productivity. The process of appointing permanent employees is something that is often done by companies, one of the reasons is the company's appreciation of employee performance. For this reason, the process of appointing employees is more professional, so a decision support system is needed to assist in selecting employees who deserve to be appointed as permanent employees. The method will be applied in this research is simple additive weighting (SAW). SAW method is selected because it is very simple, can determine the value of weight then determine the ranking of the results of normalization. There are ten criteria and weights for each of the criteria used in this research. The purpose of this research is to design and create a web based information system as a tool for decision making in the process of appointment employees. It is hoped that this information system will benefit for the company so hat the employee appointment process do optimally and the time is more efficient.

According to Permenkes Republic of Indonesia Number 1171 / MENKES / PER / VI / 2011 concerning SIRS that every hospital is required to implement an online hospital information system to improve the quality of services to hospitals. But in this case there are things that hinder the online SIRS reporting process, namely: (1) The internet network is often disrupted, (2) Lack of knowledge about SIRS. The author recommends RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. This study is aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study approach is a quantitative approach. In this study, there are 27 employees as the population and they are taken as the sample by using census technique which the entire population is the same as the sample. The path analysis is used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism have a direct effect on Employee Performance. Besides having a direct effect, the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism also have an indirect effect on performance through Organizational Commitment.Simultaneously, the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment support the Employees Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan.

AbstractAssuming that a formerly unknown quantity and quality of market data triggered a revolution in marketing information, we explore international marketing strategies and the significance of marketing information systems in the context of the re-internationalization of the pharmaceutical enterprises Bayer and Schering after 1945. Both companies faced an information deluge, and in both cases, distinct approaches to a modern marketing information system can be observed since the mid-1960s.
