So it is necessary to apply PSAK 45 and Human Resources (HR) according to their competencies to be able to produce quality financial reports. The research methodnused is descriptivenanalytical method. The unitnof analysis for thisnresearch is the treasurer of TK / BA Muhammadiyah in Ponorogo Regency. The datanused are primaryndata. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Thenstatistical analysist.used is multiple nregressiontanalysis. The results of this studynare: first, the implementation of PSAK 45 has a positive effectnon the qualitynof Aisyiyah's Kindergarten / BA Financial Report. Second, HR competencies have a positive effect on the quality of financial reports of TK / BA Aisyiyah and third, the implementation of PSAK 45 and HR competencies simultaneously have a positiveneffect on the qualitynof financialnreports.

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini untuk merancang Aplikasi Laporan Keuangan Masjid  sesuai dengan Standart Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK-45) agar laporan keungan tersebut dapat dipertanggungjawabkan ada akuntabel  kepada umat yang menginfaqkan sebagain hartanya ke masjid tersebut. Hal tersebut sebagai salah satu pertanggungjawaban ke padada masyarakat pemberi infaq. Tetapi selain itu pengurus masjid juga harus membuat laporan keuangan yang nantinya akan dilaporkan kepada takmir masjid dan kepada semua pengelola tersebut, sehingga harapannya laporan keuangan tersebut dapat disusun secara transparan sehingga tidak ada kecurigaan dari pihak manapun dan lebih-lebih sebagai pertanggungjawaban kepada  Allah SWT. Dalam penyusunan laporan  laporan akuntansi untuk entitas nirlaba telah diatur dalam Pedoman Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK-45) yang telah disusun oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) sebagai penyusun stantar laporan akuntansi, agar laporan keungan tersebut dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kepada masyarakat dan dapat di baca oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap laporan keuangan tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan pembuatan laporan keuangan masjid dengan aplikasi laporan keuangan yang  sistematis dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel. Dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dailakukan bahwa hasil dari kegiatan ini sudah mampu meningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan masjid yaitu berupa Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Aktivitas, Laporan Arus Kas, dan laporan Perubahan Ekuitas.Kata Kunci: Laporan Akuntansi; Akuntabilitas; Keuangan Masjid; PSAK45 Abstract: The purpose of this dedication is to design the Mosque Financial Report Application in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK-45) so that the financial report can be held accountable to the people who make a part of their wealth available to the mosque. This is one of the responsibilities given to the community giving infaq. But besides that the mosque management must also make financial reports that will later be reported to the mosque takmir and to all the managers, so that the financial statements can be arranged transparently so that there is no suspicion from any party and moreover as an accountability to Allah SWT. In preparing the accounting reports for non-profit entities, it has been regulated in the Financial Accounting Standards Guidelines (PSAK-45) that have been prepared by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) as a compiler of accounting reports, so that the financial statements can be accountable to the public and can be read by parties parties with an interest in the financial statements. This activity was carried out in the form of outreach and assistance in making mosque financial reports with the systematic application of financial reports using the Microsoft Excel program. From the evaluation results that have been carried out that the results of this activity have been able to increase understanding and skills in preparing the mosque's financial statements in the form of Financial Position Reports, Activity Reports, Cash Flow Statements, and Equity Change reports.Keywords: Accounting Reports; Accountability; Mosque Finance; PSAK45.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and partial use of information technology on the quality of financial reports and to test and analyze the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and the simultaneous use of information technology on the quality of financial reports.The variables of this study consist of independent and dependent variables. The independent variable of this research is the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and the use of information technology, the dependent variable is the quality of financial statements. The population in this study is the corporate taxpayers in the city of Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.The results showed that the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and the use of information technology partially had a significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and the use of information technology have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports. The effect of understanding the application of accounting information systems, financial accounting standards and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports is 23.8%. The rest is influenced by other factors, namely 76.2%, which were not included in this study.

This research aims to examine the relationship between KAP size, institutional ownership, and the audit committee on the quality of financial reports. 616 Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in 2018 became the population in this study. Purposive sampling as a sampling technique resulted in 547companies. Using inferential logistic regression analysis and using descriptive statistical analysis hypothesis testing methods with IBM SPSS version 25 tools. This study found that the KAP size and the audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Institutional ownership does not affect the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee influence the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that partially, KAP size and audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee affect the quality of financial reports. Further research suggests using other proxies, other periods, and other variables.

This study aims to analyse factors that influence financial report quality. Data collection was done using a questionnaire in Regional Financial Management Agency Aceh Barat District. The population was employee at the finance department. The data were analysed using multiple logistic regression. The result shows that employment of financial accounting standards (FAS) and government employee competencies are partially and simultaneously influence the quality of the financial report.

The quality of the financial statements includes the relevance, reliable, comparable, and understandable. The dependent variable in this study is the quality of local government financial reports, while the independent variable in this study is the region’s financial accounting information system. This research method is qualitative research with this type of approach theoretical studies that the methods used to collect data or resources related to the topics in a study. Data obtained from journals, thesis, books, and various other literatures related to the study. The results showed that the use of local financial information systems positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports.

AbstractBukittinggi city in financial reports in a few years ago still not meet the criteria of the value of the required information visible gain from the opinions of Local Government Financial Report Bukittinggi city. One of the guidance in the assessment of a financial report of the compliance to the regulation and the presentation of the financial report with the criteria that have been assigned. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the implementation of regional financial accounting system to the quality of the Regional Financial Report on DPKAD Bukittinggi city. Announcement of samples in this research are using Slovin method by as much as 77 respondents. Analysis methods used namely Rank Spearmen Correlation analysis. The findings of this research shows that the implementation of regional financial accounting system have positive and significant impact on the quality of the Regional Financial Report on DPKAD Bukittinggi city. This can be seen from the results of the assessment of the respondents against the implementation of regional financial accounting system reached 95%. While the quality of the Regional Financial Report produced DPKAD Bukittinggi city is very good with the level of the assessment respondents reached 90%. As well as the significant value by using Correlation Coefficient analysis Rank Spearmen reach 0,564.Key Words: financial accounting system (earlier), the quality of Financial Report

This study aims to analyze and find empirical evidence that the Covid 19 pandemic will affect the quality of financial reports and what factors affect the quality of government financial reports. The variables used in this study are competence, compliance with government accounting standards, external pressures, environmental uncertainty, internal control systems, and the quality of financial reports. The population of this study was accounting or finance staff who served in 48 SKPDs in the Central Java Provincial Government. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, this sampling technique was chosen because the study population was homogeneous. Analysis of research data using the WarpPLS 7.0 application as well as used for hypothesis testing. The results show that competence, compliance with government accounting standards has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports, while external pressure has no effect and environmental uncertainty has a negative effect on the quality of financial reports. Internal control is able to strengthen the relationship between competency variables and compliance variables with the quality of financial reports and weaken the relationship between internal pressure variables and environmental uncertainty variables on the quality of local government financial reports. The implication of this research is that the quality of financial reports can be achieved when the work structure has good competence, complies with government accounting standards, is able to anticipate uncertainty and applies internal controls properly.

The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the presentation of the An-Nahl Pandaan KPRS financial statements to Syaria FAS. This research uses descriptive qualitative research in which the purpose is to describe and illustrate the application of Sharia Financial Accounting Standards in terms of the financial statements prepared by KPRS An-Nahl Pandaan. The techniques used in data collection are through observation, interviews, documentation, and online data search techniques. The results of the analysis and discussion of this study indicate that most of the financial statement presentations in KPRS An-Nahl are in accordance with Sharia FAS even though only the entity only reports the financial position (Balance Sheet). From the An-Nahl KPRS financial report that looks very prominent the discrepancy is that An-Nahl KPRS does not make the six other financial report components listed in the Sharia FAS because the KPRS An-Nahl management itself does not yet understand how to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards.

This research aims to analyze and adapt the financial reporting of non-profit entities based on Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards 35 (ISAK 35): concerning the Presentation of Financial Statements for Non-Profit Oriented Entities. Namely the interpretation of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 1 (PSAK 1): concerning the Presentation of Financial Statements. For other accounting provisions for non-profit entities, it refers to the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) and Sharia Accounting Standards (SAS). Qualitative research was conducted with a case study at the University of Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo. The results of this study, it is necessary to change the accrual basis recording method with the double entry system, preparation of adjusting journals to then compilation of financial position reports, comprehensive income reports, changes in net assets reports, cash flow reports and notes on financial reports based on ISAK 35. Adaptation of university financial reports Ibrahimy based on ISAK 35 is carried out by adjusting the required account posts by Ibrahimy University with the accounts stated in the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards 35 (ISAK 35)

Introduction- This study aims to investigate the quality of net income and total comprehensive earnings from four properties or characteristics. The characteristics in question are persistence, variability, predictability and value relevance. The samples of the research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012. By employing sampling technique based on the criteria, 24 companies were selected as samples with period of data collection from2012 to 2014. There are six hypotheses tested by using regression technique. The results of the research show some findings, namely that net income is more persistent than total comprehensive income, there is no significant difference in the variability between total comprehensive income and net income, net income has the ability to predict cash flow and net income for the upcoming year is better than the total comprehensive income and the relevance of net income is different from the total comprehensive income both by applying price and return model. IFRS convergence financial accounting standards require companies that have public accountability in Indonesia to present a comprehensive income statement that includes the presentation of net income, other comprehensive income and total comprehensive income. The results of the research on the characteristics of net income and total comprehensiveness benefit for various parties such as investors, financial analysts and creditors concerned with the quality of profit that is characterized from 4 perspectives mentioned before.. For the financial accounting standards setter, results of this study provide information about the quality of comprehensive earnings.
