The problem in this research is the decline in the performance of marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang due to not being able to achieve the targets that have been charged. The research aims to evaluate the influence of incentive factors, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and work morale on employee performance. The population as well as the sample in this study were all marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang totaling 40 people (census technique). The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that incentives, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and work morale partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang and the adjusted R square value in the regression model is 0.628 or 68.6 percent of employee performance can be explained by variations incentive variables, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and morale while the remaining 31.4 percent is explained by other variables. This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study aims to determine the effect of Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Person Organization-Fit on Organizational Commitment to the Sempor Logarithmic Integrated MI teachers either partially or simultaneously. The sample data taken in this study were the MI Integrated Logarithmic Semporyang teachers totaling 35 people as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 22 for Windows program. The results of the first study showed that Spiritual Leadership partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Person Organization-Fit partially had no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Person Organization-Fit simultaneously have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of controlling, organization commitment, and work discipline on the employee performance of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dharmasraya. The data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Sampling technique by used total sampling method. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of variables on the bound variables. Based on the results of this study found that controlling, organization climate, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of employees of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dharmasraya.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational commitment and working discipline towards employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Territory. The analytical method that was used is multiple linear regression analysis. The amount of population in this study is 284 employees working PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal . The sampling amount is 166 respondens by using Proportional Random Sampling. The data was collected by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. From the result of the research, it is discovered that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,820 or 82%. This means that the variations in employee working performance can be determined by variations in organizational commitment and working discipline by 82%, while the rest 18% is determined by other variables not included in this research, such as motivation, leadership, communication, and training program. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the data processing result is Y = 4.182 + 0.420 (X1) + 0.615 (X2) + ei, which means that organizational commitment and working discipline are positively affecting the employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Territory. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and working discipline are significantly affecting the employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal. Partial Testing shows that organizational commitment and work discipline are having a positive and significant result on employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal. Meanwhile, working discipline is the most influencing variable towards employees achievement at PT. Telkom Access Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera Areal, with higher regression coefficient value which is 0,615. This suggests the company to give their attention to organizational commitment and work discipline, because both of those variables are positively and significantly affecting employees performance.
