This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Age, Profitability andLeverage on the timeliness of submitting financial reports in manufacturingcompanies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations aremanufacturing companies that have gone public listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) during the 2019-2020, which are 182 companies. Obtainedsampling used purposive sampling method. Based on this method the sampleobtained is 138 companies. The data were analyzed using panel dataregression with the help of the E-views analysis tool. Based on the results ofdata analysis that has been carried out, it was found that Company Age hada negative and significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financialstatements. This shows that the older the age of the company, the timelinessof publication of the company's financial statements will be lower.Meanwhile, profitability estimated by ROA and Debt estimated by DER haveno significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports tomanufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the stickiness cost, and how adjustment cost gave impact on stickiness cost. Asset intensity was proxy of adjustment cost in this research. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. There are 124 companies obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that stickiness cost occurred on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the results indicate the level of asset intensity in accordance with the level of stickiness cost changes. So it can be concluded that adjustment cost affects stickiness cost.Keywords: Adjustment cost, stickiness cost, asset intensity.

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Profitability (X1), Liquidity (X2), Leverage (X3), Company Size (X4) and Auditor Opinion (X5) on Financial Reporting Timeliness on Manufacture Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Sampling method used purposive sampling. There are 125 years of companies from 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data were taken from audited financial reports from 2012 to 2016 which published in www.idx.co.id. Hypotesis was tested by Logistic regression. The result of this research shows that profitability had significant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,041 < 0,05, liquidity had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,0,718 > 0,05, leverage had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,589 > 0,05, company size had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,364 > 0,05, and auditor opinion had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,652 > 0,05.Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Company Size, Auditor Opinion, financial reporting timelinessAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas (X1), likuiditas (X2), leverage (X3), ukuran perusahaan (X4) dan opini auditor (X5) terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Terdapat 125 tahun perusahaan dari 25 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik karena variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini ialah variabel dummy (variabel yang sifatnya kualitatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05, hipotesis kedua yaitu likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,718 > 0,05, hipotesis ketiga yaitu Leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,589 > 0,05, hipotesis keempat yaitu ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,364 > 0,05, dan hipotesis kelima yaitu opini auditor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,652 > 0,05. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of company age, company size, auditor reputation and auditor change on auditor switching. The data used in this study are annual and financial reports on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The method of sampling data using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. Based on the sampling method, a sample of 230 companies was obtained. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size, auditor reputation and auditor switching had no effect on audit report lag and company age had a positive effect on audit report lag.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of firm age, leverage, profitability, liquidity, and gender on corporate social disclosure. Corporate social disclosure is measured using content analysis methods based on GRI Standards 2016. This research is based on a quantitative method using multiple linier regression analysis. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on London Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data analysis tool used is the IBM SPSS 21 program. The conclusion of this study is that leverage variable has a significant negative effect on corporate social disclosure, while firm age, profitability, liquidity, and gender variables have no significant effect on corporate social disclosure. The results showed that leverage has a negative and significant effect on corporate social disclosure. Firm age, profitability, liquidity, and gender have not a significant effect on corporate social disclosure.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

Audit Report Lag (ARL) is the time length of the auditor completing their activities on the client is measured from the end of the fiscal year until the date of audit report was signed. Research related to ARL has been widely carried out in some countries, considering the importance of this issue. This study analyzed the factors that affect ARL on the Conventional Bank Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 84 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which submitted financial reports to OJK (the Financial Service Authority) in the period of 2013-2015. The data used in this research was selected by using purposive sampling method and analysis used multiple linear regression. Based on the analytical results, Profitability, Auditor Opinion, and Firm Reputation had negative significant effect toward ARL. Then Auditor Switching, Complexity, and Board of Size of Director had positive significant effect toward ARL.
