Abstract: This study aimed to examine the influence of the Islamic ethical indentity disclosure, agency cost, and intellectual capital to the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018. Secondary data were used from annual report were published on the website etch Islamic bank between 2016-2018. The purposive sampling method using in this research, so there are theerten Islamic banks are object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linier regresstion analysis using the SPSS 20 softwer program. The results of this study shows that partial of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure have not effect on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, the agency cost have effect negative on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, and intellectual capital have effect positif on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018. Keywords: Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost intellectual capital, financial performance and  ROA.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak Islamic Corporate Governance disclosure, Islamic Intellectual Capital, Zakat, Kinerja Keuangan (SCnP Model), dan Islamic Ethical Identity terhadap Sustainable Business. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dipakai ialah data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data content analysis terhadap annual report 5 bank syariah periode 2015-2019 yang terdapat di negara ASEAN, GCC & MESA. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Islamic Corporate Disclosure berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Business, (2) Islamic Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Business, (3) Zakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Business, (4) Kinerja Keuangan (SCnP Model) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Business, (5) Islamic Ethical Identity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Business. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi entitas syariah terutama bank syariah dalam pengembangan aspek kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan serta mengi ngatkan kembali akan  pentingnya konsep sustainable terutama kewajiban dalam penyusunan sustainability reporting.Kata Kunci: Islamic Corporate Governance, Islamic Intellectual Capital, Zakat, Islamic Ethical Identity, Sustainable Business. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Islamic Corporate Governance disclosure, Islamic Intellectual Capital, Zakat, Financial Performance (SCnP Model), and Islamic Ethical Identity on Sustainable Business. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data with content analysis data collection techniques on the annual reports of 5 Islamic banks for the 2015-2019 period in ASEAN, GCC & MESA countries. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Islamic Corporate Disclosure has an affects to Sustainable Business, (2) Islamic Intellectual Capital has an effect on Sustainable Business, (3) Zakat has no effect on Sustainable Business, (4) Financial Performance (SCnP Model) has no effect on Sustainable Business , (5) Islamic Ethical Identity has no effect on Sustainable Business. This research is expected to provide input for Islamic entities, especially Islamic banks in developing aspects of financial and non-financial performance as well as reminders of the importance of the concept of sustainability, especially the obligations in preparing sustainability reporting.Keyword: Islamic Corporate Governance, Islamic Intellectual Capital, Zakat, Islamic Ethical Identity, Sustainable Business.

<p class="Imar-Abstract">Covid-19 struck the Indonesian banking industry in particular ASEAN, through the weaker economic growth, which resulted in a slowdown in credit growth and eventually reduce profitability. This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of banks before and after the occurrence of a covid-19 pandemic and formulate alternative strategies to improve the financial performance of Indonesian banks. The study sample consisted of four banks with saturated sampling method (census) are owned banks (State Bank) listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the bank's annual report period 2019 until the second quarter of 2020 which is accessed via the IDX website. Performance is measured using the six financial ratios namely ROA, BOPO, NPL, NIM, CAR and LDR with different test analysis method (Paired T-Test). The study found that in the form of financial ratios ROA, BOPO, CAR and LDR pre and post Covid-19 pandemics have significantly different values, while the NPL and NIM did not differ significantly.</p>

Objective - The purpose of this paper was to assess the influence of Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) towards company performances such as: profitability and productivity of Islamic banks of Indonesia measured by ROA, ROE, ROI and ATO. Methodology/Technique - This research conducted purposive sampling method. Correlation analysis was applied to measure the influence of ICE on company Performance. SPSS 18 was applied for correlation test. VAIC was calculated for measuring intellectual capital efficiency. Findings - VAIC had a positive relationship to company performance such as financial performance and productivity. The highest value of correlation was the relationship between VAIC and ATO. The lowest value of correlation was the relationship between VAIC to ROE. Novelty - This research assessedthe influence of VAIC towards 11 Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of musyarakah financing, market share, and intellectual capital to financial performance on islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2013-2018. The research type used is verificative research by using Purposive sampling method. The target population of this research are 14 islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and the sample of the research are islamic commercial banks. The data used in this research are secondary data, which are gotten from for the book year ended December 31, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. The result of this research show that musyarakah financing, market share, and intellectual capital silmutaneously influence to financial performance. Partially, musyarakah financing has influence to financial performance, market share has influence to financial performance, and intellectual capital has influence to financial performance.

The purpose of this reaserch is to examine the influence of intellectual capital toward financial performance based on islamicity performance index of Islamic banks in Indonesia during 2015-2017. The samples of this study are twelve Islamic commercial banks that were initially selected by using purposive sampling method. Islamicity performance index is  used as a measurement of financial performance of Islamic banks which are consist of profit sharing ratio and zakat performance ratio. The analysis technique performed in this study is partial least squares (PLS). The results of this reaserch show that Intellectual capital has negative influence to financial performance.

This research aims to examine the impact of Intellectual Capital and Good Governance Business Syariah (GGBS) towards Islamicity Financial Performance Index proxied by Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR). The data used is secondary data obtained from annual reports and the GCG implementation report that was published by the Islamic banks in the period of 2012 to 2016. This is a hypothesis testing research using purposive sampling method with 11 Islamic banks as the object of the research. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and the result partially shows that GGBS has a significant influence on Islamicity financial performance index, whereas intellectual capital does not.While, simultaneous testing shows both variables affect the islamicity financial performance index Islamic bank. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan (annual report) dan laporan pelaksanaan GCG yang dipublikasikan pada website masing-masing Bank syariah selama periode 2012-2016. Penelitian hipotesis ini menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai pengambilan sampel dengan 11 Bank Umum Syariah sebagai objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang  digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap Islamicity Financial Performance Index perbankan syariah, sedangkan penerapan Good Governance Business syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Islamicity Financial Performance Index. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Islamicity Financial Performance Index Perbankan Syariah.

This research aims to examine the influence of Islamic ethical identity disclosure on Sharia banking financial performance in Indonesia. The samples used in this study were Indonesian sharia banks in 2015-2018 with a sampling method of purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 11 companies. The identity of Islamic ethics is measured using the index of ethical identities and financial performance using Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Financing to Deposit Ratio. The analysis is done using multiple regression models. The results of this study show that: (1) The disclosure of Islamic ethics identities has a positive but insignificant impact on the ROE financial performance with a significance rate of 0.984. (2) Disclosure of Islamic ethics identity has negative and insignificant effect on the financial performance of ROI with significance level 0.065. (3) Disclosure of Islamic ethics identities has a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of FDR with the significance of 0.018.

A b s tr a c tThe annual report as one of disclosure information made by a company. Purpose of this study toanalyze the effect of intellectual capital reporting performance to the intensity of intellectualcapital. Sample of this study are that the Islamic banking registered at Bank Indonesia inperiod 2011 to 2015. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 24Islamic banking which is 9 for Islamic Banks and 15 for Islamic business unit. The analysis toolused is WarpPLS 3.0 with assessing inner and outer models prior models to test data analysisis feasible or not. research aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, environmental performance and audit committees on financial performance. The population of this research is Manufacturing Company Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data with annual reports. Processing data using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the Human capital efficiency, Structural capital efficiency, environmental performance and audit committes not influences financial performance. While Capital employed efficiency affected by financial performance.

This study aimed to examine the effect of sharia supervisory board, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility toward performance of islamic bank in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, using secondary data. Data taken from company’s financial statement and implementation report of GCG which audited of islamic bank in Indonesia during 2014-2016. In this research used purposive sampling method, 11 over 13 Islamic Banking can be used as samples. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression and are processed by SPSS 20th version program. The results of the study state that sharia supervisory board, IC, and CSR simultaneously influence the performance of Islamic banks which are proxied by ROA. Partially sharia supervisory board has a negative and significant effect on ROA, IC has a positive and significant effect on ROA. While the results of testing partially CSR does not affect ROA as a proxy for the performance of Islamic banks
