This study aims to examine the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables either partially or simultaneously. The research objectives were arranged as many as 10 points. The research location in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province which consists of the Ministry of Religion office in Jambi City, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of TanjungJabungTimur, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Batanghari. This study produces ten conclusions, namely, including: 1). There is a direct influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained tcount (18,31)> t table (1.969), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. 2). There is a direct effect of work commitment (X2) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained the value of tcount (7.61)> t table (1.969), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that the work commitment that develops in the institution has a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. 3). There is a direct influence of organizational culture (X1) and work commitment (X2) on employee achievement motivation (X4). Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis obtained the value of Fcount (16.36) >Ftable (3.45), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meaning that the organizational culture and high management knowledge in the institution have a significant influence on employee achievement motivation. The conclusion of the study is, from the results of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that the 10 hypotheses are accepted, namely there are effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables both partially and simultaneously, both directly and indirectly. The research implication is that an employee's achievement motivation is strongly influenced by organizational culture, work commitment, and management knowledge, the better the organizational culture, the higher the work commitment and management knowledge, the higher the spirit of achievement in carrying out a job.

The research investigates organisational structure as a mediating variable that influences the transformational leadership and the work satisfaction of police integrity in the areas under the jurisdiction of the Central Java Regional Police Command. Police integrity is an important phenomenon, as it is the foundation for realising trusted, modern, and professional police personnel, as expected by the Indonesian National Police (INP). The number of samples in this research was 200 police members from 10 working units in the Central Java Regional Police Command. The sampling method was purposively random sampling. The Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) was used to test the influence of the transformational leadership and work satisfaction by placing organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. By the SEM analysis, this research found that police work satisfaction has influence over organizational culture (r= 0.49; p< 005), and the transformational leadership has significant influence over organizational culture (r= 0.37; p< 0.05). Organizational culture as a mediating variable has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.26; p< 0.05). Furthermore, leadership has significant influence over police integrity (r= 0.39; p< 005), and work satisfaction has direct influence over police integrity (r= 0.24; p< 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership and work satisfaction have strong indirect influence over organisational culture as a mediating variable against police integrity. Meanwhile, work satisfaction has weak direct influence (r=0.24; p<0.05) over police integrity.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between the exogenous variables of anxiety, confidence, and motivation with the endogenous variables of the performance of referees on duty in North Sumatra Province. The population in this study is the National Referee of North Sumatra Province. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method in which the national referees selected were adjusted to the criteria determined by the researchers as many as 50 national referees from various levels. The research method used is the descriptive quantitative method. The results of the data analysis carried out showed that 1) There was a significant influence between anxiety on the referee's performance of 0.854 or 73.7%, 2) There was a significant influence between self-confidence on the referee's performance of 0.842 or 70.9%, 3) There was a significant effect of a significant difference between motivation on the performance of the referee is 0.744 or 55.3%, 4) There is a significant effect between anxiety on the motivation of 0.841 or 70.8%, 5) There is a significant influence between self-confidence and motivation of 0.851 or 72.5 %, 6) There is a significant effect between anxiety through motivation on referee performance by 0.744 or 55.3%, 7) There is a significant effect between self-confidence through motivation on referee performance by 0.879 or 77.3%. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument method in the form of statements on a Likert scale that had been validated by experts. So it can be concluded that several internal and external factors can affect the performance of the referee in leading the match such as anxiety, confidence, and motivation. Suggestions for the referee to be able to optimize the psychological condition before leading the game, to maximize the task of leading the match.

This research is focused on the factors that influence the implementation of knowledge management at Learning Center Group PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)which are transformational leadership and organizational culture. This research uses the explanatory survey method, collecting data with questionnaire from the 54 officers as population at Learning Center Group PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The data analysis used is Path Analysis Model to identify the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The t-test and F-test are used as statistical test. The findings indicate that the simultaneously effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture is 0,5604 (56,04%). Based on path analysis, coefficient of X1to Y and X2 to Y both are positive, which mean that statistically transformational leadership and organizational culture have effect to knowledge management implementation, however transformational leadership is less significant. Partially, transformational leadership has 1,6% effect and organizational culture has 51,2% effect to knowledge management.

Employment is basically a problem which is faced by all regions, but its intensity may vary, based the factors which influence it. Employment exists because of investment and attempts to extend employment because of other factors such as inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, government expenditures, and PDRB (Gross Domestic Revenue). The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables such as employment, inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, investment, government expenditures, and PDRB. The research used quantitative analysis by using coherent secondary data from 1985 until 2015 obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) ofNorth Sumatera and Bank Indonesia. The data were analyzed by using path analysis model. The result of the research showed that exogenous variables simultaneously had significant influence on endogenous variables in each equation model. The variables of investment, government expenditures, gross domestic revenue, inflation, and interest rate did not have any significant influence on the variable of employment. Meanwhile, the variable of exchange rate had positive and significant influence on the variable of employment. Therefore, it is recommended that the variable of exchange rate became theattention of the North Sumatera Provincial Administration.
