Mudharabah financing is the core of sharia banks and based on the profit sharing. In sharia principles, it is considered as a characteristic of sharia banks. This study aims to find out the influence of third party funds and non-performing financing on mudharabah financing in Indonesia's Sharia Banking. This research employed quantitative research methods using associative approach with the type of secondary data. The data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, while the application used was WarpPLS. The results revealed that TPF has a significant effect on Mudharabah Financing, while NPF has not. This is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.63 and ap-value of 0.000 for the effect of TPF on Mudharabah Financing. Meanwhile, the influence of NPF on Mudharabah Financing has a coefficient of 0.13 and a p-value of 0.16.

This study aims to examine the extent of work discipline, compensation in mendeterminasi employee performance with work motivation as intervening variables at PT Cahaya Pulau Pura in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees as many as 160 reponden made a sample of a population of 268 employees, whose data were tested using SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the compensation relationship on employee performance.

This study aims to test The Influence of Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Variable Intervening is carried out at the Dtw Tanah Lot Tabanan Office. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population of this study were employees at the DTW Tanah Lot Tabanan management office Based on the data obtained at the Tanah Lot DTW management office in Tabanan Regency the number of employees is 40 people which is less than 100, then taken entirely, so the research is population research. (Sample saturated). Data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The effect of mediation on job satisfaction variables on the indirect influence of leadership on employee performance is partial (partial mediation), meaning thatvariable job satisfaction is not a key determinant of the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tabanan Tourist Destination (DTW) office.   Influence of mediation on job satisfaction variables on indirect effects Organizational commitment to employee performance is partial (partial mediation), meaning that variable job satisfaction is not a key determinant of the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tabanan Tourist Destination (DTW) office.

This study aims to measure the effect of training and work engagement on the performance of Mercu Buana University educational staff with work discipline as a mediating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. The analysis in this study used SEM where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.2.7 program. The number of respondents who were sampled in this study were 80 educational staff at Mercu Buana University. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in results between direct and indirect effects, where the direct effect on the training variable shows a positive and significant effect on performance og educational staff, while the direct effect shows that training has no effect on performance if it is mediated by work discipline, besides the direct influence of the variable. work engagement on performance has no effect, while the indirect effect mediated by work discipline shows the results of work engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mercu Buana University educational staff.
