This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), competence (X2) and motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota. The sample was obtained by random sampling method with 100 respondents from 132 employees. The data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t statistical test) from the analysis and discussion of the research show that leadership style, competence and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance and the simultaneous significance test (f test) of the analysis and discussion of the study shows that leadership style, competence and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota Surabaya.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and compensation to employees performance of PT. Sumber Inti Pangan, Tangerang. Data taken in this research is 99 people taken by random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and then the data obtained are analyzed. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it is evident that the leadership, motivation and compensation significant influence on employee performance. The variables that have the greatest influence on employee performance is leadership. With the results of this analysis, the company needs to further encourage and apply the appropriate leadership style because it proved instrumental in improving the performance of employees in addition to the need for the leadership of the company continue to pay attention to employee motivation as this will encourage a sense of pride and a sense of belonging and loyalty is high. The same was done to efforts to improve the provision of compensation, either directly or indirectly to improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of service, advertising, and publicity on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. The sampling method in this study using random sampling with a total sample of 100 customers of Bank BRI Syariah Stabat Langkat Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partially tested research show that service and advertising have a significant effect on customer decisions to save at BRI Syariah Bank, while publicity has no significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. Simultaneous testing shows that service, advertising, and publicity have a significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank

This study is intended to find the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. With the random sampling method the respondents used were 60 employees. With multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 23, the results of the study have a significant effect on work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV REGAR SPORT, Wonogiri Regency. There is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Regar Sport CV and there is an influence but not significant motivation and work environment on employee performance at the CV. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

Abstract This study aims to examine the differences in the effect of financial restructuring on the performance of group companies with non-groups in Indonesia. This analysis uses independent variables, debt restructuring, right issue and type of company. The dependent variable is ROA. The sample of this study is the issuer companies that conduct financial restructuring that are listed on the IDX from 2010 to 2016. 66 companies were analyzed using purposive sampling method. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, by testing the statistical test hypothesis t and Test F. The results of this study that there are significant and positive differences in debt restructuring, and Right Issue against performance group companies with non-group, which means that group companies are stronger in financial restructuring than non-group companies

AbstractThis research was conducted on the KPP Pratama Cirebon in the period 2014-2016. This research aims to test the influence of the inflation rate, the number of registered taxpayers and publishing letters against the forced acceptance of the income tax. The research method used is the method of descriptive with the quantitative approach. The sample used as many as 35 of the data selected by the method of saturated samples.  The statistical test used was multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, test hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The research used SPSS statistics version 23 for windows. The results of this research show the inflation rate, the number of registered taxpayers and publishing the letter had no effect against the forced acceptance of the income tax.Keywords:  Inflation; Forced publication; Receipt of income tax. AbstrakPenelitian  inu  dilakukan  pada  KPP  Pratama  Cirebon  pada  periode  2014-2016. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat inflasi, jumlah wajib pajak terdaftar dan penerbitan surat paksa terhadap penerimaan pajak penghasilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diguanakan sebanyak 35 data yag dipilih dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi statistics 23 for windows. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

The study sought to examine the extent to which directive and achievement-oriented path-goal leadership styles influence employee performance of coffee trading companies in Kenya. The positivism philosophy was adopted and the design used was a descriptive correlational research design. The population for the study was 180 senior managers of coffee trading companies in Kenya. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation while the inferential statistical analysis included correlational analysis, chi-square and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that directive leadership style negatively and significantly predict employee performance, R2= 0.035, F(1, 114) = 4.141,  p≤ .05, β = -0.153, p≤ .05. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that achievement-oriented leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee performance, R2= 0.161, F(1, 116) = 20.686, p ≤. .05, β = 0.391, p≤ .05. The study provided a unique contribution to the theory and practice of leadership by contributing to knowledge in the application of Path-goal leadership styles in coffee trading companies. The study findings led to the conclusion that the use of a directive leadership style in coffee trading companies can adversely affect performance and leaders should exercise caution if they have to use this style.
