This study aims to determine the effect of service, advertising, and publicity on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. The sampling method in this study using random sampling with a total sample of 100 customers of Bank BRI Syariah Stabat Langkat Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partially tested research show that service and advertising have a significant effect on customer decisions to save at BRI Syariah Bank, while publicity has no significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank. Simultaneous testing shows that service, advertising, and publicity have a significant effect on customer decisions in saving at BRI Syariah Bank

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), competence (X2) and motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota. The sample was obtained by random sampling method with 100 respondents from 132 employees. The data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t statistical test) from the analysis and discussion of the research show that leadership style, competence and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance and the simultaneous significance test (f test) of the analysis and discussion of the study shows that leadership style, competence and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota Surabaya.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA). This research was conducted at SOE Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2019. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with a total sampling method. The results showed that: Third Party Funds had a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneous Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

The puspose of this study to know effect of taxation socialization and tax sanctions on compliance reporting annual taxpayer personal taxpayer. Population in this research is all personal taxpayer registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta amounted 104,192 taxpayer. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling method as much as 100 respondents. The technique of analysis in this study using classical assumption test techniques and using multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of taxation and taxation sanctions simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance. Partially taxation and taxation sanctions partially affect the taxpayer compliance of individuals registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta.Keywords: Socialization of taxation, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of religiosity, integrity, and enforcement of regulations toward fraud in village financial management in Buleleng Regency. This study used quantitative approach which was using primary data sources that was obtained through questionnaires and measured with a Likert scale. The functionary village consisting of the Headman, Secretary, and the Head of Finance with the total population of 387 functionary village in Buleleng Regency were chosen as the population of this study. The sampling was the probability sampling method that was proportional random sampling technique with 168 respondents. The obtained data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the support of SPSS 24.0 for Windows. After being tested, it was found that the fraud in village financial management was affected by the religiosity variable (X1), the integrity variable (X2), and the enforcement regulation variable (X3).

There is an indication of the low employee morale as indicated by the increasing of employee absenteeism at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department). The company will always have to keep employee morale high to indirectly achieve the company goals. The population of this research is PT. Angkasa Pura Support employees (Logistic Department). The sample amount of this research is 50 respondents, while research method uses random sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of salary variable, job condition, job safety and promotion to employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department) Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport. The test result showed that t test is 2.110 > t table in 95% confidence interval (α = 5%) and DF = 50, which is 2.009. This means that t count > t table, 2.110 > 2.009, shows that the effect of the promotion variable (X4) to the employee moral of PT. Angkasa Pura Support employee (Y) is positive and significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. <em>This study aims to analyze the effect of commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers, and utilization of information technology on accaountability of village financial management</em><em>  either partially or simultaneously.The data used in the study are primary data in the form of questionnaires with a total sample of 96 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis which determined by purposive sampling method. The findings from this research indicate that (1) partially commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has a positive effect and significant impact on the accountability of village financial management (2) commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has simultaneous effect on the  accountability of village financial management.</em>

This study aimed to examine the affect of the wage, age, and number of dependents to labor productivity of coffee powder business. The study was done in Muara Enim regency by using primary data with 65 respondents as the sample from 181 people as the population. The technique of selecting the data was survey method with random sampling method. The technique of analyzing the data that was used of this study was multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method. The results of this study were: 1. The wage affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 2. Age affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 3. Number of dependents affected positive impact but was not significant to productivity. The most dominant variable of this study was age. So, the variation of all independent variables could explain the total number of variation of productivity was 93%.

The electability of women as Members of the Medan City DPRD in the 2019 Election is still not as expected, namely only reaching 12% of the minimum 30% stipulated by law. This study aims to determine what factors influence the electability of women in the Electoral District 3 DPRD Medan City in the 2019 Election. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of determining the sample using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was proportional stratification random technique (startified proportional random sampling), obtained 100 samples from 192,315 populations. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the variables of gender, ethnicity and physical appearance had a significant effect on women's electability in the election area 3 DPRD Medan City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis tests and partial tests, the physical appearance variable (physival appearance) became the dominant factor in increasing the electability of women compared to the gender (gender) and ethnicity (ethnicity) variables which were 0.622.
