Teacher performance is the result of work achieved when planning, implementing, and assessing learning in schools. The results showed: (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on the work motivation of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.242; (2) the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of State elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.238; (3) the influence of pedagogical competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.259; (4) the influence of principal leadership on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.207; and (5) the effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Medan City is 0.200. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pedagogic competence, principal leadership, and work motivation on teacher performance was 28.7% and the rest was determined by other circumstances.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that  Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. This study uses quantitative approach, expose facto method. The technique used in this study sample was purposive sampling technique. Researchers adapted teacher performance research instruments developed based on Depdiknas theory. Work-family conflict instruments use the theory of Dawn S. Carlson and Larry J. Williams. The level of teacher performance item reliability of 0.81, and work-family conflict of 0.71. Final respondents from this study as many as 50 people. Hypothesis test is done by using regression analysis. The result of regression analysis showed that the significance value of 0.012 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, then there is a significant influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female elementary school teachers. The result showed negative effects which indicates that the higher work- family conflict the teacher's performance in this study will decrease. Then the results of this study is a significant difference between work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. The magnitude of the resulting from regression analysis by 12.3%, while 87.7% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

This research is a school follow-up study which is motivated by the low performance of teachers of Public Elementary School013 Suka Maju for the effort to improve teacher performance by applying supervision. This research was conducted in PublicElementary School 013 Suka Maju, with research subjects being teachers of Public Elementary School 013 Suka Maju with atotal of 18 teachers. The data used in this study is data about teacher performance. This study was conducted in two cycles,with four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that in the first cycle the averagepercentage of achievement was 57.40% or with a fairly good category. In the learning planning indicator the teacher'sability is 61.11, on the understanding of the teacher's ability of 55.55, and in the development of the teacher's curriculum orsyllabus of 55.55 and in the second cycle the average percentage of achievement is 77.78 or with good category. on thelearning planning indicator the ability of the teacher is 77.78, on the understanding of students the ability of the teacher is83.33, and in the development of the curriculum or syllabus the teacher's ability is 72.22. Based on this acquisition, it can beconcluded that the performance of teachers of Public Elementary School 013 Suka Maju has increased after supervision wasapplied.

The aim of the activity is to develop pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in the area of aquaculture through training in making local wisdom-based learning media. The problem of partners in SDN Kupang IV Kalialo Jabon, is that the facilities are inadequate as a support for the learning process for students at Kalialo Public Elementary School, so that teaching applied by teachers tends to be conventional. Limited facilities and teaching aids such as media, solutions can be obtained by utilizing pond algae and shells to be innovated into learning media for science, social studies, civics, and Indonesian subjects. The method used in this activity is through training that is followed by teachers who have workplaces in the farm area. The target of outcomes in PKM is to produce learning media based on local wisdom as an effort to improve teacher teaching competence.Tujuan kegiatan adalah mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru SD di kawasan pertambakan melalui pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Permasalahan mitra di SDN Kupang IV Kalialo Jabon, bahwa fasilitas yang kurang memadai sebagai pendukung proses pembelajaran bagi siswa di SD Negeri Kalialo, sehingga pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru cenderung konvensional. Terbatasnya fasilitas dan alat bantu ajar seperti media, bisa didapatkan solusi dengan memanfaatkan ganggang tambak dan kerang untuk diinovasikan menjadi media pembelajaran bagi mata pelajaran IPA, IPS, PKn, dan Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melalui pelatihan yang diikuti oleh para guru yang memiliki tempat kerja di area pertambakan. Target luaran pada PKM ini, yaitu menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru.

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

This study aims to determine the implementation of honesty values as a form of anti-corruption education in SD Negeri 01 Tengklik Karanganyar. The results showed that in Tengklik 01 Public Elementary School had carried out honesty values as a form of anti-corruption education. The anti-corruption values taught in Tengklik 01 Public Elementary School include the value of honesty, the value of discipline, the value of openness, and the value of responsibility. Inhibiting factors or constraints are: (1) lack of awareness of students, (2) there are still habits of corruptive behavior. There are several ways that can be used to overcome obstacles and efforts made in Anti-Corruption Education, namely: (1) exemplary, (2) habituation, (3) giving strict sanctions. (4) competitions and resource persons (5) increasing devotion.
