This study discusses how an auditor with experience can carry out activities in the field of auditing in higher education. The Inspectorate General (ITJEN) is the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus (APIP), within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). ITJEN is led by the Inspector General who is under and responsible to the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The research method used in this study is broadly divided into 2 (two) types of methods. The first research method is descriptive method, the second method is a method using verification analysis. The first method is descriptive analysis using confirmatory analysis. The second method is inferential analysis which is used to find out the truth of the hypothesis, in this analysis using a structural equation modeling test approach, or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The use of these two research methods is inseparable from the setting of research objectives. The first objective is to describe the variables studied. While the second objective is to analyze the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The data source is the most important part and is the first step as a source of information for research materials. The data sources are divided into two parts, “Data can be obtained from primary or secondary sources”. Data can be obtained from primary or secondary sources. Primary data is data obtained directly in the field from objects or respondents who are made into the population and determined by a sample through a survey using a research instrument specially made in the form of a questionnaire. While secondary data is certain data created and collected by other parties or certain institutions, both published and unpublished. So that later it can produce quality audit results mediated by an efficient and effective audit time budget.

The unsustainable operations of producers account for significant carbon emission and subsequent adverse impacts on nature. This study aims to identify the factors that influence consumers’ green buying behavior. The research focuses on the exploratory testing of theories using standardized questionnaires and interviews. Using a convenience selection approach, questionnaire surveys were used to gather primary data from a sample size of 305. The sample demographic reflects people who often make purchases; data were also obtained from shopping centers and elsewhere. The hypothesis testing of variables measured via five-point Likert scale questions was performed using structural equation modeling. We applied closed-ended questions relating to green buying behavior for the convenience of respondents. The empirical result established the effects of attitude, perceived severity of environmental problems, environmental concern, and subjective norms on Bangladeshi consumers’ green buying behavior. Additionally, it was discovered that attitude mediates the association between the perceived environmental responsibility and green buying behavior. Therefore, the government should play a constructive role in educating the public and promoting green business initiatives through improved coordination and legislative intervention.

Over the last 15 years, public-private partnership (PPP) has been acknowledged by many countries as an innovative approach to the procurement of public projects. In the long term of concession periods, Residual Value Risk (RVR) is a structured risk system which would happen at any time in the whole life before transfer of PPP/PFI projects, but consequently causes the Residual Value (RV) that the Government takes over cannot fulfill the specifications. So the RVR factor system was identified through the literature review and a worldwide structured questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the significance of the identified risk factors of RVR. Furthermore, the formation path of RVR was verified based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Through the proposed formation path of RVR, both the public sector and private sector can monitor the risks to help improve the implementation of PPP projects and achieve PPP project success.

The development of the shipbuilding industry is expected to meet the needs of the Indonesian Navy and the commercial vessels, and to support Indonesia's marine policy. The purpose of this study is to see the Shipbuilding industry Competitiveness, the influence of Technology Transfer to the Shipbuilding industry Competitiveness, and the influence of the industrial clusters on the Shipbuilding industry Competitiveness, as well as to analyze the institutional model of the Shipbuilding industry Competitiveness. This study uses the descriptive analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for the model causality testing, and the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) for the institutional model of the competitiveness of the Shipbuilding Industry. This study uses the primary data, namely a survey of defense industry players, the national industry, the defense equipment users, the government institutions, the research institutes, and the universities that are determined purposively. ISM data are obtained from questionnaires and Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with 13 speakers representing academia, industry, and government. The results of the analysis of SEM state that the indicators on the industrial clusters, the competitiveness, and the technology transfer have a significant and real contribution to these variables. This research also shows that the industrial clusters and the technology transfer have a direct and significant effect on the competitiveness and the industrial clusters directly and significantly affect the technology transfer. However, the industrial clusters also have an indirect effect on competitiveness through the technology transfer to the shipbuilding industry. The results of the analysis of ISM conclude that the stakeholders involved have the greatest driving force, namely the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, while the important factor affected by the stakeholders in strengthening the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry is the Indonesian Navy Headquarters.

Many authors examined the interplay between gender and conflict management preferences, but those findings were often mixed and inconsistent. In the current paper we tried to explain those inconsistencies by investigating the mediating role of personality for the relationship of gender and conflict management. Rahim's inventory was used for identifying five conflict management styles, and Big Five Model theory was a base for assessing participants' personality traits. Data were collected from a sample of 1,055 working Poles (52.7% women), in an online survey. Based on the structural equation modeling we detected multiple indirect mediating paths of gender on conflict management via personality traits, while no direct effect of gender was observed. Despite some limitations, the study sheds light on the actual role of gender in conflict behavior and the importance of personality traits in the conflict management, both from a theoretical and practical perspective.
