This research is about strategies to increase levies of fixed assets / land in West Lombok Regency, with the aim to find out strategies to increase levies from the management of fixed assets (land) in West Lombok Regency. The study is quantitative descriptive, using time series data for 6 years, 2012-2017. Besides using secondary data, it is also strengthened by primary data which is collected through library studies, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis by identifying internal factors to determine aspects of strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors to determine aspects of opportunity and threats. The results showed that there were 9 strategies that could be used to increase revenue from user fees for land use, including utilizing scientific and technological advances, increasing the number and quality of human resources in managing levies, working with related parties, improving local government land certification, land inventory local government, increase land rental rates and improve supervision of land assets. The results of this study are expected to be followed up by the West Lombok Regional Government in order to increase revenue from the use of regional wealth that is getting better

ABSTRACT        Original Local Government Revenue is the income used by regional autonomy to fund the implementation of regional autonomy in accordance with each region's potential. Local taxes and retribution are part of local revenue. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and contribution of local taxes and retribution to the Local Government Revenue of Tasikmalaya. This research is a descriptive study using Time Series-type secondary data source. Secondary data comes from the 2016-2019 Budget Realization and Target report of OLGR of Tasikmalaya Region. The results of this study indicate that the highest level of regional tax effectiveness in Tasikmalaya by 2019 was 106.18% and the lowest value is in 2016 at 101.6%, while the highest level of effec-tiveness of regional retribution was in 2016, at 105.33%, and the lowest was 2019 at 90.92%. The contribution of local taxes to Tasikmalaya local revenue reached the high-est in 2016 with 88.59% while the lowest was in 2019, at 49.37%. In the other hand, the highest contribution to regional retribution was in 2016 at 11.4% and the lowest in 2019, at 3, 83%.. ABSTRAK         Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) merupakan pendapatan yang digunakan oleh otonomi daerah untuk mendanai pelaksanaan otonomi daerah sesuai dengan potensi daerah masing-masing. Pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah merupakan bagian dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan kontribusi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder tipe Time Series. This study aims to analyze and see the effectiveness of the distribution of the use of village funds in Kuala Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency and its relationship with poverty levels. The data used is in the form of time series data from 2015 to 2018 which is collected through primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by directly visiting villages in the Kuala sub-district. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), document review, articles related to the object of research. This study conducted observations of 10 villages as a sample of 17 villages in Kuala District. The analysis method uses panel data regression with the random effect model (REM) analysis method. From the regression results of the random effect model, it was found that the village fund variable had a positive and significant effect on poverty with a probability of 0.0000 = p-value α = 5%. Then the village fund allocation variable has a significant negative effect on poverty with a probability of 0.0000 = p-value α = 5%. This means that adding 1% of village funds or increasing village funds will reduce poverty in Kuala Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency.

The preparation of planning and budgeting documents greatly contributes to the achievement of regional performance. Consistency in planning and budgeting is an indicator in assessing the performance of local governments. The object of this research is educational affairs. Education affairs are given top priority for the local government of Kota Solok. It is intended that the budget for education affairs reaches more than 20% of the total regional expenditure budget. Types of data are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data are RPJMD, RKPD, KUA, PPAS and APBD and LAKIP while primary data is neglecting to interview members of the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD), BAPPEDA and OPD who are responsible for Educational Affairs. Assessment of the consistency of planning and budgeting uses the Planning and Budgeting Consolidated Matrix (MKPP) and the causes of inconsistency are interviews with informants who understand and know this. The results of this research consistency of planning and budgeting for educational affairs is very good. The causes of inconsistency in planning and budgeting documents are that the proposed Special Allocation Fund (DAK) was not approved by the Central Government, the intervention of the Government and Members of the Council, the existence of regulations from the Central Government. Analysis of the achievement of the performance of education affairs in the City of Solok shows that in general the achievement of the indicators of education affairs has not been achieved because the achievement of indicators according to each year is.

The fishery sector has a strategic role in national development. West Java is one of the areas with the highest fisheries sector because it has abundant fisheries resources and commodities, so that West Java Province is one of the aquaculture sectors in Indonesia. Ponds are a culture medium for freshwater fisheries that dominate most of the production in West Java Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development trend of ponds aquaculture competitiveness in the regency/city of West Java Province. The study was conducted in November 2020 – June 2021. The method used was a literature survey to determine the development trend of aquaculture in ponds in West Java Province. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data were analyzed descriptively. Primary data in the form of expert opinions as many as 20 people consisting of nine lecturers from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Padjadjaran University and 11 employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Java Province. Secondary data is in the form of aquaculture statistical data in ponds with the main indicators, namely human resources, facilities, facilities and infrastructure, production, and Science and Technology with time series data from 2004 – 2019 Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Java Province. The results showed that the trend of fisheries competitiveness in 2004 – 2019 illustrates that the movement of ponds aquaculture development in the regency/city of West Java Province is experiencing fluctuating changes, seen from the development of aquaculture production from year to year experiencing positive changes.

Kawasan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi ditetapkan sebagai salah satu kawasan strategis dari sudut kepentingan fungsi dan daya dukung lingkungan hidup. Ekosistem mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi merupakan salah satu yang terbaik di wilayah Pantura Jawa Tengah, sebelum dilakukan upaya rehabilitasi kondisi hutan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi mengalami kerusakan. Mengingat pentingnya fungsi hutan mangrove, maka sudah selayaknya dilakukan penanganan yang serius untuk mengurangi efek dari kerusakan ekosistem mangrove di Rembang ini. Salah satu alternative pemanfaatan yang memungkinkan untuk menjaga keutuhan ekosistem mangrove tersebut adalah melalui kegiatan ekowisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji potensi ekowisata mangrove di Pasar Banggi dan memberikan rekomendasi serta strategi pengembangan ekowisata di Pasar Banggi, Rembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survei dalam bentuk data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan penentuan strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove dan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi adalah keragaman jenis mangrove, kualitas SDM dalam menangani wisatawan, ketersediaan SDA berkualitas untuk ekowisata dalam upaya konservasi, kebijakan dari pemerintah daerah terkait peraturan serta perundang-undangan tentang ekowisata hutan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi, kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat, serta infrastruktur pendukung. Menurut analisi SWOT yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah: a)  Peningkatan pengembangan ekowisata mangrove dalam bidang promosi program ekowisata dan penguatan institusi sebagai informasi ilmu pengetahuan ekosistem mangrove (Skor:4,52) dan b) Peningkatan partisipasi stakeholder terhadap pengembangan ekowisata mangrove yang berkelanjutan untuk peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pengunjung (Skor:3,29). The mangrove area in Pasar Banggi Village  is designated as one of the strategic region, as the point of importance of function and living environmental support. Mangrove ecosystem in Pasar Banggi Village is the best one area in Pantura, Central Java. Actually, Pasar Banggi Village’s condition was suffered damage before any efforts of rehabilitation of mangrove forest. Regarding the importance of the function of mangrove forests, there is a must doing a serious action to reduce the damage effects to the mangrove’s ecosystem in Rembang. One of the utilization alternative that can be used to maintain the integrity of the mangrove ecosystem is through ecotourism activities. The purpose of this research is examining the potential of ecotourism in Pasar Banggi Village and giving recommendation with ecotourism development strategy. Method which is used in this research is explorative descriptive.The collecting data method using survey method in form of primary data and secondary data. Then take the decision about the mangrove ecotourism development strategy and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis, after the data were obtained. The research results shows that the factors that affects the mangrove ecotourism development in Pasar Banggi Village is kind of types of mangroves, human resources’ quality while dealing with tourists or visitors, the availability of qualified nature resources for ecotourism, in effort of conservation, a policy of regional government related regulations and law about mangrove forest ecotourism in Pasar Banggi Village, community’s socio-economic conditions, also supporting infrastructure. According to the SWOT analysis, the top concerning priority are: a) mangrove ecotourism raising development in the field of ecotourism program promotion and institution strengthening as the mangrove ecosystem knowledge information (Score: 4.52) and b) Raising stakeholders’ participation toward the sustainable mangrove ecotourism development for improving service toward visitors (Score: 3.29)

This research was motivated by the development of tourism in the district of Tanah Datar in recent years has decreased mainly attraction of natural scenery. This study aims to determine what strategies can be done in the development of attractions panorama in Tanah Datar. This research is classified in a qualitative study using SWOT analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Mechanical withdrawal informants using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data consisting of; extension of participation, diligence in observation, and triangulation. The results show that the strategy can be done to tourism development Panorama in Tanah Datar, among others; 1) Publish that some panoramas in Tanah Datar has used biased historical attractions history. 2) Increase the promotion via its website and location map attractions Tanah Datar. 3) Perform pruning of pine trees that have been blocking the view. 4) Improved cooperation between the Regional Government (Department of Tourism, Wali Nagari with business attractions. 5) Local governments must be able to draw up a budget to allocate infrastructure and maintenance so as to increase the waiter towards tourists.Keywords: Development, attractions, Panorama

Regional economic growth is essentially a series of businesses and policies aimed atimproving economic relations from the primary sector to the secondary and tertiarysectors. Economic development is a policy focused on improving people's livingstandards, expanding employment, declaring revenue sharing and improving regionalrelationships among regions. The balance of development in North Badung and SouthBadung is often a discourse. The synergy of the tourism and agriculture sectors is theanswer to making this happen. This study aimed to identify superior and non-superiorcommodities as well as formulate a strategy of developing superior commodities inPetang District. The data used were secondary data in the form of time series data oragricultural production data of Badung Regency and Petang District in 2011-2015. Thedata were collected by document study and in-depth interviews, analyzed by LocationQuotient (LQ) and SWOT analysis method. The result of the analysis shows that foodcommodities belonging to the main commodities are corn, peanut, sweet potato, cassavaand asparagus while the rice commodity is included in non-commodity commodity.Plantation commodities included in the main commodities are coffee, cloves andvanilla, while coconut and cocoa are included in non-commodity commodities. Strategicdevelopment of superior commodities that need to be taken is to explore the potential ofnatural resources and improve the quality of human resources for the development ofsuperior commodities in Petang District.

The level of competitiveness is one of the parameters in the concept of sustainability. The fisheries sector has a strategic role in national development, one of which is aquaculture. Ponds aquaculture is the most widespread in the province of West Java. So that fishery production in West Java is mostly dominated by production from ponds and has the opportunity to be developed when viewed from the productivity achieved at this time which is already quite high. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness profile of ponds aquaculture in the regency/city of West Java Province. The study was conducted in November 2020 – June 2021. The method used was a literature survey to determine the competitiveness of aquaculture in ponds in West Java Province. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data were analyzed descriptively. Primary data in the form of expert opinions. Secondary data is in the form of aquaculture statistical data in ponds with the main indicators, namely human resources, facilities, facilities and infrastructure, production, and Science and Technology with time series data from 2004 – 2019 Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Java Province. The results showed that the competitiveness profile of aquaculture in ponds in 2019 in West Java Province with the first rank of very high competitiveness was occupied by Ciamis Regency because it was superior in human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and production, the second rank of high competitiveness is occupied by Bogor Regency because it was superior in production, the third rank of high competitiveness is occupied by Indramayu Regency because it was superior in production and the application of science and technology.

Investment in the capital market every manager needs to analyze to make decisions so that the right target to produce profits in accordance with what is expected. For that, we need a way to predict the decisions that will be taken in the future. The research objective is to find the best model and forecasting of the composite stock price index (CSPI). Data analysis technique The ARIMA Model time series data from historical data is the basis for forecasting. Secondary data is the closing price of the JCI on July 16 2018 to July 16 2019 to see how accurate the forecasting is done on the actual data at that time. The results of the study that the best Arima model is Arima 2.1.2 with an R-squared value of 0.014500, Schwarz criterion 10.83497 and Akaike info criterion of 10.77973. Results of forecasting actual data are 6394,609, dynamic forecast 6387,551 selisish -7,05799, statistics forecas 6400,653 difference of 6,043909. For investors or the public can use the ARIMA method to be able to predict or predict the capital market that will occur in the next period.
