This research examined the influence of interpersonal communication, medicalfacilities, trust and word of mouth (WOM) outpatients in Mataram City Hospital.Specifically, the objectives of this research was to determine the significance effect of theinterpersonal communication and medical facilities toward the trust and WOM outpatientsin Mataram City Hospital. The samples using purposive sampling method. Respondentswere public patients undergoing outpatient treatment and patients who had more than twotimes in poly Mataram City Hospital. This research uses the path analysis with theapplication Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed thatinterpersonal communication positive and significant effect toward the trust, medicalfacilities positive and significant effect toward the trust, interpersonal communicationpositive and significant effect toward WOM, medical facilities are not exhibited significantlypositive effect toward WOM, trust were positive and significant effect toward WOM,interpersonal communication positive and significant effect toward WOM through trust, aswell as medical facilities significant and positive effect toward WOM through trustoutpatients in Mataram City Hospital.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Medical Facilities, Trust,and Word Of Mouth(WOM).

The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, and the promotion of emotions, to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions on impulse buying, to explain the role of emotions as mediating the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying at Hypermart Mall Bali consumers. Galeria. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria and had done Impulse Buying. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study were 108 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that the retail atmosphere, and promotion has a positive effect on emotions. Retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions have a positive effect on impulse buying. Emotions mediate the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying on Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria consumers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on word of mouth and buying decisions, the effect of word of mouth on buying decisions and the role of word of mouth mediating the effect of product quality on Georgioswomen's product buying decisions in Denpasar. The study was conducted on 100 female in Denpasar who had made purchases on Georgioswomen. The number of respondents was determined using a purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining samples with certain considerations. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis techniques (path analysis) and Sobel test. The test results state that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, word of mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, and word of mouth variables significantly mediate the effect of product quality against buying decisions. This research titled “Enchancement Model of Purchase Decision to Instagram Online ShoppingMedia Through Shopping Orientation, Web Quality, Price, and Word of Mouth Communications.”The development of technology is increasing nowadays, with this technology, it makesconsumers easy to do an online transaction like to buy items or services. This research intendsto test influence of shopping orientation, price against the influence of purchase decision throughword of mouth communication survey to consumer in semarang who do an online purchasetransaction. There are 100 respondets of consumers who live in semarang and do an onlinepurchase transaction with purposive sampling method using path analysis. This study aims to know 1) the influence E-Word of Mouth to E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 2) the influence E-Word of Mouth toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 3) the influence E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada. The type of study is causal research. The population in this study are Universitas Negeri Padang students who once using marketplace Lazada. The sampling techniques using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method and sample size of 100 respondens by using the formula of Cochran’s. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) using SPSS version 21. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether capital structure influences firm size, firm size influences firm value, capital structure influences firm value with firm size as an intervening variable.This study sampled manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in conducting this research is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. During the 2016-2018 period, there were 81 samples in the property sector. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. Namely the sampling method determined by researchers in accordance with certain criteria. Property sector companies are 29 sample companies. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study include (1) Company size has significant positive effect on firm value, (2) company size has significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) capital structure has significant positive effect on firm value, (4) Company size has significant positive effect on company value with Capital Structure as an intervening variable.Keywords: company size, company value,  capital structure ,path analysisABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah struktur modal berpengaruh tehadap ukuran perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaann, struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap  nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengambil  sampel perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis data  yang digunakan  dalam melakukan penelitian ini merupakaan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Selama periode 2016-2018, terdapat 81 sampel disektor property. Metode penentuan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Yaitu metode pengambilan sampel yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu. Perusahaan sektor property adalah 29 sampel perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian meliputi (1) Ukuran Perusahaan  berpengaruh positif  signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, (3) struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai  perusahaan, (4) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Struktur Modal sebagai variabel intervening.Kata kunci: ukuran perusahaan , nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, path  Analysis

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and company growth on company value, with profitability as the intervening variable, in the finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study was all finance companies listed on IDX for the period of 2015 and 2016. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the sample consisted of 12 finance companies. Data used were financial data sourced from the website of IDX. Data were analyzed using path analysis with two equations, i.e., the factors affecting company value and the factors affecting company profitability. Results of the study showed that debt policy, dividend policy, company growth, and profitability have no significant effect on company value. This study also found that debt policy and company growth  have no significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy significantly affects profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying e-filing to taxpayer reporting compliance with the use of social media as a moderating variable. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires taken directly through filling out questionnaires distributed via online media using Google Form. The sampling method in this study uses a purposive sampling method with taxpayer criteria using social media. The results showed that the application of e-filing had a significant positive effect on compliance with taxpayer reporting while the use of social media was not able to moderate the effect of e-filing on taxpayer reporting compliance.

Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.
