This paper tries to show a present vision in teacher´s training based on communication and information technologies (CIT) and to present an example of how a diagnostic questionnaire is drawn up to detect teachers-to-be´s needs and knowledge in different subjects. The useful aspects of these technologies are evident. That´s why the future teacher needs to have a knowledge of critical aspects and to show their advantages and disadvantages, because the communication and information technologies are not only a simple didactic tool, but also resources to learn, which help the teaching process for the teacher and the learning process for the student.

The draft of entrepreneurship curriculum design in monolithic program of PGSD Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), an entrepreneurship-based curriculum design which will be internalized in the course of PKN and all student activities activities both inside and outside the campus so as to provide the impact that affects the life skills of students after graduating from college. This research uses the research and development approach of the Dick and Carey development model through step 1 analysis which contains three procedural steps in the Dick and Carey development model among which analyzes the need to identify the purpose of developing the design of the entrepreneurship curriculum monolithics on the subject of Civics (asses needs to identity goals), analyze instructional analysis, analyze learners and contexts, 2) develop, design, and 4) implementation (implementation). Based on result of trial I with average score 4,1 with good criterion and trial II with average score 4.5 with very good criterion which have been conducted in this research found new data that course of PKn in Prodi PGSD will can run more interesting if the lecturers are interested in doing a development in the learning process. Such as by using the learning system of Civics courses with the integration of entrepreneurship character in monolithic. This is shown so that the students to have an interest in the process of learning Civics and at the time of learning Civics not only learn the theory materials, but also can learn about the character values. This research begun from the students’ problems in understanding the English structure at the first semester of English Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Madura Islamic University (UIM) Pamekasan. From the data, it showed that most of students did not achieve the target score 75 (B), it was only 43.75% students. These problems occurred because 1) they used to memorize the pattern of English structure, 2) they seldom practice it in spoken or written, 3) they felt afraid of making mistakes. Concerning with these, the researcher tried to solve by implementing an appropriate strategy, it is SAVI (SOMATIC, AUDITORY, VISUAL AND INTELLECTUAL) which was introduced by Dave Meire. The research design is Classroom Action Research (CAR). It was done in two cycles with four steps; planning, acting, observing and reflecting. After conducting the research, there were significant improvements of students’ score. From the data, in the preliminary study, there were only 43.75% who achieved the target score. After implementing SAVI in the cycle I, there were improvement of students score, it was 62.5% students who achieved the target score. In cycle II, there were 87.5% students. From the data above, it could be concluded that implementing SAVI is success because it achieved the target score, it is more than 85% students got 75 (B).
