The Strategic Areas of Teluk Bima and Teluk Saleh on Sumbawa Island have potential natural resources for regional economic development. Through the determination of the Teluk Bima and Teluk Saleh areas as National Strategic Areas, it is expected that economic growth in this region will develop significantly, so that regulations are needed from the aspects of planning, utilization and control of space to support various infrastructure activities and other sector activities in the context of realizing a safe, comfortable space, productive and sustainable. This study aims to analyze the suitability of space as a national strategic area. Data was collected through library research and searching for data and information on institutions related to the FGD approach. Space suitability analysis using Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The results show that the Teluk Bima Bay and Teluk Saleh area (called Bima and Sumbawa Andalan) is worthy of being a national strategic area, with the leading sectors of tourism, industry and fisheries, so that it is important to prepare the Spatial Planning of the Strategic area.

Abstract - Development Telecommunication Tower growth cannot be avoided. Accordingly, the local government makes local regulations on Planning and Control of Telecommunication Tower to avoid illegal construction of Telecommunication Tower because makes a reduction in open land and also reduces the aesthetic value of the spatial region. The researcher conducted a study on the implementation of methods haversine on a geographic information system is expected to simplify the process of distance measurements for the determination of Telecommunication Tower towards he elliptical shape of the earth. There are several factors affect the determination of the best location for schools, however, it is very difficult to satisfy by one method for location determination. These factors can be classified to environmental, economic, technical and political social demands. In this study, a frame work, depended on analytic hierarchy process, for determination of the best location an ArcGIS10.1 software was applied to deal with geographical information system and uncertainty situations. Nine sets were used in this study: distance from emergency facilities, distance from existing schools, distance from roads, distance from rivers, distance from railway, distance from land use, distance from gas pipe and population density. Four scores then were found depending on normalizing of the nine sets: Unsuitable, Less Suitable, Suitable and Most Suitable areas. This research aims to find the best locations for primary schools by creating a model which applied into construction and making digital maps and hard copy for the schools that can be updated with demanded. Using GIS will make a huge development in selecting the locations of new schools and also can be applied in different other sectors.

ABSTRACTZoning regulations for spatial planning in Indonesia are an integral part of the Spatial Detail Plan. The zoning regulation serves as a technical reference for the utilization and control of spatial utilization. This is done to maintain the use of space that develops in accordance with the characteristics of the zone and to minimize negative impacts. Traditional Chinatown settlements have certain characteristics that develop according to historical and spiritual factors of the community. Behind this characteristic is a meaning that is considered very important for this community, so that it cannot be arbitrarily arranged. This paper examines zoning regulations implemented in the Semarang Chinatown area and how far the local characteristics of the zone are used as a consideration of planning zoning regulations for spatial use in the region. This paper uses a rationalistic qualitative deductive approach with empirical description techniques. Some important findings identified from this paper are: first zoning regulations applied in the Spatial Detail Plan are still minimal and limited to the determination of spatial functions, the network system that serves related to the basic coefficient of build, height of the building. Both unique characteristics that must be considered in zoning arrangements in Chinatown such as activity grouping, spatial use rules, especially in skewers zones, and rules of space use around places of worship or sanctified spaces, building height and coefficient of existing buildings have not been considered at all. Recommendations that can be given from this paper are that the minimum zoning regulation components that apply in Indonesia according to the applicable standards are applied with special consideration of the unique characteristics of the region in the spatial arrangement.Keywords:  Zoning, Conservation, Traditional, Chinatown  ABSTRAKPeraturan zonasi dalam penataan ruang di Indonesia merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Rencana Detail Tata Ruang. Peraturan zonasi tersebut berfungsi sebagai rujukan teknis untuk pemanfaatan dan mengendalikan pemanfaatan ruang. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mejaga agar pemanfaatan ruang yang berkembang tetap sesuai dengan karakteristik zona serta untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif. Permukiman tradisional Pecinan memiliki karakteristik tertentu yang berkembang sesuai faktor kesejarahan dan spiritual dari masyarakatnya. Dibalik karakteristik yang ada ini terselip makna yang dianggap sangat penting bagi komunitas ini, sehingga tidak bisa sembarangan untuk diatur. Tulisan ini mengkaji peraturan zonasi yang dilakukan di kawasan Pecinan Semarang dan seberapa jauh karakteristik lokal zona digunakan sebagai pertimbangan perencanaan peraturan zonasi pemanfaatan ruang di kawasan tersebut. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan deduktif kualitatif rasionalistik dengan teknik deskripsi empiris. Beberapa temuan penting yang terindentifikasi dari tulisan ini adalah: pertama peraturan zonasi yang diterapkan dalam Rencana Detail Tata Ruang  masih minim  dan terbatas pada penentuan fungsi ruang, sisten jaringan yang melayani terkait koefisien dasar bangun, ketinggian bangunan. Kedua karakteritik unik  yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam pengaturan zonasi di Pecinan seperti  pengelompokan kegiatan, aturan pemanfaatan ruang khususnya di zona tusuk sate, dan aturan pemanfaatan ruang disekitar tempat peribadatan atau ruang-ruang yang disucikan, keinggian bangunan dan koefisien bangunan eksisting belum di pertimbangkan sama sekali.  Rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan dari tulisan ini adalah minimal komponen peraturan zonasi yang berlaku di Indonesia sesuai standarat yang berlaku diterapkan dengan pertimbangan khusus karakteristik unik kawasan dalam pengaturan ruang.Kata kunci:  Zonasi, Konservasi, Tradisional, Pecinan

It is characterized history of the memorable places formation in Voronezh region, and described the priorities for the tourism industry development according to the requirements of the time. The results of the study are necessary for the creation of the region development programs and determination of economic growth prospects.

Abstract: Identifcation and regulation of abandoned land needs to be intensifed, to contribute identifcation of Objects of Agrarian Reform (TORA). Mapping of potential abandoned land carried out by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) was considered not optimallyimplemented if compared between the setting targets with the achievements each year. Utilization of google earth imagery and Geographic Information System (GE and GIS) is expected accelerate mapping of potential abandoned land. Google earth image was used to interpret land cover as the basis to identify land use.Land cover classifcation was done using supervised classifcation with maximum likelihood algorithm. The results showed that google earth image and GIS were able to present existing land use, and able to identify land that has not been used as the permit rights granted. The result of interpretation and GIS analysis wasexpected to be used as tool to identify potential abandoned land, as the basis to regulate, accelerate and control abandoned land in Indonesia. Intisari: Identifkasi dan penertiban tanah terlantar perlu dilakukan secara intensif, salah satunya untuk memberikan sumbangan bagi Tanah Obyek Reforma Agraria (TORA). Pemetaan potensi tanah terlantar yang dilakukan Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) selama ini dirasa belum optimal apabila dibandingkan antara target yang ditetapkan dengan capaian setiap tahunnya. Pemanfaatan citra google earth dan Sistem Informasi Geograf diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan pemetaan potensi dan identifkasi tanah terlantar. Data yang digunakan adalah citra google earth untuk interpretasi tutupan tanah sebagai dasar untuk menentukan penggunaan tanah. Klasifkasi tutupan tanah pada penelitian ini menggunakan klasifkasi terselia (supervised) dengan algoritma maxsimum likelihood. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan citra google earth dan SIG mampu menyajikan data penggunaan tanah eksisting terbaru, dan mampu mengidentifkasi tanah-tanah yang tidak dimanfaatkan sesuai arahan dalam izin hak yang diberikan. Hasil interpretasi dan analisis dengan SIG ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai identifkasi obyek potensi tanah terlantar untuk kemudian dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam kegiatan penertiban tanah terlantar sehingga dapat membantu percepatan penertiban tanah terlantar di Indonesia.

Previous research has revealed that passive (involuntary inhalation) tobacco smoking during gestation can have adverse effects upon the developing fetus. These prior investigations did not concentrate on changes in fetal morphology. This study was undertaken to delineate fetal neural abnormalities at the ultrastructural level in mice pups exposed in utero to passive maternal smoking.Pregnant study animals, housed in a special chamber, were subjected to cigarette smoke daily from conception until delivery. Blood tests for determination of carbon monoxide levels were run at 15-18 days gestation. Sciatic nerve tissue from experimental and control animals were obtained following spontaneous delivery and fixed in 2.5% gluteraldehyde in 0.1M cacodylate buffer pH 7.3. The samples were post-fixed in osmium ferrocyanide (1:1 mixture of 1.5% aqueous OSO4 and 2.5% K4 Fe(CN)6). Following dehydration, the tissues were infiltrated with and embedded in Spurr. Sections were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.
