This study aims to determine the effect of HR competence and innovation on competitive advantage with entrepreneurial marketing as an intervening variable in the Food and Beverage Industry in East Java. This research is a quantitative research. The sample was determined as many as 100 entrepreneurs by purposing sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then analyzed using SEM with the Smart PLS application tool. The results showed that the competence of HR and entrepreneurial marketing partially had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, while innovation had no significant effect on competitive advantage. HR competence and innovation significantly affect entrepreneurial marketing. Likewise, it is proven that entrepreneurial marketing is proven to be able to mediate HR competencies and innovation to competitive advantage.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

The objectives of the research are to examine the effects of motivation (physiological needs, safety security needs, social needs, esteems needs, self-actualization needs) on performances in the food and beverage industry (Go Public companies). The data wese gathered through the administration of questionnaires as well as direct interview with a selected subjects.The result of the research at multiple linier regression analysis model discover that motivation of physiological needs (0,3457), safety security needs (0,3072), social needs (0,191), esteem needs (0,0173), self-actualization needs (0,0166) has a significant positive effect on performance. The result of Analysis Variance (ANOVA) method has insignificant effects on the food and beverage industry (Go Public companies) (2,005).Other additional findings are also reported and further discussed, while several recommendations for future research are developed.

KITAKITA FS is a company engaged in food and beverage. The movement of the food and beverage industry with a very rapid increase is one of the things that drives KITAKITA FS in establishing a company. Service quality and price are factors that support customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction is the main factor that supports business continuity. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction KITAKITA FS. This research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The population in this study was 257 consumers who had come to KITAKITA FS more than once. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection is done using a questionnaire distributed to 156 respondents. The results of the study show that service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are used to improve service quality and prices of KITAKITA FS that have not met customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

Fundamental variables in this research are shown in the level of sales growth, asset structure, company size and retained earnings. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales growth rate, asset structure, firm size and retained earnings on financial structure. In addition, the purpose of this study is to examine how these variables affect economic rentability. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 15 companies. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling which is a technique in sampling with certain considerations. The sampling technique is carried out proportionally sampling with the type of Judgment Sampling. Data collection technique used is documentation technique with polling data type. The number of samples in this study were 11 companies, the data used in the form of financial statements of the Food and Beverage Industry Subsector obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that sales growth and retained earnings had a positive effect on financial structure, while asset structure and firm size had a negative effect. The results of research on economic rentability, sales growth variables and retained earnings also have a positive effect, while asset structure and firm size have a negative effect. So the findings of this study can be concluded that the growth rate of sales, retained earnings can improve the financial structure and economic rentability of the company.

Abstract The food and beverage industry is the largest contributor to waste in Indonesia. It is because the product packaging waste has not been handled properly. This industry will continue to grow following population growth and the level of people’s purchasing power every year, so there is a risk that it will generate more post-production waste. This study examines the disclosure of environmental management practices, and green innovations carried out by food and beverage companies in Indonesia. This study also wants to see the effect of information disclosure and environmental innovation implementation on product sales growth. Based on the purposive sampling technique, this study employed 54 food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2017-2019. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression. The research results showed that green innovation had a significant positive effect on sales growth, while environmental management disclosure has a significant negative effect. The company has also actively supported government programs in green innovation, among them using new technologies that can reduce waste and production materials that can be recycled.

Food and beverage industry sector have considerable economic growth potential as seen from its contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) growth of the non-oil and gas industry and increased investment. This study aims to determine whether creativity, proactive, and autonomy have an influence to the performance of food and beverage businesses in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used was judgmental sampling distributed to 41 food and beverage business owners in West Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of creativity, proactive, and autonomy to business performance. Sektor industri makanan dan minuman memiliki potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi cukup besar terlihat dari kontribusinya terhadap pertumbuhan produk domestik bruto (PDB) industri non-migas serta peningkatan realisasi investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kreativitas, proaktif, dan otonomi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja usaha makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling yang disebarkan ke 41 orang pemilik usaha makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh kreativitas, proaktif, dan otonomi terhadap kinerja usaha.

This study aims to determine the effect of the three forming factors consumer satisfaction consisting of product quality, brand image and price affect consumer satisfaction Rumah Yogyakarta bag colors both partial or simultaneous. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling with non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique that has criteria is a consumer of the Yogyakarta Color House bag female, have bought and used a Rumah Warna bag, and are> 18 years old year. Data collection in this study uses deployment questionnaire to be tested for validity and reliability, for data analysis using multiple regression analysis, t test, f test and R square. Subject this research is the consumers of Rumah Warna Yogyakarta bag already once bought and used a Rumah Color bag. The results showed that: 1) the quality of the product on the bag Rumah Warna does not have a significant effect on bag customer satisfaction Rumah Warna Yogyakarta, 2) brand image on Rumah Warna bag is influentialsignificant positive effect on customer satisfaction Rumah Warna Yogyakarta bag, 3) the price on the Rumah Warna bag has a significant positive effect on satisfaction Yogyakarta Rumah Color bag consumers, and 4) together quality product, brand image and price have a significant positive effect on satisfaction Yogyakarta Rumah Color bag consumers with an f test result of 0,000 <0.05, with a regression equation Y = 0.237 + 0.218 X1 + 0.337 X2 + 0.396 X3 + e. R Square of 0.496 or 49.6% which influences and the remaining 50.4% influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

<div><p>This study analyzes the influence of human capital, leadership on performance and competitive advantage at 206 head of the study program university courses owned by private colleges in the Scope of Private High Education Coordinator has called KOPERTIS Region IX Sulawesi in Makassar. Sampling is done using the total population sampling technique. A result of testing the hypothesis with support of analysis moment of Structures Ver. 21 provides evidence that human capital, organizational learning and leadership and significant positive effect on the performance of the institution. Influences among other variables provide evidence that human capital, leadership and agency performance and significant positive impact on competitive advantage. On the other hand organizational learning and leadership are not significant positive effect on competitive advantage. The role of the institution's performance significantly effect in explaining the effect of human capital, organizational learning and leadership to competitive advantage.</p></div>
