This research aims to reveal the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher work productivity of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district, both partially and jointly. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a type of causal-comparative research or correlational study. This research was conducted in 18 state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district with the criteria of a minimum B accredited school. While the sample amounted to 100 people with criteria as civil servants and had teaching experience of more than five years. The instruments used are in the form of questionnaires. Data collection procedures and techniques used were questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is used inferential parametric statistics with the hypothesis testing technique is correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20 (SPSS 20). The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Principle of transformational leadership of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be low (not good). (2) Work motivation of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be good. (3) The work productivity of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be moderate. (4) The principal of transformational leadership affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (5) Work motivation of students influences the work productivity of the state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (6) The principal of transformational leadership and teacher work motivation jointly affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district.Keywords: Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Work Productivity

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the principal's supervision and work climate simultaneously had on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The research method used is the survey method with correlational techniques and regression and the collection technique data used are Likert scale questionnaire data on 65 public elementary school teachers in the Kertasemaya sub-district of Indramayu Regency. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant effect of supervision of the principal on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in the sub-district of Kertasemaya, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision of teacher work motivation is 17.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. (2) There is a significant effect of work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher work motivation is 21%, while the rest is influenced by other variables besides the supervision of the principal, which are not examined in this study (Epsilon). (3) there is a simultaneous significant effect of school principal supervision and work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision and the work climate simultaneously on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency is 32%, while the rest is influenced by other variables, which are not examined in this study (epsilon). To increase work motivation, it is necessary to supervise the principal regularly and need a conducive work climate.

The article aimed to determine and analyze the effect of Principal Supervision, Teacher Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Public Elementary School Teachers at Plakat Tinggi District. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sample in the study was 140 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of principal supervision on teacher job satisfaction, 2) there was a significant effect of teacher work motivation on teacher job satisfaction, 3) there was a significant influence between principal supervision and teacher work motivation on job satisfaction teacher.

The problems in this study are: 1) whether there is an influence of the role of the school principal on teacher work motivation; 2) whether there is an influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation; 3) whether there is an influence on the role of the principal and the school climate on the motivation of the teacher's work.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out: 1) the influence of the role of the principal on teacher motivation to work; 2) the influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation; 3) the influence of the role of the principal and the school climate on teacher motivation.This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District with a total of    teachers. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, with a sample of  teachers. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of the study concluded that: 1) The role of the principal has a significant effect on the motivation of the work of public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the principal's role on teacher work motivation is 17.5% and 82.5% is influenced by other variables outside of the role of the principal; 2) The school climate has a significant effect on the motivation of the work of public elementary school teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the school climate on teacher work motivation is 14.3% and 85.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the school climate; 3) The role of the head as if and the school climate together have a significant effect on the competency of professional SD teachers in Kaliwungu District. The influence of the role of the principal and the school climate together is 21.9%. The role of the principal has a greater influence than the school climate, although the difference is not too far away.Keywords: School Principal's Role, School Climate, Motivation of Teacher's work

This study focuses on examining the relationship between the Principal's Personality and Managerial Ability and the Motivation of Primary School Teacher Work in East Jakarta District. The study was conducted at Elementary School Teachers in the Matraman District, East Jakarta, Academic Year 2018/2019. The research methodology used is the survey methodology with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Matraman District, with a sample of 60 teachers from each village. Sampling with cluster random sampling. Data about the principal's personality, managerial abilities, and work motivation of teachers were collected with instruments in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the study: (1) there is a positive relationship between the principal's personality and the teacher's work motivation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the principal's managerial ability and the teacher's work motivation, (3) there is a positive relationship between the principal's personality and the principal's managerial ability together with the teacher's work motivation. The conclusion that teacher work motivation can be improved by maximizing: (1) the principal's personality, and (2) the managerial ability of the principal.

<p>This research is based on the results of early observation in elementary school in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. Based on data obtained by the condition of elementary school teachers in Hulu Sungai sub-district indicated there is a decrease in teachers’ spirit at work. The Purpose of this research was to find: the effect of compensation and work motivation of elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables to be studied using dual paradigm with two independent variables, that is to find the relationship of compensation (X1) with the spirit at work (Y), work motivation (X2) with spirit at work (Y), compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) jointly on the spirit at work (Y). This research uses quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables and calculation using simple linear analytical technique and technique of doubled linear analysis. Result of the research based on 71 respondents showed that (1) There is significant effect of compensation to teachers’ spirit at work, 2) There is significant effect between work motivation to teacher’s spirit at work, (3) There is significant effect of compensation and work motivation against elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency.</p>

Teacher performance is teacher perception on teacher work performance related to work quality, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and initiative. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of good work on the performance of elementary school teachers in central Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach. A sample of 79 certified teachers teaching elementary school in central Jakarta using multiphase sampling technique. How to use data by using questionnaire media for data retrieval. Respondents of this study are teachers of primary school certified in central Jakarta. The variable used is workplace well-being as independent variable, teacher performance as dependent variable. To determine the effect of workplace well-being, based on multiple regression analysis at 33.1% significant level it can be concluded whether the workplace well-being is significant enough to the performance of elementary school teachers.

This study aims to explain the results of empirical studies regarding the relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment. This research is a correlational quantitative research type because it aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the relationship between the variables studied. The research subjects were 115 elementary school teachers in the Dahlia cluster. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the research hypothesis using correlation analysis, regression and correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment resulting in a regression equation Ŷ = 77.850 + 0.410X1 + 0.810X2. And among the variables that have the most influence on organizational commitment is work motivation at 36.4% from group cohesiveness of 26.9%. Based on these results, teachers should increase group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication. With the improvement of these two things it is expected that organizational commitment can increase

This study aims to determine Transformational Leadership to increase work motivation to teachers so that the creation of work discipline Teachers of Public Elementary Teachers In Sukadana District Kayong Utara District. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all 115 elementary school teachers in Sukadana Subdistrict, North Kayong Regency with the characteristics of civil servant status, having a minimum working period of 2 years and maximum age of 55 years. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). Principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.760; sig. 0.006 <0.05). (2). Teacher work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.773; sig. 0,000 <0.05). (3). Transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect teacher work discipline (Y). It is known from the value of sig. is 0,000 <0.05, and the results of the Fcount value is 82.232> Fable 3.08. The value of R square is 0.595 or equal to 59.50%. The number implies that the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables simultaneously influence the Teacher Work Discipline variable (Y) of 59.50%. While the remaining 40.5% (100% - 59.50%) is influenced by other variables. Suggestions of this research are: (1) the principal must be able to act wisely towards his subordinates, conversely the teacher must also always increase dedication, obedience, loyalty, adherence to the rules set by the principal; (2) the conditions of teachers' working motivation that is already good needs to be maintained and improved in ways such as giving rewards, implementing group structure tasks and empowering teachers; (3) the work discipline of teachers needs to be improved by applying applicable work rules and procedures. The effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of IRE teachers in Lengkiti district at Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) district. As for the formulation of the problem, (1) is there an effect of creativity on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, (2) is there an effect of motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, and (3) is there an effect of creativity and motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?. This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people in 19 SD Negeri in OKU District. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study. Based on respondents' perceptions about the effect of creativity on teacher productivity in a moderate category, the mean was 69.43. The results of the descriptive analysis of the effect of IRE motivation on teacher productivity are in a good category, the mean is 58.68. The results of the analysis of the effect of creativity and work motivation on teacher productivity are in moderate category with a mean of 49.59.
