The research used Classroom Action Research. Data analysis was carried out by counting teacher activities during the learning process by peers as well as calculating student test result data, which was calculated using the formula of percentage scores and grade averages. The results showed that the average test in each cycle increased, namely in the first cycle 65.5 increased in the second cycle to 89.0. In the first cycle, around 45% of students scored below the KKM, but in the second cycle, there were no more students who scored below the KKM. It showed that the wide triangle flat learning using the demonstration method could improve the learning outcomes of IV grade SDN 20 Delta Pawan students need to be implemented as good learning, which can optimize student abilities. Learning planning arranged in each cycle, namely (1) competencies and learning outcomes to be achieved, (2) learning indicators, (3) Principal material, (4) stages of learning scenarios (5) media and learning resources, (6) time allocation, and (7) learning evaluation. Keywords: Demonstration Method, Area of Triangle, Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in vocabulary of VII A grade students of State Junior High School 4 Ketapang (SMPN 4) Ketapang using the Game method. The form of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used test techniques in the form of written tests. The data collection instrument used a question sheet. Data analysis used interactive model qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman), which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that learning with the came method can improve students' vocabulary. In general, the more repetition of students will remember the more vocabulary mastery (the highest increase reached 76.15%) if repetition was only done once in each meeting, as did in Cycle II (the highest increase reached 86.00%). This study concluded that learning with the game method can increase the vocabulary of VIIA grade students in SMPN 4 Ketapang.Keywords: Vocabulary, Game Method, Mastery

This study aimed to determine the value of the character of the work in preparation for work in the industrial world in the student SMK 1 Pontianak. The method used was qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation study. Data collection tools consisted of guide observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study through a character value of students composed of the value of honesty always open and candid with anyone, the value of discipline that was timely and doing well, the value of hard work that was intent on working, creative value, i.e., with new ideas, new initiatives and the value of self that was able to do things that you can do yourself well without burdening or dependent on others, performed in instilling character values the work of students SMKN 1 Pontianak was by learning methods adapted to the scope of the vocational school itself, the method used, including the exemplary method, habituation and methods of praise for the students at SMK 1 Pontianak. Keywords: Values, Character, Work

The purpose of this research was to describe the ability of teachers to plan, implement, and improve their reading skills aloud by using picture media in Indonesian language lessons in II grade at SDN 24 Delta Pawan. The form of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with collaborative nature between researchers and peers as well as II grade students in three action cycles. Data collection techniques using direct observation techniques and measurement techniques. The data collection tool used the observation sheets of IPKG I and IPKG II as well as performance tests. The data analysis technique used percentage and triangulation techniques. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers to design learning in the first cycle with an average score of 2.57 in the sufficient category, to be increased in the third cycle to 3.43 with a good category with an increase of 21.50%. The ability of teachers to carry out learning in the first cycle with an average score of 2.24 in the sufficient category, increased in the third cycle to 3.88 in the good category, with an increase of 46.95%. There was an increase in learning outcomes in the material reading aloud with picture media in II grade SDN 24 Delta Pawan Ketapang by 34.11%. Keywords: Image Media, Learning, Reading Aloud

The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation, and improvement of student learning outcomes in learning science using the discussion method in VI grade at SDN 02 Delta Pawan. The form of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) in three action cycles. Data collection techniques used direct observation and measurement techniques. The data collection tool used the observation sheet IPKG I and IPKG II as well as learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique used percentage and triangulation techniques. The results showed the ability of the teacher to design learning in the first cycle with an average score of 2.00 in the sufficient category, increased in the third cycle to 3.72 in the good category, increasing by 46.02%. The ability of teachers to carry out learning in the first cycle with an average score of 2.00 in the sufficient category increased to 3.92 in the third cycle in the good category, an increase of 48.98%. There was an increase in learning outcomes of 74.43% in learning the special fitures of plants with their environment with the discussion method in VI grade at SDN 02 Delta Pawan Ketapang. Keywords: Methods of Discussion, Learning, Special Features of Plants

Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in IV grade of the State Elementary School 15 Delta Pawan (SDN 15 Delta Pawan) on reading comprehension material with group work methods. The research method in this study was a qualitative method of classroom action research (CAR). The results showed that the observations of the first cycle experienced an increase, with an average of 3.38 were categorized as sufficient, and in the second cycle, being four were categorized as good. The learning process from cycle I to cycle II was that students actively paid attention to the explanation of the teacher in the first cycle of 70.58% to 94.11%. Students were actively cooperating in the first cycle group, 52.94%, to 88.23%. Students actively answered the first cycle questions 29.41%, to 64.70%. Students who were serious about doing the first cycle group assignments, 64.70%, increased to 88.23%. Students who actively provided ideas in the first cycle group by 47.05% and increased to 88.23%. Keywords: Group Work Methods, Reading for Understanding, Learning Outcomes

This study examined the use of film media on Indonesian Language. The problem revealed was how is student learning outcomes, and what is the outcomes difference between learning to analyze the intrinsic elements of literary works using film media and using conventional learning approaches in class XI students of SMA N 1 Tumbang Titi. This type of research is experimental research. The design used was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis was done by normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test (Paired Simple t-Test). Data collection techniques in the form of tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes analysis the intrinsic elements of literary works after being given conventional learning is 54.38 while student learning outcomes analyze the intrinsic elements of literary works after using film media is 71, 67. Besides, after analyzing the data statistically, the results show that there are significant differences between the learning outcomes of the material analyzing the intrinsic elements of literary work between those who use film media and conventional learning. Indonesian language learning material becomes the intrinsic elements of literature in class XI students of SMA N 1 Tumbang Titi using film media can also improve student learning outcomes and contribute to the scale of effectiveness of 32,64. Thus, learning with film media can be used by teachers in the field of learning Indonesian in analyzing intrinsic elements of literary works.Keywords: Utilization of Film Media, Intrinsic Elements of Literary Work

This study aims to determine Transformational Leadership to increase work motivation to teachers so that the creation of work discipline Teachers of Public Elementary Teachers In Sukadana District Kayong Utara District. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all 115 elementary school teachers in Sukadana Subdistrict, North Kayong Regency with the characteristics of civil servant status, having a minimum working period of 2 years and maximum age of 55 years. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). Principal transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.760; sig. 0.006 <0.05). (2). Teacher work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work discipline (B = 0.773; sig. 0,000 <0.05). (3). Transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect teacher work discipline (Y). It is known from the value of sig. is 0,000 <0.05, and the results of the Fcount value is 82.232> Fable 3.08. The value of R square is 0.595 or equal to 59.50%. The number implies that the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables simultaneously influence the Teacher Work Discipline variable (Y) of 59.50%. While the remaining 40.5% (100% - 59.50%) is influenced by other variables. Suggestions of this research are: (1) the principal must be able to act wisely towards his subordinates, conversely the teacher must also always increase dedication, obedience, loyalty, adherence to the rules set by the principal; (2) the conditions of teachers' working motivation that is already good needs to be maintained and improved in ways such as giving rewards, implementing group structure tasks and empowering teachers; (3) the work discipline of teachers needs to be improved by applying applicable work rules and procedures. This research aims to reveal the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher work productivity of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district, both partially and jointly. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a type of causal-comparative research or correlational study. This research was conducted in 18 state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district with the criteria of a minimum B accredited school. While the sample amounted to 100 people with criteria as civil servants and had teaching experience of more than five years. The instruments used are in the form of questionnaires. Data collection procedures and techniques used were questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is used inferential parametric statistics with the hypothesis testing technique is correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20 (SPSS 20). The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) Principle of transformational leadership of state elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be low (not good). (2) Work motivation of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be good. (3) The work productivity of teachers in elementary schools in Sambas Sub-district tends to be moderate. (4) The principal of transformational leadership affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (5) Work motivation of students influences the work productivity of the state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district. (6) The principal of transformational leadership and teacher work motivation jointly affects the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Sambas Sub-district.Keywords: Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Work Productivity

In the year of 2012 SISFO PNS, already introduced at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak, the problem that the writer found were: teachers only open the program at the time of student report will giving to students that made the program will be busy because too many users access it, there is some teacher did not complete the process of filling session but straight to the final score, the programmer is always slow maintenance. From that problem, the writer was aimed at evaluating the implementation of SISFO PNS. The model of evaluation used in this research was CIPP (context, input, process, product). This model was developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam and friends. The technique of data collection is used observation, interview and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research were (1) the evaluation percentage toward context showed that the good result with average of 85.58% (2) the evaluation percentage toward input indicated that the good result with average 73.26% (3) the evaluation percentage toward the process showed that the good result with but it needs to improve with average 67.43% (4) the evaluation percentage toward the product showed that the good result with 79.79%.Keywords: CIPP, Program Evaluation, Students’ Score Analyzing
