<p>The educational reform based on information technology at college has been paid high attention recently in China, which aims at using educational informationization to drive educational modernization and bringing online education into the reform and development strategy of the overall higher education. To promote the educational informatization is not only the inevitable choice of the reform and development of Chinese education; it is also an important means and way to realize the internationalization of the education development.</p><p>In the background of the development of education system, for the reality is that the teaching way in our university is basically the traditional teaching mode, the paper is to do action research on college English writing based on information technology from the perspective of Moocs. This paper mainly discusses how to filter to use information technology in network teaching environment in order to help teachers build education concept in the information age, and guide students to truly put themselves into autonomous learning and mobile learning, so as to improve students’ innovative writing ability.</p>

Objectives: There are inherent defects in college English teaching. In addition, it is inconsistent with the characteristics of college English, and students and teachers have not received enough attention in the application, resulting in inevitable congenital deficiencies in college English teaching. Methods: Therefore, from the perspective of sociology, the author studies the mode and approach of English online teaching in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current college English network teaching, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Results: Economic and trade practice research shows that under the networked teaching mode of college English, students gradually change from the passive recipients of knowledge to the active learners, effectively establishing the student’s self-learning subject status, and the students’ English scores are also constantly improving. Conclusion: It is an inevitable development to use the network technology to reform the traditional mode of college English majors..

Network system provide a good and open learning environment and a variety of learning methods for students. This paper studies the functions of network teaching system In order to meet the teaching goal of college English and cultivation of comprehensive application ability, aiming at solving the problems of traditional teaching. The article explains representation of the use case diagram, which is based on the main task of network teaching system. Design the use case diagram which includes the students and teachers, administrators, combining the main task of college English Network Teaching System. According to the use case diagram, the teaching system is composed of student module, teacher module and the administrator modules, and the three modules are designed respectively. The content of the paper plays an important role in many way of problem solving, such as the distance of foreign language teaching between students and teachers and the construction of network teaching system, perfect function of deepening teaching reform, and improvement of the level in English teaching..

The popularity of modern education technology has made a great impact on teaching materials. The future of textbooks is doomed to be electronic materials.Based on the analysis of the current situation of college English teaching in China, this paper proposes the application of electronic network teaching materials( ENTM) as a help supplement to the classroom teaching. After exploring the concept and characteristics of ENTM, the author conducts an empirical study to testify learners’ autonomy and their learning effect can be promoted with the help of ENTM.

Motivation for reform and development for teaching of college English is strengthened by the increasing popularity of computers and global network technology. This paper analyzes the relationship between computer network teaching and the improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability, and the advantage of computer network teaching in actual teaching based on reviewing the theoretical basis and several learning models for autonomous learning done in the spirit of College English Curriculum Requirements issued in 2008. The promotion of a new teaching model for the improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability has been verified by the research and survey on teaching model of college English under the environment of computer network in Xi-dian University.

Compared to traditional university network learning, MOOC teach-ing emphasized "student-centered", "knowledge modularity" and "interaction and communication". In order to construct a perfect college English network teaching environment, based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the MOOC teaching model, a multimedia and multi-resources college English learning environ-ment was established. In this environment, students could make in-dividualized learning on their own pace. The system integrated learning platforms such as online learning, interactive communica-tion, online operation, curriculum publishing and news bulletin, which were in line with MOOC teaching ideas. The results showed that, based on the idea of MOOC teaching, the system effectively promoted students' learning desire to transform knowledge into ac-tive learning behavior under the support of learning environment and advanced learning tools. To sum up, the system effectively im-proves the effect of college English teaching on the Internet.
