The purpose of the article is to study the management of production potential of machine-building enterprises in the Kharkiv region, 9 enterprises were analyzed and their production indicators were studied. The effectiveness of the production potential is characterized by production, technological, financial and innovative components. It should be noted that since the production potential is a component of the economic potential of the enterprise, the structure presented in Fig. 1 is quite conditional. If we consider the production potential from this point of view, then, for example, its innovative component is inextricably linked with the innovative potential, and the financial component – with the financial potential. Sustainable development and competitiveness of an industrial enterprise depends on the level of production potential, which is the foundation of production activity. The production potential of an industrial enterprise is a complex, dynamic and stochastic system consisting of a number of interconnected components. At the legislative level, an attempt has been made to build a single model of an integrated indicator of the financial condition of large, medium and small enterprises. According to the approved IFI Procedure for assessing the financial condition of a potential beneficiary of an investment project, the level of financial condition of the enterprise is determined depending on the value of the integrated indicator, which allows the classification of enterprises in the industry or region. At the same time, questions about the structure of innovation potential remain controversial in the scientific literature. The development of an integrated module for the assessment of production potential is the first stage of the presented methodological approach. The next step is to improve the information subsystem of monitoring the financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises, which in turn is an integral part of the IT system of enterprise management. At this stage, it is necessary to develop software that provides analysis and comprehensive assessment of production capacity. After integrating the software module with IS monitoring, we have to test the software using the collected database on the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Comparing the results of the assessment with the assessment from the analytical reports of independent experts will allow to determine the level of adequacy of the presented model and software. Methodology. The analysis was conducted on the basis of financial statements of enterprises of the machine-building industry of Kharkiv region for the period 2018, 2019, 2020. Results of the study show that the enterprises of the machine-building industry have low indicators of production potential, so enterprises need to change the strategy in the market to improve production capacity to increase competitiveness and improve. Practical implications. Given that companies have lost traditional markets in recent years and products are not in high demand in European markets, it is necessary to develop ways to improve the management of the potential of machine-building enterprises, seek new markets and strengthen cooperation with international companies. Value/originality. The study will help the management of enterprises to more effectively manage the enterprise and improve their production capacity.

The paper is devoted to the urgent problem of increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity of enterprises of the metallurgical and machine-building industries. To increase the economic efficiency of industrial enterprises functioning in the process of implementing foreign economic activity, the paper proposes an algorithm for multivariate analysis, including the procedure for optimizing the system of interaction between an enterprise and customs authorities. When developing and testing the algorithm, customs operations are considered as critical links that determine the increase of the enterprise foreign economic activity efficiency. The mathematical programming problems are formulated on the basis of the CCR model of the DEA (Data envelopment Analysis) method to carry out a multivariate analysis of the comparative efficiency of import and/or export customs operations. The relative efficiency estimates obtained from solving mathematical programming problems make it possible to identify ineffective or least effective export and import customs operations. Based on directed weighted graphs, the special procedures have been developed to optimize the following parameters of customs operations: time of customs operations, labor costs of the enterprise, financial costs associated with compliance with the established prohibitions and restrictions of foreign trade. The algorithm was tested on the example of an industrial enterprise in the metallurgical industry Arkonik SMZ, which carries out export operations for the sale of lid tape of its own production, as well as import operations for the supply of varnish, which is a necessary technological material to ensure the production process of the tape. The administrative and operational decisions made on the basis of comparative evaluations of the obtained optimization results make it possible to exclude ineffective customs operations of foreign economic activity of an industrial enterprise.

Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.
