The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist motivation, electronic word of mouthand destination image on the decision to visit the Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan. The sample usesnon probability sampling method with a purposive sampling or random sampling procedure byselecting 106 visitors. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results ofmultiple linear regression analysis prove that tourist motivation and destination image proved not tohave a significant effect partially on decisions leading to Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan, whileelectronic word of mouth proved to have a partially significant influence on the decision to visit theGunung Mas Palace in Lamongan

This study was aimed to examine the effect of simultaneous and partially word of mouth and corporate image on use decisions of JNE Express Buleleng. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sample technique used purposive sampling. The data method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) word of mouth and corporate image has a positive and significant effect simultaneous on use decisions with a contribution influence of 83.7%. (2) Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect partially on use decisions with a contribution influence of 25.6%. (3) Corporate image has a positive and significant effect partially on with a use decisions contribution influence of 28.6%.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of Positioning, to find out the description of the Purchase Decision, to find out how much influence Positioning had on the Purchase Decision. The population in this study were students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro as many as 16,291 and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% through random sampling method. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. Tests were carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study showed that the positioning partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This conclusion shows that positioning has a good influence so that it encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product, especially Teh Botol Sosro products. Therefore, this research is expected to be carried out widely by future researchers.

This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, budget emphasis and compensation plan on budgetary slack at 4 star Hotel in Badung regency. This research was conducted on 62 Four Star Hotel spread in Badung regency. The sample used in this research is 47 respondents by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that budget participation, budget presses dand compensation plans has are positive and significant influence on budget slack. This suggests that increased participation in budgetig, budget presses and compensations will tend to increase the occurrence of budgetary slack.

The purpose of this research are to examine how much influence the understanding of taxation, tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness of tax compliance. The population in this research are the taxpayers of individual entrepreneurs in the Tangerang Region, then the samples are drawn using a method simple random sampling. Using quantitative and analytic statistics method for the analytical method that are multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that taxpayer understanding and taxpayer awareness affected taxpayer compliance while tax sanctions did not affect the compliance of taxpayers of individual entrepreneurs in the Tangerang Region. The data analysis technique used in this research was SPSS v.23

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by using a sample size of 100 people with a probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained by the results of questionnaires using a scale as measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study proposed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Smartfren prepaid card users, prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepribadian, kreativitas, dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sebanyak 104 sampel diambil secara simple random sampling, dari jumlah populasi 140. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program  IBM SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kreativitas, dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X SMK Cut Nya’ Dien Semarang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha perlu dilakukan beberapa hal, antara lain adalah : 1). Pihak sekolah dapat menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang terkait dengan kewirausahaan ; 2) Siswa lebih mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya dan menambah wawasan kewirausahaan; 3) Lingkungan siswa dapat mendukung dan memotivasi untuk berwirausaha.AbstractThis study aims to describe the influence of personality, creativity, and environment to entrepreneurial interests. The method used in this research is survey method and the data used is quantitative data. A total of 104 samples were taken by simple random sampling, from population 140. Data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 16.0 program. The result of this research shows that personality, creativity, and environment have positive and significant effect to entrepreneurship interest of grade X students of SMK Cut Nya 'Dien Semarang, either simultaneously or partially. In growing entrepreneurship interests need to be done several things, among others are: 1). The school may organize activities related to entrepreneurship; 2) Students further develop their potential and add entrepreneurial insight; 3) Student environment can support and motivate to entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on the value of the company on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2017. The population of this research is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2017 period. Data collected by purposive sampling method, obtained as many as 9 companies that became research samples with a period of four years to obtain 36 research samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the variable liquidity did not affect the value of the company. While the leverage and profitability variables significantly influence the value of the company. This shows the higher leverage and the higher the profitability, the higher the value of the company obtained.

This research aims to determine the effect of achievement motives and self efficacy on the achievement of sales targets for Tiens Bali distributors partially and simultaneously. This research design using a type of causal research. The population of this study were all distributors registered at Tiens Authorized Store 618 are 4.169 people. The sample of this study amounted to 371 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis showed that there was a partially positive and significant effect on the achievemnt motive towards achieving the sale target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=13.491 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Self efficacy, partially has a positive and significant effect on achieving the sales target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=12.915 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Achievement motives and self efficacy have a simultaneous positive effect on achieving sales targets of Tiens Bali distributors, shown by the value of F=323.925 and a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand, product design and location on consumer buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik. The sample uses a non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling or random sampling procedure by selecting 100 visitors. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that the brand and location proved not to have a significant effect partially on consumer buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik, while product design proved to have a partially significant influence on consumers' buying interest in consumer buying interests at Persebaya Store Gresik. Simultaneously the brand, product design and location proved to have a significant effect on consumers' buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik.
