The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and job placement on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative. The sample uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method which is a sampling technique when an organization has employees from the background of stratified positions totaling 106 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis proves that the work motivation, work environment and job placement have a significant effect on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This research aims to find out and explain the effect of store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at the Habbit Eatery Coffee either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 100 consumers of cafe omah root using non probability sampling method and accidental sampling technique. The instrument of this study uses a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, promotion on social media and word of mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work placement and mutation on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang staff. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample in the study was 139 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The level of performance provided by employees to the Andalas University Hospital in the form of growth and development of the Andalas University Hospital from year to year shows good performance in terms of the building and spatial planning and the addition of patient beds. Along with the addition of supporting facilities and services must be balanced with the provision of competent Human Resources (HR) through job placement and mutations given to employees. Based on multiple linear regression analysis found that Y = 15,424 + 0,391 X1 + 0,600 X2 + e. Based on the results of research on work placement and mutation partially positive and significant effect on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang staff. Based on the simultaneous test results it is known that work placement and mutation together have a significant effect on the performance of Andalas University Hospital Padang employees, while the coefficient of determination results obtained Adjusted RSquare of 29%. The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable by taking a research location at Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Jalan Colombo No 22 - Yogyakarta. Lifestyle is focused on the lifestyle of students who are consumers of the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta. This research belongs to the quantitative descriptive category by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression. While the sampling method was carried out with a purposive sampling technique for 100 consumers who visited the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. From the results of the analysis it was found that location variables influence consumer satisfaction, price variables influence consumer satisfaction, location variables influence lifestyle, price variables affect lifestyle, lifestyle variables affect consumer satisfaction, location variables influence consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable, and the price variable influences consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable.

This study to analyze the influence of work motivation, loyalty, employee quality to the employee performance in PT. Varia Usaha Gresik. The samples from this study are all permanent employees of Varia Usaha Gresik company amount to 96 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, data analyze technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 18.0. the study to analyze the influence of work motivation did not have a significant effect to the employee. The loyalty and employee quality significant influence to the employee performance. Work motivation, loyalty, employee quality has simultan and significant influence to employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance
