<p><em>The development of entrepreneurship in transmigration areas is obstacles so that targets cannot be achieved effectively. This study aims to: (1) study the development of entrepreneurship implemented in the transmigration community; (2) reviewing the obstacles to developing entrepreneurship in transmigration areas; and (3) formulating efforts needed to increase entrepreneurship development in trans-migration areas. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research in the Musi Rawas area. The results of the study indicate that the development of entrepreneurship has increased capabilities and is beneficial for business development, but has not effectively increased entrepreneurship and business development capabilities. In general, the constraints of developing entrepreneurship are not focused, diffusion of knowledge, and skills are not effective, have not been connected with entrepreneurship development programs in other technical sectors/ units, and there has been no change in the way of thinking in formulating business development needs.</em></p>

This research discusses the entrepreneurship development of beneficiaries which is carried out through the BUMDes institution. The BUMDes chosen is BUMDes Karya Mekar, which is one of the BUMDes that involves the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program in the BUMDes business. Located in the area of ​​Sukajadi Village, Campaka District, Cianjur Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research objective is to describe the input, process, and output in entrepreneurship for beneficiaries through BUMDes. Data collection methods used are through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the entrepreneurship development of beneficiaries through BUMDes can be seen from the input (environmental factors, individuals, organizations), process (alignment of resources), and output (organizational, individual, and community benefits), the three of which are a series that are inseparable from one another. This research brings the benefit that the presence of KPM PKH has made BUMDes a pillar of economic activity in the village that can function as a social or commercial institution. Entrepreneurship development for KPM PKH through BUMDes has created KPM PKH entrepreneurs in the future. BUMDes is expected to be able to increase community efforts in managing the economic potential of the Village.

This study aims to determine and describe the business development of PT. Zurich Topas Life in Surabaya. Furthermore, to analyze the marketing strategy and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of PT. Zurich Topas Life in Surabaya. In addition, to analyze the steps undertaken by PT. Zurich Topas Life to increase business competition in Surabaya. This type of research includes descriptive research with qualitative approach with the aim to know and analyze the problems posed. Informants in this study were three employees and three marketers from PT. Zurich Topas Life. The results showed that the business of PT. Zurich Topas Life has developed, has strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. PT. Zurich Topas Life also takes steps to increase business competition in Surabaya.

This journal discusses Nahwu's Usul which covers Qiyas, Illat, and Ta'wil using the Library Study method with a Descriptive Historical Qualitative approach. As for the main sources in writing this Journal are the books that contain the discussion of Qiyas, Illat, and Tawil and their relation to Greek Philosophy. The author concludes that Nahwu Science was born due to errors in reading the Koran because of the occurrence of birth among speakers of Arabic, not because of the influence of Greek Philosophy, but it cannot be denied that certain themes are influenced by other Sciences, such as methods the formation of Arabic rules inspired by the Science of Jurisprudence, and Ta'lil inspired by the way of thinking of the Greek Philosophers, but in general the application of the Nahwu Science had existed before the interaction between Muslim Scientists and Philosophers. Abstrak Jurnal ini membahas Ushul Nahwu yang mencakup Qiyas, Illat, dan Ta’wil dengan menggunakan metode Kajian Pustaka dengan pendekatan Kualitatif Historis Deskriftif. Adapun yang menjadi sumber utama dalam penulisan Jurnal ini adalah kitab-kitab  yang memuat pembahasan Qiyas, Illat, dan Ta’wil dan keterkaitannya dengan pemikiran Filsafat Yunani. Penulis berkesimpulan bahwa Ilmu Nahwu lahir akibat adanya kesalahan dalam membaca al-Qur’an karena terjadinya lahn dikalangan penutur bahasa Arab,  bukan karena pengaruh Filsafat Yunani, hanya saja tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa ada tema-tema tertentu dipengaruhi oleh Ilmu-ilmu lain, seperti metode pembentukan kaidah-kaidah bahasa Arab terinspirasi dari Ilmu Fikih, dan Ta’lil terinspirasi dari cara berpikirnya para Filosof Yunani, tetapi secara umum penerapan Ilmu Nahwu sudah ada sebelum adanya interaksi antara Ilmuwan Muslim dan para Filosof. Kata Kunci: Nahwu, Filsafat, Qiyas

Studies on Therapeutic Communication, especially its relationship to Islamic communication, are still rarely found in the field. This study aims to see how the practice of Islamic communication can be done well by doctors and nurses. This research uses a qualitative approach. The values of Islamic communication in Therapeutic communication can be seen from the way communication is carried out by doctors and nurses with their patients through ethics and good language. The implementation model of Islamic communication in therapeutic communication produces a marker communication model, that is, communication carried out on the basis of the awareness of the medical team. This communication model is not formally implemented, but in substance has similarities with the value of Islamic communication.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

This article explores ornithology as a hidden resource in anthropological field work. Relating experiences among the Penan forest nomads of Sarawak, Borneo, the author describes how his personal knowledge of bird life paved the way for good working relations, and even friendship, with the Penan. Representing two very different cultures simple communication between the scholar on duty and the Penan community was difficult indeed, but the birds provided a common ground that enabled the two parties to exchange experiences, knowledge and skills. In certain ways the author's fieldwork-based project relates to the Penan’s religious interpretation of birds, but the article is primarily concerned with the fact that a mutual understanding was created from this common ground, and that our thoughts on fieldwork preparations may be taken further by such experiences.

Leadership style is important in an organization, if a leader can adapt his leadership style to the existing situations and conditions, it can affect the performance of his subordinates. In Tanggamus Regency currently led by a woman leader, namely Dewi Handajani, different from previous periods in this period the first time Tanggamus Regency was led by a woman. Therefore, this study aims to determine the leadership style of Tanggamus Regency regional leaders and whether this leadership style affects the performance of employees in Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership style used by the local leaders of Tanggamus Regency, namely the feminine leadership style tends to be transformational and the style applied is able to influence the improvement of employee performance in Tanggamus Regency.

The City

The article concerns the mechanisms of entrepreneurship development in partnership with local government, science and business. The author presents evidence that the sector partnership is crucial for the success of projects developing entrepreneurship in the local and regional perspective. Local government has the resources and capabilities to act as initiators of projects and programs supporting the economic development of the city or voivodeship. At the same time, representatives of local government units must use appropriate operational and management methods in the implementation of the policy of strengthening entrepreneurship. Inter-sectoral collaboration requires the application of organisational solutions allowing for the involvement of units in different fields and basing on various legislation. The author also indicates that the source of the competitive advantage of cities and regions may be the specialisation, as well as the commercialisation of knowledge and technology. In this case, the inter-sectoral partnership is crucial as it conditions the success of economic development programs in its social, economic and political sense. At the same time, the article describes the methods of building the inter-sectoral cooperation. As a basis for the appropriate use of the different potential of the cooperating participants, the authors indicated projects and programs embracing groups of projects. All this is worth being recognised within the framework of strategic documents, such as development plans, strategies, and other records used by local government agencies. The article uses the outcome of the participatory workshops during the preparation of the Rybnik Enterprise Development Program. The aim of the study is the verification of the assumption that the sectoral partnership is crucial to the processes of local and regional entrepreneurship development.
