LQ-45 is a group share consisting of 45 shares of the elect with the level of market capitalization and liquidity level above the average for the other stocks. So LQ-45 became one of the most volatile due to the high level of liquidity and market activities. The share price berfluktuatif is a risk that must be faced by investors. Assessment of the share price can be done to minimize the risk of one price.This research aims to know and analyze the results from the calculation of the stock valuation using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) as the basis for decision on investment companies including in the LQ-45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange the year 2013-2015. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research and sampling used is purposive sampling. A sample of this research as much as 11 companies in accordance with the criteria.Based on the results of research and analysis of the data using the method Dividend Discount Models (DDM) not constant growth shows that the entire company in 2015 including overlavued category among others, ADRO, AKRA, ASII, ( BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, CPIN, GGRM, UNTR, UNVR. While, 2013 and 2014 only one company including undervalued categories namely ASII. Investment decision that can be taken when have stocks including overvalued category, should be sold and when the shares including undervalued categories should be purchased or suspended when has. Keywords : Stock Valuation, Dividend Discount Models (DDM), Investment Decision.

AbstrakPenilaian saham digunakan untuk membandingkan antara nilai intrinsik dan nilai pasar saham, yang mana akhirnya akan dijadikan sebagai dasar keputusan investasi apakah investor akan menjual atau membeli saham. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan manganalisa hasil dari perhitungan penilaiain saham menggunakan Dividend Discount Model (DDM) dengan model pertumbuhan konstan. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling dan didapat 5 sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 perusahaan memiliki hasil yang berbeda, dimana saham BELL dan RICY berada dalam kondisi overvalued karena nilai intrinsik lebih rendah dibanding dengan nilai pasar, sedangkan pada saham PBRX, SRIL dan TRIS berada pada posisi undervalued karena nilai intrinsik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai pasar.Kata Kunci: Nilai Saham, Dividend Discount Model.AbstractStock valuation uses to compare between intrinsic value and stock market value, which ultimately will be used as a basis for investment decisions whether investors will sell or buy shares. This study aimed to determine and analyze the results of stock valuation calculations using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) with a constant growth model. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research objects in textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and obtained five research samples. The results of this study indicate that all of the five companies having different effects. Where BELL and RICY shares were in overvalued conditions because the intrinsic value was lower than the market value, while in PBRX, SRIL and TRIS stocks undervalued because the inherent value is higher than with market value.Keywords: Stock Valuation, Dividend Discount Model.

This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

A company that canincrease its value will also be able to improve the well-being of the owner or the shareholders. To a company that issues stocks in the capital market, the stock price in the stock exchange is the indicator of a companys value. Good company value is identified from the companys performance it is also identified from the stable or increasing stock price.This present study analyzed the influence of investment decision and market capitalization on company value. It involved companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and aimed to formulate a matter of consideration for investors. A quantitative descriptive method was employed to investigate the correlation and influence between variables. The result showed that: (1) investment decisionpartially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of 1.721 and significance value of 0.000 (2) market capitalization partially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of -0.163 and significance value of 0.041 (3) investment decision and market capitalization simultaneously influenced company value of companies listed in the JII with f-count value of 330.698 and significance value of 0.000. Moreover, the adjusted R2 test acquired value of 0.924. The number indicated that company value was influenced by investment decisionand market capitalization by 92.4 percent, while the rest 7.6 percent was due to other variables.


This study focuses on five corporate actions (dividend announcement, stock split, bonus issue, right issues, buy-back, and right issue) and attempts to determine their impact on shareholders’ wealth. The companies in the S&P BSE 500 index are taken as the total population, and the performance of those with corporate actions is compared to that in the broader universe. The study analyzes the impact by taking the share price of sampled companies for 30 days before and 30 days after the announcement of corporate actions. A paired-sample t-test is used to determine the impact of the corporate actions on share price in the event window period. The study concludes that corporate actions have significant impact on shareholders’ wealth; the level of impact is different for different corporate actions, but it does not differ according to the nature of the industry. The dividend and buy-back have a low level of impact, and bonus issues, rights issues, and stock splits have a high level of impact on shareholders’ wealth. Finally, the study proves that corporate actions are quite relevant to shareholders’ wealth.

This study aim to describe the student’s mathematics anxiety on the use of technology in mathematics learning. It is a quantitative descriptive research by involving second year students of Mathematics Education Program  in Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) who took Technology-based Mathematics Learning course. They were selected based on saturation sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire, in-depth interview and documentation. The results show the high level of each dimension of mathematics anxiety among students. The average score in each indicator of cognitive, affective, and physiological dimension were high. In addition, interview revealed that most of the students expressed their anxiety in the first lecture and when obtained the task of applying particular software in mathematics learning. It is mainly due to unpreparedness and lack of knowledge about the application of software. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the level of students’ mathematics anxiety is relatively high.  Keywords: Mathematics anxiety, Technology-based, Mathematics learning,

This study aims to determine the fair price of shares and investment decisions fundamentallyby using the Price Earning Ratio approach seen from the development of the company’sfinancial condition. The fundamental variables used are ROE, EPS, DPS, PER, DPR. The typeof research used is quantitative descriptive. This study analyzed six companies as a sample,namely PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PTMulti Bintang Indonesia Tbk, PT Jamu and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk and PTTempo Scan Pacific Tbk. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Theresults of this study indicate that PT. Delta Djakarta Tbk is in an overvalued position so thatthe investment decision that can be taken is by selling the shares. While PT Indofood SuksesMakmur Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Jamu and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbkare in a correctly valued position so that the investment decision that can be taken is by holdingthe shares. While PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk and PT. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect of audit tenure, financial condition, audit quality, and leverage on going concern audit opinions in the hospitality, restaurant, and tourism sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data used comes from the IDX website www.idx.co.id and meets the requirements. Purposive sampling was used to collect a sample of 11 companies from a population of 35. Data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The results show that audit tenure has no significant effect on going concern audit opinions. Financial condition has no significant effect on going concern audit opinions. Audit quality has no significant effect on going concern audit opinions. Leverage has no significant effect on going concern audit opinions. This research is motivated by the high participation of learners English in the course of English Tutorial Center Padang, visible high level of attendance, liveliness and discipline of learners. Researchers suspect that the cause of the high participation of learners is due to the process of reward and punishment by the instructor in the learning activities. This study aims to describe the process of reward and punishment by instructors in English learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all students totaling 500 people. Sampling technique used is cluster sampling, samples taken at each level/study group as many as 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. While the data collection tool use a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results show that rewards in of point, reward, and praise are categorized both given by the instructor, as well as punishments in prefentive and repressive forms categorized well given by the instructor. This is evidenced by the majority of students expressing "often" from each statement given.
