Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pemahaman NOS di era revolusi industri 4.0 pada mahasiswa PGSD dan guru sekolah dasar di Kota Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survey, dengan sampel sebanyak 128 orang. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu angket online (google form).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman NOS di era revolusi industri 4.0 pada mahasiswa PGSD dan guru sekolah dasar di Kota Sumedang memiliki kategori tinggi (69.5%). Pemahaman aspek NOS tertinggi berada pada aspek ethos ilmiah (75.2%) dan pemahaman terendah berada pada aspek sains tidak dapat menjawab semua pertanyaan (62.5%). Pemahahaman NOS pada responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki, rentang usia 16 s/d 20 tahun, berstatus mahasiswa PGSD, mahasiswa PGSD yang berasal dari SMA/ MA IPS, mahasiswa PGSD pada semester VII IPA, guru yang mengajar di kelas I, dan guru yang memiliki latar belakang S1 kependidikan seluruhnya memiliki persentase yang lebih tinggi, serta berada pada kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci: NOS, Era Revolusi Industry 4.0Abstract: This study aims to obtain an overview of the understanding of NOS in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in PGSD students and elementary school teachers in Sumedang City. The method used is the survey method, with a sample of 134 people. The instrument used is an online questionnaire (google form).The results showed that understanding NOS in the industrial revolution era 4.0 in PGSD students and elementary school teachers in Sumedang City had a high category (69.5%). The highest understanding of NOS aspects is in the aspect of scientific ethos (75.2%) and the lowest understanding in the aspect of science cannot answer all questions (62.5%). Understanding of NOS for male respondents, ages 16 to 20 years, has the status of students, PGSD students who come from SMA / MA IPS, PGSD students in level VII of IPA, teachers who teach in class I, and teachers who have backgrounds Education S1 has a higher percentage and is in the high category.Keywords: NOS, Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with teacher job satisfaction. This study uses a survey method with correlational techniques. The population of the study was the teachers of SDN in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City with a sample of 150 people. The instrument used for data collection is a number of written questions with 4 variations of answer choices. The instrument item validation was tested using product moment correlation, while the instrument reliability test was calculated using the Alpha Conhbach formula. The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. (2). There is a very strong relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. (3). There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together with job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. The results of this study are expected to be useful for improving work stress, emotional intelligence and personality of State Elementary School teachers in West Dumai District, Dumai City. The conclusion of this study shows that job satisfaction can be reduced through increasing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence either alone or together.

This study aims to determine the problems experienced by teachers during Covid-19 pandemic in which teachers must conduct online learning. This research is a descriptive study using online survey method. The data was collected using online questionnaires to 64 respondents of elementary school teachers. It was found that 98% of the primary school teachers respondents has conducted online learning during Covid-19 pandemic, and 1 teacher did not use online model. The information obtained is that 100% of the teacher is doing online model (in the network) learning. More than 9 medias used by elementary school teachers in Bantul district during the pandemic were offered namely WhatsApps, WhatsApp Web, Google Classroom, Google Group, TeamLink, Microsoft Teams, Kaizala Microsoft, Zoom Meeting & Webinar, Youtube, Google Hangouts, and others. 100% of teachers or as many as 64 teachers are learning with WhatsApps application as the first choice. Furthermore, 15% of teachers use some application supporters of WhatsApp. Google Class is the second option. The third option is Google form as much as 12% or 8 teachers. The use of Google Form is for students’ worksheets. The fourth choice is YouTube with as many as 7% or 5 teachers. Short videos related to the material being taught in 10-20 minutes. The fifth application is the Zoom Cloud Meeting for only 3% or 2 teachers who chose this platform.

Elementary school teachers are one of the sources of student’s misconceptions, so their understanding needs to be identified. However, the process of identifying the understanding of the concept of science is still small and only on certain materia. This study was aimed to investigate elementary school teacher's understanding of sound concepts. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The research data are sourced from elementary school teachers' answers to questions about the concept of high and low sounds, in the form of a teacher's justification for the statement of questions presented along with the discussion. The population was all grade 4 elementary school teachers in Surakarta (120 teacher), the sample of 30 teachers from public and private elementary schools, the status accreditation A and B, with a purposive random sampling technique. The sample taken consisted of teachers in the age range of 30 to 60 years, 11 male teachers and 19 female teachers, and 50% were certified educators. Data collection techniques are carried out by providing diagnostic tests of misconceptions on the subject of the concept of high and low sounds. Data analysis technique refers to the category of concept understanding formulated by Tuysuz (2009), which is understanding, misconception, not understanding, and guessing. The results showed that in understanding the concept of high and low sounds 1.11% of teachers understood the concept well, 71.11% of teachers did not understand the concept, 26.67% of teachers experienced misconceptions, and 1.11% of teachers guessed.

Teachers have an important contribution in the process of providing quality education. In carrying out their duties, teacher performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership role and integrity to the performance of elementary school teachers. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study was elementary school teachers. Sampling using random sampling technique, to obtain a sample of 67 teachers. The data collected in this study used instruments in the form of a principal leadership role questionnaire, a teacher integrity questionnaire, and a teacher performance questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the principal's leadership role had a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; teacher integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; principal's leadership role and teacher integrity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This study shows that the good and bad performance of teachers is influenced by the integrity of the teacher and the leadership role of the principal.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in elementary school teacher work commitments in Gugus 3 Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar Semester II Academic Year 2018/2019 after attending clinical supervision activities. This research is a school action research. Subjects were elementary school teachers in Gugus 3 Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar with a total of 58 teachers. Teacher work commitment data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Indicators of the success of this study are: if the minimum teacher work commitment is in the High category and classical completeness is 90%. Based on the research that has been done, it was concluded that the effective implementation of clinical supervision could increase the work commitments of elementary school teachers in Cluster 3 of Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency Semester II in 2018/2019 Academic Year. In the pre-cycle mean teacher work commitment is 128.74 in the medium category with the percentage of classical completeness is 67.24%. In the first cycle the mean work commitment of teachers was 145.98 in the high category with the percentage of classical completeness being 87.93%. Whereas, in cycle II it increased with a mean of 180.45 in the very high category with the percentage of classical completeness being 100%.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the principal's supervision and work climate simultaneously had on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The research method used is the survey method with correlational techniques and regression and the collection technique data used are Likert scale questionnaire data on 65 public elementary school teachers in the Kertasemaya sub-district of Indramayu Regency. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant effect of supervision of the principal on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in the sub-district of Kertasemaya, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision of teacher work motivation is 17.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. (2) There is a significant effect of work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher work motivation is 21%, while the rest is influenced by other variables besides the supervision of the principal, which are not examined in this study (Epsilon). (3) there is a simultaneous significant effect of school principal supervision and work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision and the work climate simultaneously on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency is 32%, while the rest is influenced by other variables, which are not examined in this study (epsilon). To increase work motivation, it is necessary to supervise the principal regularly and need a conducive work climate.

Teachers' perception of inclusive education becomes an important indicator in evaluating the success of inclusive education. Teachers who have a positive perception of inclusive education will have a more controlled learning environment. This study used a survey method that investigates the current views of elementary school teachers toward inclusive education by exploring their perceptions. The respondents of this study are 70 elementary school teachers in East Java Province. This study found that: (1) There was no difference perception of teachers in primary schools concerning the concept of inclusive education, placement of students with disabilities, and processing of learning in inclusive classrooms; (2) Teachers' perceptions in primary schools towards inclusive education was not influenced by their duties as regular and special education teachers; (3) There are differences in perceptions of inclusive education based on the amount of training they followed; (4) There are differences in teachers' perceptions of inclusive education based on the length of teachers' experience teaching students with disabilities. Teachers' perceptions of inclusive education can be measured from three dimensions: the inclusion concept, disability student placement, and learning management.
