Abstract This study aimed to analyze the Protection of Consumer Law Against Execution of Fiduciary Who Have Bad Debt at the Institute for financing, to find agreement financing between consumers and institutions already reflect the legal protection of the consumer, to know how the execution of fiduciary who has bad credit on the institution financing the consumer. The research method that I use is Observational Researc by means of surveys, plumb This research is descriptive analytic data source in this study are primary data, secondary data and data tertiary. The results of the study are described to provide protection and legal certainty financing company that does the consumer financing for motor vehicles with the imposition of fiduciary security, mandatory for financing companies to register a fiduciary, in practice many financing companies registering fiduciary under hand. Process execution must be taken by filing a Civil Lawsuit and the determination of the execution or application to the District Court through the process of civil procedure until a court decision is legally binding. There are also consumers who can not pay it off so that the object of fiduciary withdrawal by the financing institution. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perlindungan Hukum Konsumen Terhadap Eksekusi Jaminan Fidusia yang Mengalami Kredit Macet pada Lembaga Pembiyaan, untuk mengetahui perjanjian pembiyaan antara konsumen dengan lembaga pembiyaaan sudah mencerminkan perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen, untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksekusi jaminan fidusia yang mengalami kredit macet pada lembaga pembiyaan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah Observational Research dengan cara survey, sifat penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif analistis di dalam penelitian ini sumber datanya adalah data primer, data sekunder dan data tertier. Hasil penelitian adalah dijelaskan untuk memberikan perlindungan dan kepastian hukum perusahaan pembiyaan yang melakukan pembiyaan konsumen untuk kendaraan bermotor dengan pembebanan jaminan secara fidusia, wajib bagi perusaahan pembiyaan untuk mendaftarkan jaminan fidusia, pada prakteknya banyak sekali perusahaan pembiyaan melakukan pendaftaran fidusia dibawah tangan. Proses eksekusi harus dilakukan dengan cara mengajukan Gugatan Perdata dan ataupun Permohonan penetapan eksekusi ke Pengadilan Negeri melalui proses hukum acara perdata hingga putusan pengadilan berkekuatan hukum tetap. Dan hal itu memerlukan waktu yang lama, faktanya ada dari beberapa di antara konsumen memang benar-benar melakukan pembayaran sampai dengan lunas, namun ada juga konsumen yang tidak bisa melunasinya sehingga dilakukan penarikan objek jaminan fidusia oleh lembaga pembiayaan.

Deposit of compensation at the Court which is carried out in land acquisition for the public interest is one of the solutions to accelerate the development process. The disagreement of the parties regarding compensation has made the agency managing the project use a consignment mechanism to solve this compensation problem. Therefore, this research is focused on 3 (three) main problems. First, what is the process of assessing and determining compensation for land acquisition for the construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road on Jalan Padang-Sicincin? Second, what is the process of filing an objection to the determination of the form and / or amount of compensation at the Pariaman District Court? Third, how is the implementation of deposit for compensation in land acquisition for the construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road on the Padang-Sicincin road? This type of research is empirical juridical legal research and to answer the above problems, this study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through field research, while secondary data is obtained from tracing laws and regulations and decisions of Constitutional Court judges. The data analysis was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results showed that the process of appraising and determining compensation for land acquisition was carried out starting from the process of appointing the appraisal team, the assessment of compensation by the appraisal team, deliberation, and the process of determining the compensation. The appointment of an appraisal team is determined by the Chief Executive of Land Acquisition using the direct procurement method. The appraiser makes an appraisal using the Fair Replacement Value and refers to the SPI 306 Technical Guidelines. The results of the appraisal are used as the basis for deliberations to determine compensation. The fact is that the deliberations are carried out as it should be, but the price set by the Appraiser (Appraisal) is as if only a final price that must be agreed upon by the entitled Party, even though the price recommended by the Appraisal is a price that is the price for negotiating with the community land owner. The process for filing an objection to the determination of the form and / or amount of compensation at the Pariaman District Court is in accordance with the Supreme Court Regulation No.3 of 2016 and is a form of legal protection for land rights owners. The implementation of land’s deposit compensation at the Pariaman District Court is carried out in accordance with the Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2016 and in the Compensation of the Damages awaits a court process that has permanent legal force so that the money can be given to the party entitled to receive it

In the event that the prospective bride and groom will hold a marriage registered at the local Office of Religious Affairs If the age is less than 19 years, it will be rejected because the marriage conditions are not fulfilled. Because the marriage is considered urgent to be carried out, then parents or guardians can apply for a marriage dispensation at the Religious Court. Marriage dispensation is an application for ratification of a marriage that will take place by the prospective bride and groom or one of the prospective brides who are not old enough to marry. This research is the result of research on the consideration of judges in deciding the case of marital dispensation with the analysis of maslahah with the main problem of consideration of judges in deciding the case and the analysis of maslahah. This research is analitive descriptive qualitative research with normative approach, data source used by primary data source in the form of interviews, observations, and secondary data in the form of court determination. The technical analysis of data used is qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this research is what the judge considered in the Purworejo Religious Court in granting the application for marital dispensation on the determination No. 266/Pdt.P/2020/PA/Pwr, and to find out the determination of judges in the Purworejo Religious Court regarding marital dispensation which is analyzed through maslahah. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the consideration of the judge in granting the request for marital dispensation is on the grounds that the marriage is urgent to be done, between the husband and wife there is no obstacle to marriage and the two families have approved each other. In the analysis maslahah consideration of judges included in the maslahah doruriyah because to maintain religion and descendants.

The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>Th</em><em>e high number of divorce in every year creates concern toward the children’s rights whose have parents divorce. Therefore, the writers did the research in order to identify the legal protection of children’s rights post parents divorce either for rights to rearing and rights to basic necessities. The research is involved into sociological research. The primary data was obtained through interview and the secondary data was coming from literature study from judge’s verdict in District court of Surakarta (either for general District court or religion District court). Technical analysis uses qualitative data specially using deductive method. This research shows that most of all the verdicts (judge’s decision), more than 75%, does not have any substantial decision regarding rights to rearing and rights to basic necessities (in both district court-general District court and religion District court). Based on this result, it means that the legal protection for the children’s who experience parents divorce is at very minimum legal protection for their rights.  The differences of legal protection, research by the writers between both district court, are in religion District court, the underwriter for rearing is given to the mother if the children are below 12 years old (mumayiz) and beyond 12 years old, the children could choose the underwriter is (until he or she is in the mature age-21 years old). Meanwhile, in general District court, there are no clauses regarding what and who are the underwriter, there is no mumayiz term including the differences uses of mature age between 18 years old or 21 years old.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>divorce, rights to rearing, rights to basic necessities, age limit.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Semakin tingginya angka perceraian setiap tahunmemunculkan keprihatinan penulis tentang nasib anak- anak yang orangtuanya mengalami perceraian.Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuanmengidentifikasi perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak anak pasca perceraian kedua orangtuanya baik hak asuh maupun hak nafkah anak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian sosiologis.Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi pustaka putusan-putusan hakim di PN dan PA Kota Surakarta.Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif khususnya dengan metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar putusan (<span style="text-decoration: underline;">+</span>75%) tidak mengandung amar putusan tentang hak asuh dan hak nafkah anak baik putusan perceraian di PN maupun PA.Hal ini berarti masih kurangnya perlindungan hokum terhadap hak-hak anak pasca perceraian kedua orangtuanya.Perbedaan perlindungan hukum yang diidentifikasi penulisantara di PA dan PN ialah jika di PA, kuasa hak asuh diseyogyakan adalah ibu jika anak belum berumur 12 tahun (mumayiz) dan setelah berumur lebih dari 12 tahun, anak dapat memilih siapa yang memegang hak asuh atas dirinya serta umur kedewasaan adalah 21 tahun. Sementara di PN, tidak ada ketentuan yang jelas siapa kuasa hak asuh, tidak dikenal istilah mumayyiz dan umur kedewasaan ada yang menganggap sampai berumur 18 tahun tapi ada juga yang sampai berumur 21 tahun .</p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Perceraian, hak asuh anak, hak nafkah anak, batas umur.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the form of legal protection against disabled workers with disabilities. This study uses normative research methods with data collection techniques used to solve the problem formulation is by library data obtained based on legislation and literature - literature or official books. Data analysis used is qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The result of the research can be concluded that the form of legal protection for workers with disabilities who are harmed by employers by viewing or reviewing Law No.13 Year 2103, in the law has regulated the legal protection for workers with disabilities. Therefore, the need for legal protection is preventive and repressive, by increasing the supervision of the relevant agencies so that the disability workers are not harmed by the employer. And if there has been a dispute then it can be a repressive legal protection, which prioritizes the form of bipartite negotiations, in deliberation and tripartite, mediated by the facilitator. If in such endeavors remain unreachable, either party may make a lawsuit by enclosing minutes of negotiations and being registered with the industrial relations court at the local district court. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja penyandang disabilitas yang dirugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memecahkan rumusan masalah yaitu dengan data kepustakaan yang diperoleh berdasarkan dari perundang – undangan dan literaturr - literatur atau buku - buku resmi. Analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap data primer maupun data sekunder. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas yang dirugikan oleh pemberi kerja / pengusaha dengan melihat atau meninjau Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 2103, di undang-undang tersebut sudah mengatur tentang perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Untuk itu perlunya perlindungan hukum secara preventif dan represif,  dengan lebih meningkatkan pengawasan dari dinas terkait agar pekerja disabilitas ini tidak dirugikan oleh pemberi kerja. Dan jika telah terjadi perselisihan maka dapat dilakukan perlindungan hukum secara represif,  yang lebih mengutamakan ke bentuk perundingan secara bipartit, secara musyawarah dan tripartit, dengan ditengahi oleh fasiliator. Jika dalam upaya tersebut tetap tidak mencapai kesepakatan, maka salah satu pihak dapat membuat gugatan dengan melampirkan risalah hasil perundingan dan didaftarkan ke pengadilan hubungan industrial di pengadilan negeri setempat.

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. This paper aims to know and analyze therapeutic transactions as a means of legal protection for patients. Therapeutic transactions are agreements between physicians and patients who authorize the physician to perform activities to provide health services to patients based on the skills and skills possessed by the doctor. The legal relationship in such therapeutic transactions creates rights and obligations that must be obeyed and implemented by each party. This research uses normative juridical approach method with primary data source is secondary data supported by primary data. Primary data is obtained directly through interviews and secondary data in the form of legal materials, both primary, secondary and tertiary which will be analyzed qualitatively through data collecting, data reduction, data presentation and verification of data or conclusions. The results obtained that therapeutic transactions position physicians and patients, on the same relationship with the hope of providing legal protection for the parties, but in fact the norms have not been able to provide legal protection. That happens because there is no arrangement of the implementation of the transaction therapeutic consistently.

The rapid population growth makes the need for homes also increase. There are many emerging developer companies that offer home that could be obtained on credit. Real Estate Developer parties usually make an agreement with consumers in the form of standard contract, so that the consumers here have no bargaining power but to accept what is specified by the developer. This causes consumer to have less legal protection as opposed to what is contained in the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The problem faced is how the position of the buyers as consumers in the purchase of standard agreement of housing, as well as how the legal protection that can be provided to the consumer in the standard housing sale and purchase agreement with developers in Bali. This research is empirical legal research whose objects of study are the terms and provisions regarding the enforcement or implementation of normative law (codification, law or contract) is in action / in abstracto on any legal events that occur in the community (in concreto). The data source used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Status of the buyer as a consumer in the standard housing sale and purchase agreement has a weaker position compared to the business party (developer), this is because the purchase agreement offered by the business is made in the standard contract format so that consumers do not have bargaining power over what is contained in the clauses of the home purchase agreement. Legal protection that can be provided to the consumer in standard housing sale and purchase agreement with developers in Bali, namely if in the field there is a breach of the provisions set out in the Consumer Protection Act, a developer as the party carrying out the business can legally be sued by consumers as parties who feel aggrieved, then other measures are that a developer must also adjust the standard clause in the purchase and sale agreement that it offers is still at odds with this Law.
