This study aims to see the effect of accelerated learning model of learning on the ability of mathematical reasoning in terms of self-regulated learning. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri Bekasi Regency in the academic year 2016-2017. The design of this research is Posttest-Only Control Design. The research method used is quasi experiment (quasi experiment). The reasonably affordable population of this study were four classes (two classes in two different schools, two classes at SMK Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan, which were treated with accelerated learning model and two classes at SMK Negeri 1 Tambun Utara were treated by conventional learning model) of the normal distribution, have the same or homogeneous variance, and have the same equality. The results of this study are (1) The mathematical reasoning ability of students who were treated with accelerated learning model is better than who where treated with the mathematical reasoning ability of students who were treated with conventional learning model , (2) there is interaction between learning model with self regulated learning to the ability of mathematical reasoning, (3) students' mathematical reasoning ability given treatment with accelerated learning model is better than who where treated with mathematical reasoning ability of students who are treated with learning model (4) The mathematical reasoning ability of students treated with conventional learning model is not better than who where treated with the mathematical reasoning ability of students who are treated with accelerated learning learning model.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT), Numbered Head Together (NHT) model to the students 'mathematical learning achievement that reviewed students' mathematical reasoning ability. This research is a quasi-experimental research with 3 × 3 factorial design. The researcher uses 2 indicators of learning achievement that is (1) Mathematics achievement test and (2) Test of mathematical communication ability. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of two-way variants with different cells. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. (1) Learning using TGT learning model makes better student's mathematical learning achievement compared to student's mathematical learning achievement with NHT learning model and conventional learning, while NHT model gives a better result of student's mathematical learning achievement from student's learning achievement with conventional learning. (2) Learners with high mathematical reasoning ability have better learning achievement compared with learners with medium ability as well as medium ability better than low ability. (3) Students have high and moderate reasoning abilities with the three learning models giving the same mathematical achievement, whereas students with low mathematical reasoning ability using TGT and NHT models provide the same mathematical achievement, but better than conventional learning models, and conventional learning models and NHT produces the same mathematical achievement. (4) The learning model of TGT and NHT in students with high, medium and low mathematical reasoning ability produce the same mathematical achievement, whereas conventional learning model on students with high and medium mathematical reasoning has the same mathematical achievement but better than students with reasoning low math.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaaran problem based learning yang dibantu dengan media edmodo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one grup pretest posttest. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI penjurusan MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Demak tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Aspek kemandirian yang diteliti meliputi aspek persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kemandirian belajar, wawancara terhadap siswa dengan kemandirian rendah, sedang, dan tinggi, angket respon siswa, dan lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan penerapan model problem based learning berbantuan edmodo. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian tingkat keefektifan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model problem based learning berbantuan edmodo adalah 94,11%. Peningkatan kemandirian belajar diketahui dengan menggunakan uji n-gain didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,32 dengan kriteria sedang. Peningkatan kemandirian yang paling optimal terjadi pada indikator evaluasi kegiatan belajar dan penarikan kesimpulan pengalaman belajar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi edmodo dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Efforts to increase student self-regulated learning with problem-based learning model use Edmodo AbstractThe purpose of this study is to improve students' self-regulated learning by applying model problem based learning use edmodo. The research method is experimental method with one group pretest posttest research design. The subjects of the study were the students of science class grade XI of SMA Negeri 1 Demak academic year 2017/2018. The aspects of self-regulated learning examined include aspects of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used questionnaire of self-regulated learning, interviews of students with low, middle, and high self-regulated learning, student response questionnaires, and learning activity sheet to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of problem-based learning model use edmodo. Based on the analysis of research results, the effectiveness level of learning implementation with problem based learning model use edmodo is 94.11%. Increased learning independence is known by using the n-gain test results obtained by 0.32 with middle criteria. The most optimal improvement of independence occurs in indicators of evaluation of learning activities and conclusions of learning experiences. So it can be concluded that the use of edmodo applications in learning can improve student’s self-regulated learning.

ABSTRAKPenelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Cabri 3D lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Berbantuan Cabri 3D di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 27 Medan T.A 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan posttest control design dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 27 Medan tahun ajaran 2016/ 2017 dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-4 dan VIII-6 yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes uraian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Cabri 3D lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Berbantuan Cabri 3D di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 27 Medan T.A 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : Pemahaman Konsep Matematika, Problem Based Learning, Discovery Learning, Cabri 3D   ABSTRACT This quasi experimental research aimed to know understanding of mathematical concepts using Problem Based Learning model assisted by Cabri 3D was better than understanding of mathematical concepts using Discovery Learning model assisted by Cabri 3D in grade eight of SMP Negeri 27 Medan in academic year of 2016/2017. This research is motivated by the results of previous research which shows that students' mathematical reasoning ability is not as expected. One of the lessons to improve the ability of mathematical reasoning is inductive learning. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of students' mathematical reasoning ability as a result of inductive learning. This study is a quasi-experiment that implements two lessons namely inductive learning and conventional learning. Population in this research is a student of the junior high school in Regency of West Bandung. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and obtained two classes as research sample. The research instrument used is the test of mathematical reasoning ability. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the improvement of mathematical reasoning ability of students who get inductive learning is better than students who get conventional learning.

The study aims to analyze the role of model-eliciting activities on students’ mathematical reasoning ability and self regulated learning. This study was conducted using a pretest-post test experiment control group design. The study involved 72 eighth grade students. Instruments used were mathematical reasoning ability test, and a mathematical self regulated learning questionnaire. The study found that students who got treatment on model-eliciting activities had better grades on mathematical reasoning ability and self regulated learning than that of students taught by conventional teaching, though the students’ mathematical reasoning ability grades were at medium level and the grades of self regulated learning were at fairly good level. Students expressed positive response on Mathematics Model-eliciting Activities, even though student still realized difficulties in solving mathematical reasoning task. So we conclude that students reasoning abilities and their self-regulated learning tend to increase through model-eliciting activities

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran dan kemandirian belajar pada materi persamaan garis lurus siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada kelas VIII semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada materi Persamaan Garis Lurus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII E. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes soal uraian dan angket kemandirian belajar. Hasil penelitian didapat kesimpulan: (1) tingkat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam penyelesaian masih level rendah; (2) kesulitan siswa pada umunya belum memahami soal dan prakonsep masih rendah; (3) siswa belum tertanam rasa belajar secara mandiri. Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, kemandirian belajar.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the ability of reasoning and self-regulated learning on the material of equations of straight lines of junior high school students. This research method using qualitative descriptive method. This research is conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi in Grade VIII of academic year 2017-2018. The population of this study is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi who have studied the material of the equation of straight line. The subject of the research is the students of class VIII E. To obtain the research data used the instrument in the form of test description and questionnaire self-regulated learning. The results of the research concluded: (1) the level of students' mathematical reasoning ability in the problem solving is still low level; (2) students' difficulties in general have not understood the problem and the preconception is still low; (3) students have not embedded the sense of learning independently. Many institutions have adopted an online accelerated learning model in which intensive online instructions are offered during the course of a normal semester to help students complete classes. Current research has focused on comparing different instructional lengths. Mixed findings have been reported. Accelerated instructions are not necessarily superior or inferior to traditional 16-week instructions. Research should focus on what is crucial and how to prepare students to succeed in accelerated online courses. This study examines whether self-regulated learning (SRL) skills may serve as predictors of positive accelerated learning experiences. It concludes that five SRL skills can predict success in online accelerated learning experiences and suggested educators should identify and prepare students with relevant SRL skills prior to attempting accelerated instructions to warrant a positive learning experience.

This study aims to determine whether the mathematical reasoning ability of students who are taught by the problem-solving learning model is effective in terms of the learning motivation of class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Gorontalo. This type of research is Quasi Experiment with Treatment by level 2 x 2 design using two-way analysis test and Tukey test. The results showed that the mathematical reasoning ability of students who had intrinsic learning motivation in problem-solving learning was 84.13 and the mathematical reasoning ability of students who had intrinsic learning motivation in conventional learning was 67.21. This can also be proven through a test with a significant level of 5% and df = 127 indicating t > t(1,127)(0.05). Obtained t = 4.232 for a = 0.05 obtained t(1,127)(0.05) = 2.80 Thus, the reasoning abilities of students who have intrinsic learning motivation are taught by problem-solving learning more effectively than the reasoning abilities of students who have intrinsic learning motivation are taught by conventional learning.

The ability of adaptive reasoning is a competence that must be possessed by students, but the reality of the field shows that students' adaptive reasoning ability is still not satisfactory. Learning with the accelerated learning method is applied in the hope of improving students' adaptive reasoning abilities. The purpose of this research is to know whether the improvement in students' adaptive reasoning ability with accelerated learning method is better than ordinary learning. This research is a quasi-experiment or quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Implementation of this research is done on grade VIII students in one of the State Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. Problems given are questions of reasoning ability of adaptive in material relation and a function, test of ability, ability of reasoning is tested theoretically by validating with picture that test question can be well understood and empirically validity and reliability fulfill characteristic to be used in research, The degree of difficulty and distinguishing power of the problem can already be used to determine the enhancement of the ability of adaptive reasoning. Quantitative data analysis was performed using flat most different and N-Gain test. The results of this study are students whose learning to apply learning with an accelerated learning method of enhancing the ability of adaptive reasoning is significantly better than that of students whose learning using ordinary learning is reviewed in whole.
