The learning process between students and lecturers usually occurs face-to-face in class. Technological developments and a continuous pandemic change the learning process to be a face-to-face e-learning process. The mental load during face-to-face learning is very different from learning in e-learning. This study was built using ergonomic thinking that is integrated with the use of e-learning. Cognitive ergonomics see from the point of view of students' comfort in cognitive thinking processes when doing e-learning. Data processing and testing will use a questionnaire derived from the NASA-TLX method. The results obtained from this study are the mental load calculations of each NASA TLX calculation. NASA TLX calculations show that efforts with a value of 267.29 dominate students. It could indicate that in e-learning lectures, students need more effort in conducting lectures. In addition, students experience fatigue while participating in online learning. It can be seen from the average SOFI measurement, which is only 1.26.

The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.

This study shows the results of an autobiographical questionnaire of Spanish university students regarding two different educational models caused by the COVID-19 pandemic: face-to-face and e-learning. The aim is to discover their perceptions and opinions about their experiences during the learning process and what they have experienced during this global emergency and period of home confinement. The sample is made up of 100 students from the Primary Education Degree programme and the research was carried out through a qualitative study of the questionnaire. The results, divided into categories of each educational model, show the interpretation that the students make of the current reality and their own learning process. The most important aspect of the face-to-face learning model, according to 75% of the students, is direct communication with the teacher, and for 88% of them this model was effective. For the e-learning model, the flexible schedule, the economic savings and explanatory videos are the relevant ideas that the students express, with 68% stating that it was an effective model. The main conclusion is that the students prefer to continue with the face-to-face learning process (49%) rather than online teaching (7%) or, failing that, mixed or blended learning (44%), where the theoretical classes could be online and the practical classes could be face-to-face.

To prevent the spread of Covid-19, various universities and schools began to implement e-learning. This is the application of application-based learning. There are many universities that have organized this learning model program and have passed their students' thesis and dissertation examinations by utilizing this technological sophistication. This paper explains the nature of e-learning model, both its characteristics, strengths, weaknesses and its benefits in preventing the spread of Covid-19. Basically, e-learning has two types, namely synchronous and asynchronous. The Synchronous is learning process all at once between lecturers and students (on line at the same time). Whereas the asynchronous is not at the same time. Students can take different time from lecturers. It can be concluded that e-learning can be used to prevent the spread of covid-19, because there is no face-to-face learning when giving material. E-learning also has several advantages over conventional learning systems. However, e-learning also has shortcomings, such as the lack of interaction between students and teachers even between other students, tend to ignore the social aspects and foster individual aspects, the teaching and learning process tends towards training rather than education, and several other shortcomings.

Education landscape has changed dramatically due to Covid19 pandemic as in many country, conventional or face-to-face teaching and learning is no longer an option to avoid the spread of a virus.  E-learning become one of the best alternative to ensure education process could continue because experts believe world could only recover from this crisis in another two years. This paper will delve into students’ perspective about e-learning and their willingness to use e-learning. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to outlined this study. Majority of the student have an idea about what is e-learning. They also agree that e-learning able to accomplished learning and assessment proses as well as enable the interaction among students and student with instructor. Result also indicate, majority of the students have positive opinion towards e-learning nevertheless they prefer e-learning to be embedded in their education process (hybrid learning) as they are still prefer to have some level of face-to-face learning. However, this result cannot be used to generalize the opinion of all university’s’ student as diploma student tend to feel more comfortable to have face-to-face interaction with lecturer because they are in the transition period from school to university.

Kata Kunci : Blended Learning, LMS Moodle, Post Covid 19  ABSTRACTThe application of e-learning is one of the learning technology innovations that integrate information and communication technology with lesson content. Although e-learning can be used independently by students, the existence of teachers is very meaningful as adults who function to support and assist students in the learning process. Therefore, a learning model that combines (blending) the face to face learning method with e-learning in an integrative and systematic manner will make the learning process more meaningful. The outbreak of the Corona virus in Indonesia has directed the learning situation to online learning. However, the fact is that the use of technology is still very minimal in schools. The same thing was found in the Mitra school. MA Cahaya Harapan is a partner school for this PKM workshop, where most teachers have not maximally utilized the use of ICT in the learning process in the classroom. The stages of this workshop include the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and mentoring. The purpose of this mentoring and training workshop is to improve the abilities of teachers in Moodle LMS-based blended learning in the post-Covid-19 era. Participants in this PKM consisted of 25 people and was held for three days and continued with mentoring for two consecutive weeks. Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaire, there was a 28% increase of the participants ability after joining the training. All participants seemed very enthusiastic in participating the training program. This can be seen from the attendance of all participants from the start of the activity to the end of the activity. Participants are able to create and design Moodle LMS based blended learningKeywords: Blended Learning, LMS Moodle, Post Covid 19
