Profit Management is a phenomenon that is influenced by various factors. Among them are such as information asymmetry and free cash flow. In Indonesia alone there are already cases of profit management from several years ago. This study aims to determine the influence of information asymmetry, and free cash flow on profit management practices in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The population of this study are the manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression. The total number of samples for this study are 180 companies. But, there are found 45 samples as outlier should be excluded from sample observation. So,the final samples for this study are 136 companies. The results showed that the free cash flow has influence on profit management, and information asymmetry has no effect on profit management.Keywords:�� �Profit managements, Information Asymmetry, Free cash flow.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with a population of 150 companies. Determination of the sample in this research is by non probabilaty sampling method and by purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample is 63 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that all independent variables in this study, namely profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance. The purpose of the research is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of board of commissioner, board independence and audit quality on relationship between free cash flow and earnings management. This research used 290 data from manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method, during 2012 until 2014. Earnings management calculated using Modified Jones (1991) Model include ROA from Kothari et al. (2005). Data for the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that the effect of board of commissioner, board independence and audit quality on relationship between free cash flow and earnings management is negative and significant. Board of commissioners, board independence and audit quality can reduce earnings management problems arising from free cash flow. Board of commissioners, board independence and audit quality oversee the opportunistic behavior of managers that arises from free cash flow problem.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bid ask spread, profitability, and free cash flow on earnings management. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. Earning management is determined by the accruals method. The results of this study stated that the bid ask spread did not have a significant effect on earnings management, while profitability and free cash flow had a significant effect on earnings management.

This research aimed to analyze the influence the dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), leverage the company proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) to return stock in companies manufacturing sub-sectors of the food and drinks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 20013-2015. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and selected according to established criteria. Model analysis used multiple linear regression. From the analysis of the following results, dividend policy (DPR), the company's leverage (DER), profitability (ROE) either partially or simultaneously has no effect on stock returns

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on dividend policy with free cash flow as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method with 42 companies as samples and 210 observations. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the higher the managerial ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies that have high free cash flow, and the higher the institutional ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies with high free cash flow. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the adoption of IFRS on earnings management is measured by three proxy smothing income, differentials change in net income (?NI), ratio of the middle of the difference changes the net income in the difference in the change in operating cash flow (?CF) and the correlation between the accrual and cash flow. In this study also uses control variables to capture whether there are other influences that different areas: size, leverage, growth and ROE. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Samples are 36 companies with a total of as many as 180. The sample observation method of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there are significant adoption of IFRS on earnings management with significant value 0.023 <0.05. Variable control of size, leverage and ROE affect the behavior of managers in performing earnings management practices with significant value size = 0,030, leverage = 0.000 ROE = 0.014 (<0.05). While the growth control variables do not affect managers in earnings management practices. Keywords: Adoption of IFRS, earnings management

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Free Cash Flow Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Institutional Ownership, Employee Welfare and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Divident Payout Ratio (Parliament) partially on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. In addition, to test the feasibility of regression model, the influence of Free Cash Flow Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Institutional Ownership, Employee Welfare and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) simultaneously at manufacturing company listed on Bursa Indonesia Securities period 2011-2015. The population in this study are 146 manufacturing companies that have been and still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2013. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained sample of 42 companies. Data analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that Free Cash Flow Ratio, no significant effect on Divident Payout Ratio (DPR). Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant influence on Divident Payout Ratio (DPR), Institutional Ownership has a significant positive effect on Divident Payout Ratio (DPR), Employee Welfare and Price.

Earnings Management is a phenomenon that is influenced by various factors. Among them are such as information asymmetry, firms size and leverage. In Indonesia, earnings management existing cases of a few years ago. This study aims to investigate the influence of Information Asymmetry, Leverage, and firms size to earnings management practices in the mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study takes the population of the mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2014. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of Information Asymmetry, leverage, and the size of the company as an independent variable, earnings management practices as rhe dependent variable. The results showed that asymmetry of information, leverage, and firms size has effect on earnings management practices in the mining sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2014

The purpose of this study was to analyse the stickiness cost, and how adjustment cost gave impact on stickiness cost. Asset intensity was proxy of adjustment cost in this research. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. There are 124 companies obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that stickiness cost occurred on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the results indicate the level of asset intensity in accordance with the level of stickiness cost changes. So it can be concluded that adjustment cost affects stickiness cost.Keywords: Adjustment cost, stickiness cost, asset intensity.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of financial ratios on firm value carriedout in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2017. The samplingin this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, this study uses multiplelinear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained by the regression equation Y = α +β1x1 + β2x2 + β3x3 + ε. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variables of profitabilityand capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the variablegrowth of the company was not significant towards firm value.
