The research aims to determine and explain the effect of Innovative Behavior on Career Success through Employee Self-Efficacy of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Head Office of Surabaya. This is a causal research with quantitative approach. The sample collecting technique is using purposive sampling with 89 respondent from all divisions in the company. The statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of smartPLS software. The results of this research show that Innovative Behavior has positive and significant effect on Career Success. Innovative Behavior has positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy. Self-Efficacy has positive and significant  effect on Career Success. Self-efficacy not mediate the influence of innovative behavior on career success.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak work environment (WE) terhadap creative performance (CP) melalui mediasi creative self-efficacy (CSE) karyawan PT. Putra Mojo Maju Jaya Abadi. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 67 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Proses perhitungan dan analisis penelitian menggunakan progam aplikasi software Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert lima poin sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan kerja akan mempengaruhi tingginya efikasi diri kreatif yang selanjutnya akan mempengaruhi kreativitas seseorang dalam bekerja. Namun kualitas lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi langsung creative performance seseorang.

PT Pegadaian (Persero) is one of financial institution in the form of channeling funds to the public on the basis of the law of pawning. PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VII Denpasar in 2018 - 2020 has a low KPI value in the last 3 years compared to other regional offices throughout Indonesia. The decline in employee performance can be influenced by several factors, including leadership, innovative behavior and creative self-efficacy. This study was conducted to determine the role of creative self-efficacy in mediating the effect of transformational leadership and innovative behavior on employee performance. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling as many as 227 respondents were employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VII Denpasar. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results shows creative self-efficacy, transformational leadership and innovative behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t statistic > 1.96). The results of the mediation analysis showed that creative self-efficacy was not able to mediate transformational leadership on employee performance (18.3%) but was able to partially mediate the effect of innovative behavior on employee performance (41.7%). This research is expected to be empirical evidence for future research and to be able to enrich the theory of social exchange, transformational leadership, innovative behavior and creative self-efficacy. In addition, this research is expected to provide information as a leader in improving employee performance in the PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VII Denpasar.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance through employees' job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 159 employees. The sample was collected through a random sampling technique and obtained 62 respondents”the statistical analysis using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that teamwork has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Teamwork has no significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Companies can encourage employees to do teamwork by creating teams to complete tasks.

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an effect of social capital on the new venture creation with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The subjects of this study were 40 students majoring in management at the Tarumanagara University Faculty of Economics and Business who have a private business with a business age under 5 years. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. This study uses data analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach in the form of the Smart-PLS application version 3.0. The findings show that social capital does not significantly affect new venture creation. However, there is an indirect effect of social capital on new venture creation through self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh modal sosial terhadap penciptaan usaha baru dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 40 mahasiswa jurusan manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara yang memiliki bisnis pribadi dengan usia bisnis dibawah 5 tahun. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) berupa aplikasi Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penciptaan usaha baru. Namun, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung modal sosial terhadap penciptaan usaha baru lewat efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi.

The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the effect of job crafting on work engagement through the psychological meaningfulness of employees at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Surabaya. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples was 55 employees. Statistical analysis using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study explained that job crafting has a positive and significant influence on work engagement through psychological meaningfulness as a mediator. In addition, the mediating effect also has a better effect than the direct effect.

Career success is a way for individuals to fulfill their needs for achievement and effort during work, even career success is someone’s goal in working. The sample in this study were 65 production department employees with quantitative analysis approaches. In this study using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Research on career success benefits both individuals and organizations. At the individual level, career success can be observed from the objective (extrinsic) and subjective (intrinsic). Knowledge of career success helps individuals de- velop the right strategies to commit to careers in their working days. At the organizational level, knowledge of the relationship between proactive personality and organizational support for career development towards career success can help companies to design effective career systems. Compa- nies that want to get competent human resources must understand the factors that affect their employees’ career success, one of these factors is self-efficacy. The self-efficacy variable in this study is positioned as a moderator that influences the relationship between career success and career commitment. The purpose of this paper is to develop conceptual models and propose hy- potheses that connect proactive personality and organizational support for career development in career success through career commitment that is moderated by self-efficacy.

The success of female entrepreneurs Batik need hard work, self-efficacy, innovation and ambition behavior. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of self-efficacy and innovative behavior towards the success of female entrepreneurs Batik in Bojonegoro. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis research design. The population in this research are all female batik entrepreneur in Bojonegoro. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using non-probability sampling in which samples are determined based on certain criteria in accordance with the research purpose. The numbers of samples are 32 respondents. The Data collection techniques has been done by using questionnaires and conducting interviews. The obtained data are analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is the equation model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is based on components or variants. The results of the research show that: self efficacy gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs. Self-efficacy gives influence to the innovative behavior of female batik entrepreneur. Innovative behavior gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs, Self-efficacy gives indirect influence to the success of female entrepreneurs through the mediator i.e. innovative behavior.

Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu yang berperan mengarahkan mahasiswanya menjadi pencipta kerja bukan lagi pencari kerja. Salah satu caranya dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan berwirausaha. Sehingga, perlu adanya penelitian yang meneliti faktor apa saja yang dapat membentuk self efficacy dan bagaimana dampaknya pada minat berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden self efficacy dan dampaknya pada minat berwirausaha. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Sedangkan, sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Strata I (S-1). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Penyebaran data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan bantuan alat WarpPLS. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 350 responden. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy. Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan self efficacy. Akan tetapi, lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap return saham dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi sebanyak 56 perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan melalui purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel independen (X) yakni profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Variabel moderasi (Z) yakni nilai tukar, serta variabel dependen (Y) yakni return saham. Data sekunder adalah”jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian”ini. Sumber dataa berasal dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan (annual report) atau melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data”menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara parsial Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham dan likuiditas berpengaruh”terhadap return saham. Efek moderasi, dimana secara parsial nilai tukar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap return saham.
