<p class="Abstract1">Willingness to pay premium price is the willingness of individuals to spend a greater amount of money with the aim of getting a product or service of higher quality than other products or services. This study conducted a study of the effect of consumer perceptions and lifestyles on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products. As we know that the price of Wagyu beef is quite high, around Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 850,000 per kilogram depending on the quality. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of consumer perceptions on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products; (2) the influence of lifestyle on the willingness to pay premium price of Wagyu products. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought Wagyu meat in different cities with an infinite amount. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 123 people who had bought Wagyu products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses multiple regression analysis test as an analytical tool to test hypotheses. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed to test factors and test variables using SPSS 21. The results of this study showed: (1) consumer perceptions had a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay premium prices for Wagyu meat products; (2) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the willingness to pay premium prices of Wagyu products.</p>

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

Implementation of sustainable manufacturing practices brings lot of gains and benefits not alone to the manufacturing industries but also to their immediate environment. Such benefits includes increase the manufacturing capacity, good industry image, environmental friendly product, enhance business profile, consumer perceptions and corporate reputation. Nevertheless, many manufacturing industries are still unable to properly implements sustainable manufacturing practices. Hence, this paper identifies the sustainable manufacturing practices among manufacturing industries. Data were collected based on quantitative research method using self-administered questionnaires. A total of 104 manufacturing industries were selected based on stratified random sampling technique and SPSS was used to analyze the data. The result identified some applicable and non-applicable factors that affect proper implementation of sustainable manufacturing practices among manufacturing industries. Thus, the study will assist manufacturing industries to strengthen their implementation strategies on sustainable practices.

One of many social media phenomena, especially on Instagram, is the rising number of accounts with pseudonymous identity, commonly known as Fake Instagram (Finstagram). A private account appears  with a fake username and photo display and small number of followers, with the purpose of being unidentified. The phenomenon starts from the social media standards Instagram trends to social judgements, resulting in users feeling uncomfortable when sharing aside from the implicit standards and trends which are currently happening. From that perspective, this research aims to see whether an influence is present in pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram on self-disclosure. Data of this research is gathered from 100 respondents through questionnaire  using a purposive sampling technique. The result of questionnaire is later researched using a quantitative research method. With the use of simple regression analysis, it is known that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (variable X) and self-disclosure (variable Y) have a strong correlations and a significant influence on one another. Based on self-disclosure theory, the result shows that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (also known as Finstagram) contributed 43,6% to self-disclosure, whereas the remaining 56,4% is contributed by other factors than pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this study to determine how the differences students' problem solving abilities between 7-step PBL and conventional methods are reviewed from scientific reasoning ability. Total sample in this study (N) 125 students selected using the convienence sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with factorial 2 x 2 research design. Results of the study show that the learning method provides statistical difference in students' problem solving abilities. The average value of problem solving abilities of students who take part in learning using the PBL 7-step method is 60.51. In the conventional class is 51.12.</p><strong>Abstrak:<em> </em></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa antara metode <em>7-step PBL</em> dan konvensional ditinjau dai kemampuan bernala ilmiah. Sampel pada penelitian ini (N) berjumlah 125 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik <em>convienence sampling</em>. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian <em>factorial 2 x 2</em>. Terdapat perbedaan secara statistik antara metode <em>7-step PBL</em> dan konvensional terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Rerata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah ikuti siswa untuk belajaran dengan menggunakan metode <em>7-step PBL</em> sebesar 60,51. Pada kelas konvensional rerata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa sebesar 51,12.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Diamond Fraud on academic fraud with student behavior as a moderating variable. The research method used was a quantitative research method by using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population of this study was all active students at Polytechnic LP3I Medan as many as 559 students. The sampling technique used saturated samples, which obtained a sample of 418 students.  The gathered data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, multiple regression and moderating regression analysis. The result of this study showed that Diamond Fraud simultaneously affected academic fraud. However, partially the component of diamond fraud such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization had a significant effect on academic fraud, while the capability had no effect on fraud academic. Furthermore, the result of the moderating test were known that student behavior becomes a moderating variable between the influence of diamond fraud on academic fraud.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Population in this research is consumer of Yogya Grand Cirebon, with total sample counted 100 respondents. The sampling technique used uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire, with the scale measurement instrument using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase, partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Service quality ; Customer satisfaction; Repeat purchase Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pembelian ulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Yogya Grand Cirebon, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan mennggunakan sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dengan skala pengukuran instrumen menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. This study aimed to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Sequis Life Semarang. The population used in this study were all policyholder customers or customers who had purchased Sequis Life insurance at Semarang Branch, while the total sample was 53 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data used were primary data obtained from the questionnaire, while the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The nursing profession is a health profession that has an important influence on health services, during the Covid-19 pandemic, nurses are the most vulnerable profession, both the risk of infection from the patient being treated and the recession of psychological disorders such as stress, considering that nurses are facing patients 24 hours will have the greatest impact both physically and psychologically. This study aims to see the psychological picture (stress) of nurses caring for Covid-19 patients. The research method used is a type of quantitative research with analytic descriptions, with a survey method. The population of this study was all nurses who served in the Covid-19 room in Riau province with a total sample of 50 nurses. The sampling technique used a survey method, using a questionnaire via Google Form. The results obtained were normal 43 respondents (86%), light stress 5 respondents (10%), and moderate stress 2 respondents (4%). From these results, it is known that 14% of respondents experienced mild and moderate stress. It is hoped that the hospital can pay attention to the psychological condition of nurses by facilitating/giving nurses time for relaxation or making refreshing programs to reduce the risk of stress on nurses.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration.

The population in this study was employees of the marketing department of PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon with a total of 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all employees are sampled in this study. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian marketing PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi; Motivasi; Kinerja Karyawan
