<pre>This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between population and gross regional domestic product on the financing of sharia banks in North Sumatra, and how much influence between the total population on the financing of sharia banks in North Sumatra and between gross regional domestic products. towards the financing of the Shariah bank in North Sumatra. The research design used is quantitative research design using techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classical assumptions and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 19 program. The sample of this study was the population, gross regional domestic product and the financing of the Shari'ah bank in North Sumatra from January 2009 to December 2011. The results showed that simultaneous gross regional population and gross domestic product had a significant and positive effect on bank financing. Shari'ah in North Sumatra. Partially, the more dominant factor that significantly affects the financing of the Shariah bank in North Sumatera is the factor of the population.</pre>

<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at UIN North Sumatra Medan both partially and simultaneously. The research design used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classic assumption tests and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 22 program. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to the sample in this study were 153 employees of education staff UIN North Sumatra Medan. From the results of t-statistic research that the variable remuneration significantly influences employee performance. The t-statistic test results of motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. T-statistic test results that variable job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously it is obtained that F-count is greater than F-table and can also be seen in the probability value smaller than the level of significance. It can be concluded that the variable remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction jointly influence the performance of UIN North Sumatra Medan employees</p>

This research aims to investigate the factors influencing the rate of foreign tourists’ visit to tourism destination in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The data were collected using observation, interview, documentation study and questionnaires. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study indicated that the ancillary facilities are the dominant factor influencing tourists’ visit to tourism destination in North Sumatera. The factors of service quality and facilities and infrastructures provide negative influence on tourists’ visit to tourism destination.

This research aims to understand the effect of financial control, the implementation of accrual-based government accounting standards, and the quality of training on the reliability of financial reporting. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this research is all employees of the financial sub division at 27 SKPD in Badung Regency. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research were 108 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The research results prove that: (1) financial control has a positive and significant effect on reliability finance report; (2) the implementation of accrual-based   government accounting standards has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of financial reporting; (3) the quality of training has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of financial reporting.

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) on the profitability of Bank Aceh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. This research data uses Bank Aceh monthly financial report data for the 2017-2020 period. Research data obtained by testing the hypothesis performed by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses to Operating Income jointly affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (2) Third Party Funds affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio affects the profitability of Bank Aceh. (4) Operating Expenses to Operating Income affect the profitability of Bank Aceh.

This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

This research aims to understand the influenceof foreign investment, international trade, Gross Domestic Product per capita, agriculture and urbanization of the working population. Country used as an object in this research is Indonesia. This research uses the method of analysis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and the multiple linear regression analysis method. Research period are from 1997 – 2012. The results showed that the international trade, Gross Domestic Product per capita, agriculture and urbanization have significantpositive influenceon the population work in Indonesia, but foreign investment has no significanteffect on the working population in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability.
