<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at UIN North Sumatra Medan both partially and simultaneously. The research design used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classic assumption tests and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 22 program. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to the sample in this study were 153 employees of education staff UIN North Sumatra Medan. From the results of t-statistic research that the variable remuneration significantly influences employee performance. The t-statistic test results of motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. T-statistic test results that variable job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously it is obtained that F-count is greater than F-table and can also be seen in the probability value smaller than the level of significance. It can be concluded that the variable remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction jointly influence the performance of UIN North Sumatra Medan employees</p>

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <α0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <α 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<α 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen  Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel semua pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota yang berjumlah 39 orang dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig. F sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kepuasan kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,003 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Komitmen organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic  covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. <pre>This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between population and gross regional domestic product on the financing of sharia banks in North Sumatra, and how much influence between the total population on the financing of sharia banks in North Sumatra and between gross regional domestic products. towards the financing of the Shariah bank in North Sumatra. The research design used is quantitative research design using techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classical assumptions and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 19 program. The sample of this study was the population, gross regional domestic product and the financing of the Shari'ah bank in North Sumatra from January 2009 to December 2011. The results showed that simultaneous gross regional population and gross domestic product had a significant and positive effect on bank financing. Shari'ah in North Sumatra. Partially, the more dominant factor that significantly affects the financing of the Shariah bank in North Sumatera is the factor of the population.</pre>

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, with two independent variables consisting of work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) and employee performance-dependent variables (Y). The subjects of this study were employees at the office of the village of Pasir Sari, South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or total sampling technique, which amounts to 68 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test and f test. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for work motivation variables (X1) obtained t count results of 2.621 with a significance of 0.011. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then thitung> t table (2,621> 1,668). The Significance value of t is smaller than 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance as shown by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for the compensation variable (X2) obtained the results of t count of 4.218 with a significance of 0,000. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then t count> t table (4,218> 1,668). The Significance value of t is less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). Work motivation and compensation on employee performance shows that there is a joint effect of work motivation and compensation variables on employee performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 39.638, greater than the f table of 5% distribution of 3.13 and the significance of F of (0,000 < 0.05).   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja  dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan dua variabel independen yang terdiri dari motivasi kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) serta variabel dependen kinerja pegawai (Y). Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor desa Pasir Sari Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau teknik total sampling, yang berjumlah 68 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau quisioner  sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X1) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 2,621 dengan signifikansi 0,011. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka thitung > t tabel (2,621 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,011 < 0,05). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel kompensasi (X2) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 4,218 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka t hitung > t tabel (4,218 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, di tunjukan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 39,638 lebih besar dari f tabel distribusi 5% yaitu 3,13 dan Signifikansi F sebesar (0,000 < 0,05).

The purpose of the research in the know the leadership style and motivation that can improve employee performance so that the research will take the title: Influence of Leadership style and employee performance motivation at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia. In this study used 30 Sample respondents. The data analysis methods used are statistical tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, double correlation, coefficient of determination in hypotheses test. The test results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between the leadership force on employee performance, and there was an insignificant influence between the motivation to employee performance, a known formula of multiple linear regression equations: Y = 20,170 + 0.433 X1 + 0.045 X2 with R2 value = 0.648. Proven that the leadership style and motivation to employee performance variables are 42% while the remaining 58% is influenced by other factors not researched in this study, and based on hypothesis testing results by using T-Test (partial) The result of leadership style which means leadership style Thitung > This (3.437 > 2.051) shows that Ho is rejected and H1 accepted which means leadership style is positively influential towards employee performance The motivation with the < this (0.475 < 2.051) Thitung indicates that Ho is accepted and the H1 is rejected which means that motivation has no effect on employee performance. Based on test results F (simultaneous) obtained the result of Fcountdown > Ftabel (9.776 > 3.34) showed. H1 acceptance, so it can be concluded that leadership style and motivation affect employee performance at PT. Tae Jong Indonesia.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.
