Shareholders want audited financial reports to be published immediately to make precise and accurate economic decisions. Companies were late in publishing audited financial reports can indicate bad news in the company's financial statements. The delay in submitting financial reports can be said to be the length of the company's audit delay, which resulted in the company being sanctioned by the OJK (submission of financial reports should not exceed 31 March). This study aims to analyze whether share ownership consisting of public ownership, institutional ownership and managerial ownership can affect audit delay in companies listed on the IDX during 2016-2019 period. This research uses secondary data from companies that are included in the LQ45 category with purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 77 companies during 2016-2019. The research hypothesis was tested using SEM method, the statistical tool namely Warp PLS. The results of this study is public ownership has a negative effect on audit delay, institutional ownership has a positive effect on audit delay, and managerial ownership has no effect on audit delay.

This study aims to analyze whether the factors that affect accounting conservatism. Data is taken from secondary data on real estate and property companies that have sold their shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019, the number of selected samples is 23 companies. The variables used are profitability, firm size, institutional ownership and managerial ownership. All variables are measured by ratio data. Data analysis using multiple regression which is processed by the SPSS program.The results showed that profitability and managerial ownership had a positive effect on accounting conservatism. Firm size has a negative effect on accounting conservatism, while institutional ownership has no effect on accounting conservatism.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ownership structure on the firm performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).  This research is a causative study. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. This study uses secondary data published in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on data collection, a sample of 75 companies from 144 listed manufacturing companies was obtained. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression using SPSS 24 data processing applications. The results of this study conclude (1) Family Ownership does not have a significant positive effect on firm performance (2) Managerial Ownership has a significant negative effect on firm performance (3) Institutional Ownership has a significant positive effect on firm performance (4) Foreign ownership does not have a significant positive effect on firm performance.  Keywords: Ownership structure, firm performance, Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Financial reports are used by entities to convey financial conditions tostakeholders. Financial reports are expected to have integrity, which means that they have truthful and reliable information.This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance mechanisms, leverage, audit tenure and audit quality on the integrity of financial statements in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committee had no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Leverage and audit tenure were found to have a negative effect, and audit quality has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements.Therefore, companies are expected to pay attention to the level of leverage ratios and audit services, thus the level of integrity of financial statements can always be improved.

Objective - The objective of this study is to observe the effects of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy, firm growth, business risk, liquidity, and profitability on debt policy. Methodology/Technique - Using the purposive sampling method, secondary data were retrieved from 16 firms that fulfil the criteria of this study. Analysis was made through the multiple regression method. Findings - The results of this research indicate that: (1) managerial ownership has a significantly negative effect on debt policy, (2) institutional ownership has no positive effect on debt policy, (3) dividend policy has no negative effect on debt policy, (4) firm growth has no positive effect on debt policy, (5) business risk has a significantly positive effect on debt policy, (6) liquidity policy has a significantly negative effect on debt policy, (7) profitability has no negative effect on debt policy, (8) managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy, firm growth, business risk, liquidity, and profitability, simultaneously, have a significant effect on debt policy. Novelty - This study implies that all the independent variables are related to debt policy, simultaneously. This shows that the regression model has an appropriatefit in estimating the accrual value of the model. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the level of bank health ratios measured by BOPO, FDR and NPF on increasing the profitability of the Sharia Commercial Bank industry in Indonesia, which is proxied by ROA. The data used in this study are secondary data including operational efficiency (BOPO), liquidity (FDR), Non Performing Finance (NPF) and Return On Assets (ROA) in the sharia commercial bank industry registered at Bank Indonesia. The data is a monthly time series data from 2015-2018 obtained through the official sharia banking statistics website, Financial Services Authority (https://www.ojk.go.id). To analyze it, researchers used a multiple linear regression model with statistical tool software EViews 9. From the observations and analysis of the data that has been done, the conclusions in this study are the BOPO, FDR and NPF on ROA which is an indicator of the Bank's health to measure profitability has a high relationship . The BOPO variable partially has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). FDR partially has a negative and significant effect on ROA. NPF partially has no positive effect on profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

This research aims to examine the relationship between KAP size, institutional ownership, and the audit committee on the quality of financial reports. 616 Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in 2018 became the population in this study. Purposive sampling as a sampling technique resulted in 547companies. Using inferential logistic regression analysis and using descriptive statistical analysis hypothesis testing methods with IBM SPSS version 25 tools. This study found that the KAP size and the audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Institutional ownership does not affect the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee influence the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that partially, KAP size and audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee affect the quality of financial reports. Further research suggests using other proxies, other periods, and other variables.

Tax avoidance is a legal action carried out by corporate taxpayer to reduce, minimize, and alleviate the tax burden in the manner permitted by law. Nowdays, there are a lot of tax avoidance cases in Indonesia. Indonesia is ranked 11th largest with the highest tax avoidance cases with an estimated value of 6.48 billion US dollars. This study aims to analyze the Influence of corporate ownership, executive characteristics, and the intensity of fixed assets on tax avoidance.The research’s population of this study were 152 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015,2016, and 2017. This research samples were 62 companies or 167 observation data selected by purposive sampling method. The data used secondary data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and it was analyzed by multiple regression.The results of the study show that Family Ownership and Institutional Ownership have no effect on Tax Avoidance. While managerial ownership has a positive effect on Tax Avoidance. Executive characteristics and Intensity of Fixed Assets have negative effect on Tax Avoidance.
