The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of capitalization on operating leases based on the latest accounting standards, namely PSAK 73 which is applicable in the preparation of financial reports related to lease activities. The impact of the convergence of PSAK 73 application of IFRS 16 introduces a single accounting model that applies to the lessee party, while for the lessor there is no difference with the previous standard. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with the data used is secondary data by utilizing the data available in the annual reports and financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the period 2018-2019. Secondary data is taken by pulling company data that reveals the value of the future minimum lease payments regarding the operating lease in the company's financial statements. The research sample used in this study is a company listed on the Indonsia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2019 period, with the criteria that the company states that the type of lease transaction is an operating lease and provides information on the minimum value of lease payments in the future. The constructive capitalization lease method was developed by Imhof, et al. (1991). Data analysis methods include descriptive statistical testing and Paired T-Test and Anova test using the Minitab 16 statistical application software. The results of this study indicate that operating lease capitalization has a significant effect on unrecorded lease liability, unrecorded lease assets, equity, and financial ratios. . Also, empirical evidence shows that there are tax savings from capitalizing operating leases

This research intends to fill the gap in the literature by studying the impact of lagged real advertising expenditures on different perspectives of brand equity in the Egyptian context, which are: Firm-based and Market-based brand equity. The research follows the quantitative research-based approach, with the descriptive explanatory method. Secondary data was collected from firms’ financial reports of sixteen sectors for the period 2013 - 2020 to consider the effect of real advertising expenditures on firm-based and market-based brand equity models. Data was collected from 168 listed companies in the Egyptian stock exchange market, after deleting the financial institutions. The unit of analysis was the corporate brands and data collected was panel data analyzed using Eviews program – version 10, using GLS regression. Results showed that market risk significantly moderates the relationship between advertising expenditures and Firm-based and Market-based brand equity.

This study aims to examine the impact of IFRS implementation and audit quality which represented by client importance on timely loss recognition.This study uses profitability as control variable. This research was conducted in the manufacture companies except BUMN and financial companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. This research study used a quantitative research with secondary data. Population in this research are 151 companies, the sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling technique to obtain the number of samples, are 18 companies with 5 years of observation data as much as 90 data. Research data in the form of annual financial reports that published by BEI or Indonesian Stock. Exchange. The data analysis technique that used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS program ver. 21. Based on the result of testing the hypothesis, showed that the implementation of IFRS have a significant impact on timely loss recognition, audit quality as a independent variableand profitability as a control variable doesn’t show any significant impact on timely loss recognition

The purpose of this research is to know about the effect of these factors Corporate Governane proxy by Institutional Ownership and Number of Board of Directors, Firm Size, and Return On Asset in basic industry and chemistry towards capital structure, and also to determine which of those factors having powerful effect to the capital structure. This research is using secondary data, such as the financial reports, annual reports and other related information of basic industry and chemistry listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange which sample were taken from 45 companies for the period of 2013 to 2014, and the choosing of these samples was based on the purposive sampling method. Panel data is used to test the effect of Institutional Ownership, Board of Directors, Return on Asset and Firm Size among as independent variables, in regard to capital structure as dependent variables. The result shows that only Return On Asset have significant effect to the Capital Structure in the basic industry and chemistry. Meanwhile Institutional Ownership, Board of Directors and Firm Size have no effect to the Capital Structure in the basic industry and chemistry. Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information in term of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcy possibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness.  This research studies manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

This study aims to analyze funding decisions on capital structure through trade off theory in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Profitability is measured using the return on equity ratio, asset structure is measured by fixed assets ratio and funding decisions are measured by debt. to equity ratio. The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The data analyzed is secondary data in financial reports or annual reports. The sample selection used purposive sampling method and the sample obtained in this study were 40 data from 10 companies. In this research, the analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and statistical test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there is no effect of profitability on funding decisions, there is an effect of asset structure on funding decisions. This shows that the asset structure influences the company's decision making in funding.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, companies are developing into multinational companies that establish branches or subsidiaries in various countries. This globalization has given an impact to increase international transaction. These transactions could lead to transactions with related parties that shows an indication of transfer pricing. Along with the development of globalization, factors affecting transfer pricing are not only derived from taxes, but also from other factors. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size on transfer pricing. This research used secondary data in the form of annual reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was manufacturing companies for years 2014-2018 and by purposive sampling method, a sample of 19 manufacturing companies was obtained. Analysis technique used on this research was a multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 application. The result shows that tax, tunneling incentive, firm size have significant effect on transfer pricing, while exchange rate does not take any effect on transfer pricing. Adjusted R2 determination coefficient of 32,8% shows transfer pricing is affected by tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size, while remaining 67,2% is affected by other variables outside research model. This study aims to determine the effect of the complexity of company operations, company age, and auditor's opinion on the timeliness of audit reports on mining companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression models through SPSS version 22 software. This study uses secondary data, namely annual reports published on the website www.idx.co.id or published through the company's official website. The population of this research is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, 30 companies were obtained as samples and 90 observations. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence of the complexity of the company's operations, company age, and the auditor's opinion on the timeliness of the audit report. This research is expected to contribute thoughts, information, and benefits to related stakeholders. For public accountants, this research can be used as a reference that can be used in carrying out their audit service practices, especially in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of audit implementation through managing factors that can affect the timeliness of submitting audit reports so that audit completion can be improved and accelerated. publication of audited financial reports. For investors, these useful concepts of thought and understanding can be used as a reference in reading and analyzing information in making decisions, especially  in matters relating to audited financial reports.

The purpose of this article is to assess the comparability of non-financial disclosures on the impact of economic activity on the natural environment in reports of selected companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The ten largest listed companies listed in the WIG-20 index were selected for the study. The analysis of the reports was based on the following disclosure categories: Materials and raw materials, Fuels and energy, Water, Biodiversity, Emissions to the atmosphere, Waste and Effluents, and Others. Within these categories, 14 key environmental non-financial indicators were defined. The empirical study carried out confirmed that the non-financial reports analyzed in all of the seven categories of disclosures were not fully comparable. The research methods used were: literature studies, analysis of legal regulations, analysis of secondary data, as well as methods of induction and synthesis.

The paper examines the impact of working capital management on corporate profitability through the periods of 2008 to 2012. The total of seven firms listed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange was studied, using secondary data generated from annual reports and accounts of the sampled companies and the Nigerian Stock Exchange Fact book. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and GLS regression analysis using STATA 11. The study finds a positive relationship among Average Collection Period (ACP), Current Ratio (CR) and the size of the firm (LOGSIZE) with Profitability and a negative relationship with Inventory Turnover Period (ITP), Average Payment Period (APP). The paper therefore recommends that cash collected should be re-invested into short-term investment to generate profits and fund left idle in the cash or excessive liquidity is costly and do not lead to profitability.

This study aims to discuss the accounting implementation by the Indonesia Companies in recognizing, measuring, presenting, and disclosing environmental obligations that occur as a result of the company's operations. The analysis is carried out by reviewing disclosures on environmental management activities that have been carried out by the company, which has financial reports and annual reports. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with the data used are secondary data, financial statements, and annual reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017 fiscal years. The samples employed in this study is thirteen food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. The results of this study suggest that from 2015 to 2017, the food and beverage sub-sector companies have not reported any environmental obligations in the form of social-environmental responsibilities in the financial statements. The companies report their environmental responsibility activities as a company expense reported on the income statement. Accounting for environmental obligations related to recognition, measurement, recording, disclosure, and reporting has not been regulated in financial accounting standards, so reporting environmental obligations is still voluntary.
