The rapid development of the world must be balanced with strengthening the character of the Nation so that the younger generation does not lose the direction. Social problems caused by changes in cultural values among adolescents is one indicator of the declining character of the Indonesian nation. This condition is an alarm to improve the character of Indonesia from an early age. Through the Ministry of Education and Culture, the government has launched a program for Strengthening Character Education which was implemented early. Religious character becomes the main character that is proclaimed by the government to strengthen the character of the younger generation. Religious character has an important role as a director, guide, and balancer of other characters in students, so this character needs to be improved early on. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of religious characters in supporting the identity of the Indonesian nation's character. The method used is literature review. The results of this study will provide an overview of strategic steps to strengthen the religious character of senior highschool students.

<p><em>        Education is one of the most important things that is able to be a change in the world and in changing the younger generation to be better and have character. With the existence of an education that is complemented by religious teachings it self, it will streng then character and reduce the moral and ethical degradation or decline that occurs in every nation's future child. Cultivators of noble moral values, ethics and religious teachings must be planted from an early age so that children become accustomed to them and are able to understand behaviors that should be avoided and prohibited. Therefore the role of parents is very influential on the character of the child because the family is the primary or primary education that the child gets. In addition, to reduce the current moral degradation or deterioration that is prevalent in life, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and the government to be able to create a good young generation. In the teachings of Hinduism, there are many teachings that can be used as a guide for life and can be used as character strengthening for children and the younger generation, one of which is known as the teaching of Catur Guru, which is the teaching of how to be devoted, ethical and respecting these four teachers, including self-help teachers. , rupaka teachers, recitation teachers and wisesa teachers.</em></p>

Abstract: The negative impact of globalization is the increasingly worsening character of the younger generation. In overcoming the problem of demoralizing the younger generation, the Government of Indonesia issued a policy of strengthening character education. This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of character education to support strengthening character education(PPK) movement at elementary school Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of character education implementation in the context of supporting the PPK movement at elementary school Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, located at elementary school Muhammadiyah 9 Malang, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the implementation of PPK policies in schools was not much different from the character education programs that had previously been implemented. Strengthening the character education that runs is to add a variety of character planting habituation programs, increase the hours of character habituation activities, increase student learning activities and intensify a variety of programs that are already running at school. Schools implement the PPK movement according to the Ministry of Education and Culture's reference with three basic approaches. (2) Supporting factors are none other than full support provided by all schools and parents of students while inhibiting factors faced by schools are none other than students themselves and there are parents of students.Keywords: Policy, Strengthening Character Education, Elementary Schools Abstrak: Dampak yang dihasilkan globalisasi secara negatif yaitu semakin memburuknya karakter generasi muda. Dalam mengatasi persoalan demoralisasi generasi muda Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam rangka mendukung gerakan PPK di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses impelementasi pendidikan karakter dalam rangka mendukung gerakan PPK di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. The purpose of this research was to find out the forms and the factors leading to the contestation of cultural ideology in National Examination. This research utilized Qualitative Research method and the approach of Cultural Studies. Based on the analysis, it was found that the forms of ideological contestation, specifically, centralistic, prioritizing on the result of cognitive domain, and imaging. The factors which caused consisted of political of education, state policies, and socio-cultural. The implications of this research were (1) There was shifting of educational values into capitalism, (2) The meaning of learning became limited in which it was just purposed at facing National Examination, (3) Educational services have shifted from humanist public services to commodification of education, with the result that honesty was marginalized. Eventhough the government has developed sophisticated system and very tight supervision, if the character of the subjects are not formed and cultured, accordingly, the National Examination stated honest and achievement oriented will be just a slogan. Therefore, the education system needs to be improved. The education paradigm which is more emphasized on the increasing of intellectual intelligence by multiple choice tests and scores needs to be deconstructed by adjusting with Indonesian cultural values based on “Pancasila” as ideological foundation and developing character education to the children from early age.

This paper analyzes the problem of technological backwardness of economy. In many mostly developing countries their economies use obsolete technologies. This can create the illusion that this or that business is prosperous. At the level of international competition, however, it is obvious that these types of firms do not have any chance for success. Retroeconomics as a theory of technological backwardness and its detrimental effect upon a country’s economy is considered in the paper. The role of the government is very important for overcoming the effects of retroeconomy. The phenomenon of retroeconomy is already quite deep-rooted throughout the world and it is essential to consolidate the attention of economists and politicians on this threat.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

Abstract As an emerging discipline, disaster nursing is very important in disaster emergency management, but there are few mature practice models and theoretical discussions. In particular, the contribution of nursing staff in disaster emergency has not yet received widespread attention and recognition. After more than ten years of rapid development, China’s disaster nursing has gradually formed a Chinese model and Chinese experience. During the global fight against COVID-19, this article takes the nursing work in disaster emergency rescue as the perspective and briefly describes the development process of disaster nursing in China to introduce the practice and theoretical development of disaster nursing in China to nursing workers around the world. By analyzing the role of Chinese nurses in national disaster emergency response, it provides a reference for global disaster nursing talent capacity building. By sharing the Nightingale spirit of Chinese nurses in disaster emergency, we will show people all over the world the professional value of disaster nursing practitioners and pay tribute to the nursing staff engaged in disaster emergency work.

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam lingkup Hak Cipta yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam masyarakat, kemudian bagaimana Hukum Kekayaan Intelektual khususnya dibidang Hak Cipta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan juga kesiapan infrastruktur hukum berupa regulasi untuk membantu perkembangan Hak Cipta di Indonesia sebagai payung hukum dari kegiatan masyarakat, serta bagaimana penagakannya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kekayaan intelektual khususnya Hak Cipta dalam pembangunan demi menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat. Abstract. The following article discusses the role of onomastic components in phraseological units and their meaning as well as giving a classification of onomastic components in phraseological units based on the materials of different structural languages. Through examples the author proves that the presence of names in the ancient rich phraseological layer of non-fraternal English, Russian and Uzbek languages is related to the national and cultural values, customs, ancient history, folklore and daily life of the peoples who speak this language. Besides, in the process of study of onomastic components it is also determined that names, along with forming their national character, are a factor giving information about the past of a particular nation. ABSTRACT    ROLE OF THE FAMILY AS A NON PENAL EFFORT IN PREVENTING  ACTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINTS CHILDREN IN THE EDUCATION UNIT ENVIRONMENT                 Schools are required to be anti violence zones, which provides a safe comfortable and enjoyable learning environment. Legal protection made by the government has not provided protection for children from violence that occurs in schools. So that there needs to be other efforts beyond legal measures that can prevent acts of violence against children in school. Non penal efforts through the role of the family.a as the first educational institution in society that plays a role in educating children to shape the character of children. Character education in the family will produce anti violence behavior in children themselves will distance themselves from behavior u violence, because children are equipped with loving behavior, tenderness, religious values, empathy in children.
