The Third International Competition on Computational Models of Argumentation (ICCMA’19) focused on reasoning tasks in abstract argumentation frameworks. Submitted solvers were tested on a selected collection of benchmark instances, including artificially generated argumentation frameworks and some frameworks formalizing real-world problems. This competition introduced two main novelties over the two previous editions: the first one is the use of the Docker platform for packaging the participating solvers into virtual “light” containers; the second novelty consists of a new track for dynamic frameworks.

<p>The Goián - Cerveira footbridge over the Miño river, result of an international competition held in 2017, will connect the Espazo Fortaleza park in Goián-Tomiño, Spain, and the Castelinho park in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal.</p><p>The proposed footbridge saves a main span of 265m, and is a suspended structure, with two towers located on the riverbanks, avoiding intermediate supports on the riverbed, and only one suspension cable. The towers are located not centered with the axis of the footbridge deck, that adopts a curved layout both in plan and in elevation. The curved layout in plan fits better to the footbridge arrival in both riverbanks, and improves its structural behavior. Indeed, the eccentric location of the suspension cable within the deck generates important horizontal transverse forces, that are supported by the curved deck by behaving as an arch. This configuration is also very convenient for supporting and controlling wind loads. It is a classic bridge type -suspended bridge- but with a singular configuration due to the curved layout of the deck and its arc-like behavior.</p><p>The result is a very subtle and slender structure, a “line over the Miño river”, that highly preserves the environmental values of the river and the landscape.</p>

This study uses qualitative research methods that are literature research. The sources of data in this study were sourced from books, journals, scientific articles, research reports, laws, and internet websites related to the sea toll program. After all, data have been collected, the data are analyzed by data analysis methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings. Competition is among the pivotal features and it considered as one of he international interaction movement. Generally, relationships between all countries, such as relations between individuals, no matter how close and cooperative they face, are not without manifestations of competition and conflict that may take a peaceful structure, and even take the method of violence that sometimes reaches the degree of physical confrontation. Since the end of the Cold War, international competition has become an inevitable phenomenon that characterizes international relations due to the absence of an ideological counterfactual, and as a result of many of these forces owe the same ideology as the strongest powers on the international scene. It can be noticed that they are competing forces rather than conflicting forces. Characterized by the rules of management of international relationships between these most powerful features is competition feature , not the conflict. Accordingly, the phenomenon of international competition is an aspect of international dealings. In addition it is a dominant characteristic of most international transactions between several states, especially when it comes to the economic aspect, as the conflict of interests between states necessitates the supremacy of competition in international relations. The US-European relations are stated as other manifestations of interaction between countries and do not differ too much from other international relationships, as they have cases of competition despite the manifestations of cooperation and understanding between them in many life aspects towards various international issues, but the competition between them has its nature and specifics. This topic aims to identify the nature of competition in relations between the United States of America and the European Union countries in several vital regions of the world, most notably the Middle East and the African continent. Keywords: International Competition, International Relations, International Conflict, The Middle East.

This article presents the results of research that set out to identify and characterize the challenges and threats to international security posed by the use of hypersonic weapons. The research process mainly employed the critical assessment of the literature, systemic and comparative analyses and generalization. As a result of the research, it was established that hypersonic weapons are an indispensable tool in the conducting of international competition by the Russian Federation and can be treated on par with nuclear weapons. Due to its attributes, it meets the criteria of an offensive weapon and poses certain uncertainties and real threats to the international security environment mainly because, so far, the capabilities to intercept and destroy it in the active phase of flight to the target has not been acquired. The Russian Federation considers hypersonic weapons as an excellent tool for applying pressure and aggression, allowing it to conduct international competition in the gray zone and achieve foreign policy objectives without the need for direct military confrontation. Due to its ability to cause almost immediate operational and strategic effects, it accelerates the dynamics of conflict escalation and rapidly affects the transition from a state of stability to international instability. It cannot be ruled out that in the third decade of the 21st century hypersonic weapons may be the key element determining the Russian Federation's achievement of global dominance.
