In this article, the object of research is the military personnel as a system, and the subject of research is the synergetic property of the system, namely the social psyche. The main objective of the study is to quantitatively describe the system microstatuses (the number of system elements, the maximum number of servicemen included in closed separate communication streams, the total number of these streams). At the macrolevel, a measure of the statistical uncertainty of the social psyche is calculated as a synergistic property of the system. The sociometry method (D.L. Moreno), graph theory and the algorithm for calculating Hamiltonian paths (N. Christophides) are used to identify any military personnel included in closed communication streams. Boltzmann's method of calculating the entropy is used as the initial entropy formula. As a result of the study, recommendations are obtained for restructuring the leadership style, using the tendencies towards organization and disorganization in the personnel making. The novelty of the article lies in formulating the problem of determining the measure of the statistical uncertainty of the social psyche, in proving the significance of the natural scientific approach in describing and identifying the elements of the system (military personnel) and in the quantitative description of the synergetic phenomena of a social group.

In this text, I re-elaborate the narratives and oral speech of some of the social subjects (Guyanese Negroes, Macushi Indigenous and Wapishana, regional Brazilians) about the Rupununi Uprising. The narratives and oral speech of the interviewees on the subject are partially constituted by the fieldwork that originated the Ethnography built as a doctorate thesis in the frontier Brazil-Guyana. The intention is to contextualize, by means of these narratives, the realms of memory that make up the political landscape of the 60s in these two countries, since the political event called Rupununi Uprising, characterized as one of the most polemic period in Guyana’s history. In Brazil, milestones of this decade were the military dictatorship and the leftist movements. In Guyana it is a moment of the process of independence and of secession fights.

The results of a comparative study of characteristics of representations about the future of 50 military personnel, 40 employees of the Prosecutor General's office, 30 students of the Luhansk People's Republic, and 30 students of the Southern Federal University (Russia) are presented. The relevance of studying the stated topic is explained. The results of the study were obtained by means of methods of content analysis of essays and psychological testing (methodology "The Events of My Life" by N.G. Nikiforov) and proved by the application of statistical procedures. The following empirical characteristics of future perceptions were identified and analyzed in each of the studied groups of respondents: “Localization of the Future”, “Prospectivity of the Future”, “Eventfulness of the Future”, “Subjectness of the Future” and “Optimism in the Future”. It is empirically established that the representations about the personal future of Luhansk students are intertwined with the future of the country and less optimistic than those of Russian students. It is shown that the representations of Luhansk military men are characterized by low subjectness, localized in the spheres of the future of the country, health and leisure-time activities; they are compressed, not concretized and unrealistic. The representations of the employees of Prosecutor General's office are characterized by greater prospectivity, eventfulness and subjectness than at the military personnel. The obtained results broaden the field of scientific representations about the factors of personal and life prospects of the subject, and also about specificity of representations of the subject about own future in crucial moments of development of a society.

<p>Yannis Smarnakis</p><p>Social Hierarchy in Pletho and its Models </p><p>The subject of this paper are the models of social organization proposed by G. Gemistos-Plethon to the despot of Peloponnese Theodore II Palaeologus and to the emperor Manuel II Palaeologus. The main sources for the investigation are two texts, written by Plethon, the first one between  1407-1415 and the second in 1418. The older text that was sent to the despot Theodore, depends on the platonic dialogues and proposes a similar model of three classes for the peloponnesian society. An interesting ideological shift was detected in the second text of 1418. Here the author proposes the division of the peloponnesian people into three parts, the soldiers, the priests and the peasants. The new model is identical to the ideological system of the three classes or functions in medieval France. I think that the main source of inspiration for Plethon was the specific ternary model that was grounded, in medieval France, on the neoplatonic tradition. Plethon transfers this ideological system to the social reality of his contemporary Peloponnese that was marked by the struggle of the powerful local aristocracy against the institution of monarchy. The ternary model gives a stable form to the peloponnesian society, justifies the role of the military aristocracy as the state against the Turks and legitimatizes the place of the monarch as the sovereign of the soldiers at the top of the social pyramid.</p><p> </p>

Abstract The report points the need of studying the gender equality topic as an element of leadership formation of the future officers in the European Armed Forces. The analysis of the approaches to the inclusion of the subject in different disciplines will help to increase the sensitivity and the understanding of the military personnel to the questions related to the implementation of the gender equality in a military environment. The equal treatment of the both sexes and the opportunities for successful realization, based on their professionalism, would contribute to the harmonization of the working environment as a part of modern European policies.

The scientific approach aims to analyse a topic of particular interest, bothfor current doctrine and also for professional practice. The institution of notificationdeadlines of the court in the matters of the resolution of individual labor dispute is currentlygoverned by the provisions the Labor Code, art.283 para.1 letter a. and by those of art. 211of Law nr. 62/2011 of the Social Dialogue. A simple analysis of these provisions shows that, unlike the Labor Code, Law of the Social Dialogue refers to the assumptions which aresubject to art.268 letter b. are not provided the letter d, art.268. Thus, the solutions offeredby those regulations are different and at the same time contradictory doctrine should aim toformulate hypotheses to solve "real conflict of laws", able to avoid delivery of divergent andcontradictory solutions of courts in matters which make the subject of our analysis.

This article aims to approach the Mudejar architecture developed in Mexico during the 16th and 17th centuries. The subject has been little studied, although both general and specific contributions have been made by the author’s research group. At the methodological level, this study is based on the existing bibliography, as well as archive and field research which allow for an accurate scientific approach and results. The article analyzes the social and productive conditions in Mexico during the Viceregal period, along with the systematization carried by the Viceroy Antonio de Mendoza, the guild ordinances and the architectural typologies. The perception of territory and the use of constructive models by the Viceregal authorities would justify the use of the Mudejar style as cultural and unity criteria.

The most important direction of the military doctrine of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is the improvement of the events of manning military units. The degree of fitness of the soldier is currently being determined during professional selection events. The level of development of professionally important qualities is determined for the assessment of professional fitness. The following requirements are placed on the professions of such specialties as the gunner of the tank gun, and the gunner of the artillery gun: accurately determine the distance to the target, select the aiming point, correctly set the initial data on the sight scale. In turn, the scout must be able to navigate the terrain and determine the coordinates of the enemys target and objects, be able to conduct hidden observation. When selecting military personnel for these specialties, special attention should be paid to the individual properties of the eye estimation of candidates. The Eye estimation technique is a tool for differentiating military personnel depending on their ability to accurately recognize spatial intervals. The developed candidate differentiation scales allow determining the place of the subject (area number) among the entire population of candidates depending on the value of the primary indicator from one of 10 subgroups using the percentile scale and assessing the severity of a professionally important function using 10 wall scales (4 figures, 3 tables, bibliography: 8 refs).

The application of multidimensional screening of the navy servicemen’s mental health is considered in the article. The content of the concept of “mental health” is not limited to medical and psychological criteria, it always reflects the social and group norms that regulate the spiritual life of a person. For this purpose, multidimensional mental health screening has been developed. The essence of multidimensional a serviceman’s screening consists of combining the level estimates of mental or “subjective”, psychophysiological or “military professional” and socio-psychological adaptation of a serviceman. A moderate level of personal “subjective” adaptation in the collective of servicemen, a good level of indicators for assessing the activity of servicemen by the commander, and the presence of social tension in the military collective in the conditions of the third month of the campaign is observed. 27% of those surveyed servicemen were recommended psychological and educational activities, 9% - were required dynamic monitoring of the doctor’s part, 2% - were needed in a psychiatrist’s consultation. It requires mandatory medical and psychological support for military personnel during a long campaign (3 tables, bibliography: 7 refs).
