Mathematical dependences for the rated definition of the mass error of parts and a product as a whole in correlation with tolerances for dimensions of blanks and machinery and also with parameters of roughness and waviness of their surfaces are offered. The algorithms for technological support of the accuracy required for a mass of parts and a product as a whole are developed.

A single-stage technological support of operation properties of machine parts and their joints is based on the integration and on the automated solution of problems of a designer and technologist for the definition of optimum conditions for machining parts at the stage of design-technological pre-production. A joint use of a self-learning technological system and an automated system of scientific investigations of contact stiffness will allow ensuring a required value of the operation property of machine parts and their units with the specified accuracy.

In the field of economics, the concept of “efficiency is traditionally interpreted as the ratio of the volume of products produced and the costs incurred for obtaining these products. This definition of efficiency is similar to the concept of profitability of production, although in practice in agriculture the concept of “efficiency” is a more complex category, since it requires the integration of many factors in order to obtain positive results in production. Agrarian entrepreneurs must effectively and efficiently use land resources as the main means of production. In the same row there are biological resources - agricultural plants, farm animals, poultry and other biological objects. In modern conditions, agricultural entrepreneurship cannot be carried out without new technology, equipment and other means of mechanization and intellectualization of agricultural activities. To obtain the results of effective management, scientific and technological support of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector will be required. As can be seen from the above factors, the concept of “efficiency” in the agrarian economy includes in its definition a set of relations, the implementation of which is necessary for the functioning of production in market conditions.

Creation of automated technical and technological support of the system of washing milking installations, which intensifies the process without additional costs, becomes of paramount importance in solving the problem of improving the quality of milk. The purpose of the research is to conduct a production inspection of the developed automated system for flushing milk lines of milking parlors. On the basis of the received mathematical models of process of work of washing of milking installations with air and hydro-injectors, and also the photodetector of definition of pollution of the milk line of the milking parlor the automatic system of its washing is developed. energy consumption. As a result of industrial inspection of automatic milking line washing systems, it was found that the lowest value of microbiological contamination of milk (number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative-anaerobic microorganisms) is observed for the variant with adaptive washing duration and adaptive mode of air injectors. For UDE-16 the Christmas tree makes 82 thousand CFU/cm3 (extra grade of milk), and for UDM-100 "Bratslavchanka" – 248 thousand CFU/cm3 (the highest grade of milk). As a result of production inspection of the automatic milking line washing system of milking installations, it was found that the lowest values of water consumption are observed for the variant with the shortest washing duration (5 min/10 min/ 5 min) For UDE-16 the Christmas tree makes 185 l, and for UDM-100 "Bratslavchanka" – 268 l. The lowest value of energy consumption is observed for the basic version of the flushing system (without additional equipment). For UDE-16 the Christmas tree makes 13,5 kWh, and for UDM-100 "Bratslavchanka" – 21,4 kWh.

RESUMO Objetivo: Indicar contribuições teóricas de documentos jurídicos e do campo comunicacional, nacionais e estrangeiros, para a superação do conceito de radiodifusão e sua ampliação para o conceito de audiovisual em um ambiente de convergência midiática. Metodologia: O presente trabalho lastreado em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental utiliza-se de método analítico-sistemático dedutivo objetivando demonstrar as questões e apontar as contribuições teóricas, jurídicas e do campo comunicacional, e de documentos nacionais e estrangeiros acerca da temática. Resultados: A teoria e a legislação portuguesa, acrescidas das diretivas europeias sobre o audiovisual, podem contribuir para a definição de um conceito mais amplo de radiodifusão na legislação brasileira, ampliando-se o conceito para além do espectro eletromagnético, abarcando todo e qualquer serviço de comunicação social audiovisual, independente do suporte tecnológico. Contribuições: Uma definição e clarificação conceitual, necessária em tempos de convergência midiática e internacionalização dos mercados; fatos que impactam a regulação local, alterando a configuração do direito interno, em regra e historicamente pautado pelos aspectos arquitetônicos e estruturais de limitação do espectro eletromagnético, que caminha para uma regulação voltada ao conteúdo. Palavras-chave: Constituição; televisão; radiodifusão; convergência midiática; comunicação social. ABSTRACT Objective: To indicate theoretical contributions of legal documents and of the communication field, national and foreign, to overcome the concept of broadcasting and its expansion to the concept of audiovisual in an environment of media convergence.  Methodology: The present paper backed by bibliographic and documentary research uses a deductive analytical-systematic method in order to demonstrate the issues and point out the theoretical, legal and communicational contributions, and of national and foreign documents on the subject.Results: The theory and Portuguese legislation, in addition to the European directives on audiovisual, can contribute to the definition of a broader concept of broadcasting in Brazilian legislation, expanding the concept beyond the electromagnetic spectrum, encompassing any and all broadcasting services, audiovisual media, regardless of technological support. Contributions: A definition and a conceptual clarification, necessary in times of media convergence and internationalization of markets; facts that impact local regulation, changing the configuration of domestic law, as a rule and historically guided by architectural and structural aspects of limitation of the electromagnetic spectrum, which moves towards regulation geared to content. The paper reports the results of investigations on technological support of reliability indices for as-sembly units taking into account changes of contacting functional dimensions of single machine parts at the operation stage. At the heart of the work there is an analysis of dimension ties of an assembly unit ensuring a correlation between some basic stages of a product life cycle at which product quality is formed: designing with the quality parameter standardization of a surface and functional dimension accuracy, manufacturing with the definition of technological parameters and confirmation of accuracy achieved at separated operations and an operation at which changes of quality and accuracy parameters takes place.

A method for technological support of roughness parameters for machine parts based on an experimental statistical approach is considered. The essence of the method consists in the processing of test blanks (or their test surfaces) according to a pre-planned scheme, in the roughness parameter assessment of test blanks, in the development of mathematical statistical model of the connection of roughness parameters with technological factors and on the basis of the model given a definition of their levels ensuring obtaining the roughness parameter values specified at machining a basic batch blanks. The peculiarities in technological support of relative supporting lengths of a rough surface profile and also a method for the formation of complex functional parameters of a rough surface are touched upon. The necessity for the creation of portable control measuring systems allowing the realization in practice this method is emphasized.

The oretical equations are shown for the calculation of fixed split joint impermeability taking into account contact-ing surface quality. There are given theoretical and empirical dependences for the definition of quality parameters in parts surfaces for different methods of their processing. A two-stage design-technological support of fixed split metal joint impermeability is presented.

Abstract The importance of conceptual modelling more and more becomes recognized in the industrial practice, since it is commonly known that it is during that phase of the product development process where fundamental choices are made that have a strong influence on the result of the development — the process! The process of product development can only be efficient if it is basically put into practice methodically. The time additionally invested in the first steps of the methodical process of product development as it is described in the German guideline VDI 2221 prevents from forgetting important specifications or even overseeing possible ways of solution. This way the phase of conceptual modelling can result in a saving of time needed for product development due to fewer iteration loops for the correction of mistakes in later phases of the process and an increase of the product quality, too. The prerequisite of the efficiency of conceptual modelling is a definition of the product specifications which is as precise as necessary and as abstract as possible in order not to restrict the amount of solutions in an unnecessary way. Looking at the functions a product to be developed has to fulfill, the requirements list serves as a basis for the definition of function structures in which all functions and the relationships amongst each other are defined. This function structure can be utilized not only for the description of the product in an abstract way, but also for structuring the development process as well. With the definition of interfaces between parts of the product, implicitly interface specifications for the work on different parts of the product are defined. The function structure, therefore, can be used as a tool for management in the product development process. Because of this, the information summarised in these documents must be available throughout the entire development process the information technological support of these tools should be standard. Nevertheless, common CAD-Software does not support any step of conceptual modelling. In this paper an information technological support for conceptual modelling is also presented. Furthermore, it is shown what kind of changes in and extensions of common CAX-Systems would be necessary for the realisation of this theory.

On the basis of the investigations carried out there are offered theoretical dependences for the definition of wear intensity depending on modes of electro-erosion treatment. They allow defining optimum modes of electro-erosion treatment to ensure machinery wear-resistance required.
