Abstract The purpose of this article is to develop a learning module for the Evaluation of Teaching Indonesian at the Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta using the Dick and Carey development model. The implementation of this instruction includes how a prospective teacher is good at evaluating teaching materials so that the lecturer feels the need to develop teaching materials to improve the quality of teaching materials using formative evaluation consisting of One-to-one evaluation by experts, One-to-one evaluation by Learners, Small Group Evaluation, and Field Trial by making a blue print of each formative evaluation activity. Abstract:Reasoning based research generally examines the application of learning models or learning methods. So far, there are still rarely studies that examine the use of teaching materials to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to develop teaching materials related to the central angle and the circumference of the circle based on reasoning. The development model used is the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The analysis was conducted by involving students of SMPN 1 Kabila as research subjects. The results showed the quality of teaching materials was declared valid with a percentage of 75%. Practicality of teaching materials based on the results of student questionnaire responses reached very good categories with a percentage of 82.82%. This shows that reasoning based teaching materials can be used in the learning process. Abstrak:Penelitian berbasis penalaran umumnya mengkaji tentang penerapan model atau metode pembelajaran. Sejauh ini, masih jarang penelitian yang mengkaji tentang penggunaan bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar materi hubungan sudut pusat dan sudut keliling lingkaran berbasis penalaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi).  Analisis dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa SMPN 1 Kabila sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas bahan ajar dinyatakan valid dengan persentase 75%. Kepraktisan bahan ajar berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa mencapai kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 82,82%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis penalaran dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Basic objections which are now attributed to modern teaching, its quality and efficiency are related to the curricula. Inadequate, outdated, too extensive and unadapted curricula affect the process of planning, programming and implementation of teaching and the quality of the outcomes achieved. Their continuous changing, shaping and adapting to modern conditions of life, to the demands of immediate reality and the needs and abilities of students are the basic requirements for providing the quality of modern teaching and the imperative of modern pedagogy. Given the importance they have in ensuring the quality of the implementation of the development model of teaching and the quality and effectiveness of its outcomes, the paper will view this problem in terms of their adaptation to the needs and abilities of students. The main categories through which an adjustment of the curricula to the needs and abilities of students is considered are as follows: teaching strategies, teaching materials, and the content of materials. This paper presents and analyses the results of an empirical survey on the views of physical education (PE) teachers about the above mentioned segments to adapt curricula, as well as the recommendations resulting from their direct experience.

Abstract  ____________________________________________________________________ Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan buku panduan kredit pemilikan rumah subsidi yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh konsumen di PT Tata Bangun Sarana. Penggunaan buku panduan kredit pemilikan rumah subsidi ini diharapkan mampu membantu konsumen dalam melalui tahapan pengajuan kredit dari tahap booking fee, melengkapi formulir persyaratan, wawancara, observasi/survei sampai dengan proses akad kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Rowntree yang melalui tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Tahap Perencanaan (2) Tahap Penulisan (3) Tahapan Penulisan dan Penyuntingan. Produk dievaluasi dengan menggunakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi formatif yaitu melalui uji coba ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji coba ahli materi adalah 3,7 sedangkan hasil uji coba ahli media adalah 3,37.  Evaluasi juga dilakukan kepada konsumen melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu uji coba one to one yang memperoleh hasil 3,56. Kemudian uji coba Small Group Evaluation memperoleh hasil 3,64. Hasil keseluruhan dari semua tahapan uji coba adalah pengembangan buku panduan kredit pemilikan rumah subsidi sudah sangat baik. Buku panduan ini dapat membantu konsumen. Abstract The purpose of this developmental research is to produce mortgage subsidy guide books that can be studied independently by consumers in PT. Tata Bangun Sarana. The use of mortgage subsidy guide books expected to assist in filing stage through credit, from the stage of  the booking fee, complete the requirement forms, obervation/survey, until the process of the contract credit. The research uses development model from Rowntree through three stage: (1) Planing Stage (2) Stages of Writing (3) Stages of Writing and Editing. Product are evaluated using formative. Formative evaluation is through the trial of material experts and media experts. The results obtained from a material expert trial is 3,7 while the trial results a media expert is 3,37. Evaluation is also conducted for consumer through several stages of one-to-one trial results 3,56. Then small group evaluation trial result is 3,54. The overall results from all of the trials are the development of mortgage subsidy guide books is already very good.

The purpose of this study is (1). To find out the characteristics of magnetic electric teaching materials that fit the needs of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau City. (2). To find out the feasibility of teaching materials. The research and development model used by the Borg and Gall model, because it is very suitable for developing and validating educational products. The study was conducted at Physics Student STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau who took the Electric Magnet course. Teaching Materials are validated by experts namely material, language, and graphic design experts. Teaching Materials are also measured practicality levels with one-to-one trials (Revision-1), small group trials (Revision-2), and Final tests (Revision-3). Based on the results of the study show (1) Magnetic electric teaching materials that fit students' needs are contextual based magnetic electric teaching materials and (2) Based on evaluations following the suggestions and responses from experts. shows the quality of contextual-based physics teaching materials with the overall percentage of these components is very feasible. So that magnetic teaching materials are valid and practical.

A lecturer with a good performance has a positive impact on the quality of teaching and learning. The said quality  includes the delivery of teaching materials, learning methods, and ultimately the academic results of students. Performance of lecturers contributes significantly to the quality of research and community service which in turn improves the quality of teaching materials. It is desirable, therefore, to have a method to measure the performance of lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma (or the three responsibility) activities, which consist of teaching and learning process, research, and community service activities, including publications at both national and international level. This study seeks to measure the performance of lecturers and cluster them into three categories, namely "satisfactory", "good", and "poor". Data were taken from academic works of nursing study program lecturers in conducting academic activities. Clustering process is carried out using two machine learning approaches, which is K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms. Evaluation of the clustering results suggests that K-Medoids algorithm performs better compared to using K-Means. DBI score for clustering techniques using K-Means is -0.417 while the score for K-Medoids is -0.652. The significant difference in the score shows that K-Medoids algorithm works better in determining the performance of lecturers in carrying out Tri Dharma activities.

Abstrak Pengembangan bahan ajar disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Menurut Branch (2009), pengembangan suatu produk berpusat kepada mahasiswa, salah satu strategi yang paling banyak dikenal untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami dan mengingat materi yang dibaca mahasiswa adalah Strategi PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite dan Review). Strategi ini membantu mahasiswa untuk menata informasinya secara bermakna, mengajukan, pertanyaan, merefleksi, dan mengulasnya. Langkah-langkah dalam strategi PQ4R dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengorganisasi teks, dan mengatur dirinya sendiri untuk memperoleh informasi lebih mendalam dengan elaborasi yang lebih luas. Sehingga mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar. Kemandirian dalam belajar diistilahkan dengan Self Regulated Learning. Model Pengembangan bahan ajar analisis real untuk memfasilitasi self regulated learning mahasiswa yaitu dengan model ADDIE. Tahapan ADDIE adalah (1) Analisis, (2) Perancangan, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi dan (5) Evaluasi. Kelayakan dan kualitas bahan ajar ditentukan dengan indikator valid, praktis, dan efektif. Validitas bahan ajar ditilik pada aspek materi dan desain bahan ajar, dan praktikalitas dilihat pada uji coba terbatas kepada 10 mahasiswa. Semua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini divalidasi kepada 2 orang validator yang merupakan dosen pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Jambi. Hasil yang diperoleh, Instrumen sudah dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Sedangkan hasil pengembangan bahan ajar analisis real dinyatakan valid dan praktis.   Kata Kunci: Analisis Real, Self Regulated Learning   Abstract Development of teaching materials tailored to the characteristics and needs of students. According to Branch (2009), the development of a product centered on students, one of the most well-known strategies to help students understand and remember material read by students is the PQ4R Strategy (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review). This strategy helps students to organize their information meaningfully, ask questions, reflect, and review it. The steps in the PQ4R strategy can help students organize the text, and organize themselves to obtain more in-depth information by means of broader elaboration. So that students will be more independent in learning. Independence in learning is termed Self Regulated Learning. Model Development of real analysis teaching materials to facilitate student self-regulated learning, namely the ADDIE model. ADDIE stages are (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. The quality of teaching materials is determined by valid, practical, and effective indicators. The validity of teaching materials is seen in the material aspects and design of teaching materials, and the practice seen in the trial is limited to 10 students and 1 lecturer. All instruments used in this study were validated to 2 validators who were lecturers in mathematics education FKIP Jambi University. The results obtained, the instrument has been declared eligible for use. While the results of developing real analysis teaching materials are declared valid and practical. It is assumed that the quality of teaching, teachers, and teaching materials provided to the first generation learners as in the context of my experience of teaching, Wadi Ad-Dawasir, Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University, has to have certain standards and measuring rods to assess the impact of teaching.

We use a random-effects model to find the factors that affect the student evaluation of teaching (SET) scores. Dataset covers 6 semesters, 496 undergraduate courses related to 101 instructors and 89 disciplines. Our empirical findings are: (i) the class size affects negatively the SET score; (ii) instructors with more experience are better evaluated, but these gains reduce over time; (iii) participating in training programs, designed to improve the quality of teaching, did not increase the SET scores; (iv) instructors seem to be able to marginally 'buy' a better evaluation by inflating students' grade. Finally, there are significant changes in the rankings when we adjust the SET score to eliminate the effects of variables beyond instructors' control. Despite these changes, they are not statistically significant.

The teaching materials need to see the reader's ability for how to understand the intent, to know the feasibility, and also for improvement practical content. This study wants to describe the contents practicality of popular scientific book on the ethnobotany’s Gliricidia maculata as supporting material for ethnobotany courses in biology education, FKIP ULM Banjarmasin. Ethnobotany popular scientific book refers to Tessmer Formative Evaluation with the steps on content practicality using individual tests (one to one) and also the content practicality assessment instrument too. The research subjects were 3 students of Biology Education FKIP ULM Banjarmasin who had passed the ethnobotany course and for the average result has 3.6 with very good criteria. Teaching materials that accordance with student characteristics allow more contextual learning experience, complete learning experience, developed according to the student conditions and implementation based on indicator as guidance.Abstrak Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan perlu melihat kemampuan pembaca dalam memahami maksud yang ingin disampaikan, mengetahui keterlaksanaan dan kemudahan penggunaan bahan ajar untuk penyempurnaan melalui suatu kepraktisan isi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepraktisan isi buku ilmiah populer etnobotani tumbuhan Gliricidia maculata sebagai materi penunjang mata kuliah etnobotani di pendidikan biologi FKIP ULM Banjarmasin. Buku ilmiah populer etnobotani sebagai bahan ajar dikembangkan melalui Evaluasi Formatif Tessmer dengan tahap yang dilakukan pada kepraktisan isi menggunakan uji perorangan (one to one) serta instrumen penilaian kepraktisan isi juga mengacu pada Tessmer. Subjek penelitian merupakan 3 orang mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi FKIP ULM Banjarmasin yang dinyatakan telah lulus mata kuliah etnobotani. Hasil rata-rata kepraktisan isi buku ilmiah populer memiliki nilai 3,6 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kondisi mahasiswa dapat membuat pengalaman belajar yang semakin kontekstual, pengalaman belajar yang utuh, serta dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa dan keterlaksanaan ditentukan berdasarkan indikator yang dijadikan pedoman.

This study is entitled Development of a Chain Message Game for Children Concentration of A TK Kartika II-1 Palembang Group which aims to produce chain message games that meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is Research Development and was developed using a combination of the Rowntree development model and Tessmer evaluation. The Rowntree development model consists of three stages, namely the planning, development, and evaluation stages. In the evaluation phase consists of four stages, namely the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. In the expert review stage using material experts and media experts. The technique of collecting data uses a walkthrough with a sheet of material and media expert validation test instruments and observation with an observation sheet instrument. The results showed that the validity of the material was 87 with a very valid category. The results also showed that the validity of the media was 92 with very valid categories. From the results of material validation and media validation, the product has a validity value of 89 with a very valid category. In the stage of one to one evaluation involving three children, the score was 92% with a very practical category. In the small group evaluation phase involving nine children the score was 93% with a very practical category because it met the practicality criteria. From all the steps that have been done, it can be concluded that the chain message game for the concentration of group A children is declared valid and practical.
