Russian blog texts are characterized by the fact that the respondent expresses opinions in order to convince the author of the effectiveness of certain ideas that cover his/her private life and professional activities. The respondent presents arguments in favor of his/her opinion, introduces the rationale for it, and at the same time indicates that the point of view previously expressed by the blogger is also relevant in the contextual situation under discussion. Rhetorical relations project conflict-free development of easy communication. As a result, the points of view put forward by the blogger and the respondent complement each other. It turns out that the same situation potentially generates both positive and negative emotions, and this is emphasized in the virtual communication based on the implementation of the phatic function of language. Rhetorical relations within the blog text help to combine different epistemic positions expressed by the interlocutors. In this regard, an urgent problem of linguistic research of Russian blog texts is to determine whether the interlocutors who exchange opinions and assessments form integral models of dialogic communication, based on which means of linking the stimulating and reacting messages are connected. This problem has not yet received proper empirical analysis in Russian studies and general language theory, although its solution, as we believe, contains significant implications for detailing the pragmatic specifics of blog communication. The aim of the study is to implement a structural and pragmatic analysis of rhetorical relations in blog texts, which involves identifying the dominant markers of these relations, their basic model and its variants. The goal stated in the article is realized through the following research methods: (1) the method of observation and interpretation of blogging while analyzing the peculiarities of the linguistic means of implementing connectivity; (2) descriptive-analytical (contextual) method-direct analysis of blog text fragments as a linear sequence; (3) a method for modeling rhetorical cause-and-effect relationships between segments of a single replica and at the level of integral dialogic unity in the blog text. It is concluded that rhetorical relations fix national and cultural stereotypes, which, in turn, determine the material and ideal scope of the degree of relevance of the addressees evaluation activity. When implementing such speech actions, the interlocutors take into rigid consideration not only the frequent and dominant cultural scripts of dialogic axiological performance, but also the relevant stereotypes of such activities that are set by the language system. The rhetorical relations between stimulating and reacting messages in the context of computer-mediated communication generate facilitate the processes of decoding the informative and emotional content of the jointly generated text and its implications.

Indonesia is an equatorial country which has a high population density. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2010 stated that of the total population of 237.6 million, including teenagers aged 10-24 years as much as 27.6 percent. The number of Indonesian adolescents based on the projection of Indonesia's population from 2010 to 2035 in 2018 will reach around 66.3 million (25.6%) of the total population. Based on this, the government must try to control the very high population growth rate. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research are the role of an ambassador for the planning generation in disseminating the BKKBN program to the community, especially to adolescents in North Sumatra in order to prepare family life for adolescents to realize a prosperous family, then the target material that must be conveyed by the ambassadors for the planning generation is adolescent reproductive health, PKBR (Preparation of Family Planning for Youth), Life Skill, GenRe Program, Population, and other materials related to the BKKBN program. to the ambassador to maximize the targets and vision and mission to be achieved. In the aspect of completeness of information, it needs to be evaluated in order to provide the information needed by adolescents so that they still get mutual support to achieve the target of holding a periodic evaluation activity to measure the success of achieving their targets.

As augmented reality (AR) and gamification design artifacts for education proliferate in the mobile and wearable device market, multiple frameworks have been developed to implement AR and gamification. However, there is currently no explicit guidance on designing and conducting a human-centered evaluation activity beyond suggesting possible methods that could be used for evaluation. This study focuses on human-centered design evaluation pattern for gamified AR using Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) to support educators and developers in constructing immersive AR games. Specifically, we present an evaluation pattern for a location-based educational indigenous experience that can be used as a case study to support the design of augmented (or mixed) reality interfaces, gamification implementations, and location-based services. This is achieved through the evaluation of three design iterations obtained in the development cycle of the solution. The holistic analysis of all iterations showed that the evaluation process could be reused, evolved, and its complexity reduced. Furthermore, the pattern is compatible with formative and summative evaluation and the technical or human-oriented types of evaluation. This approach provides a method to inform the evaluation of gamified AR apps. At the same time, it will enable a more approachable evaluation process to support educators, designers, and developers.

The article actualizes the problem of the formation of control and evaluation activities of junior schoolchildren in mathematics lessons, reveals the essence of the basic concepts of the study. Various aspects of control and evaluation activities are described. The problem of readiness to use modern means of assessment is considered. Methods and means of forming control and evaluative independence of primary schoolchildren are systematized. The problems that are encountered when using innovative assessment tools are identified, as well as the advantages of modern assessment tools in comparison with the traditional system. The stages of the formation of control and evaluative activity in younger schoolchildren, implying the development of evaluative independence, have been determined. Control and evaluation activities should be considered as an element of formative assessment, containing control and evaluation activities of the teacher and the student. The federal state educational standard of primary general education is focused on achieving the planned results: personal, metasubject and subject. When considering metasubject results, universal educational actions are distinguished, consisting of regulatory universal educational actions, including elements of control and assessment. During the formation of control and assessment, junior schoolchildren develop control and assessment independence. Until now, the assessment system was built within the framework of a subject-oriented approach, therefore it reflects only the result of mastering knowledge in each subject, and not educational and cognitive activities or, moreover, the assessment of personal and metasubject educational achievements of students. In the new assessment system, criteria are developed jointly by the teacher and students and are aimed at ensuring that students participate in assessment and assessment activities, thereby developing the skills of control, mutual control and self-assessment. The development of pedagogical science, the experience of Russia’s participation in international procedures for assessing the quality of education, the introduction and implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard and the resulting changes in the system for assessing learning outcomes determined the relevance of the topic under consideration.

Environmental evaluation is not an official examination required by a statutory regulation, but rather a proactive effort carried out consciously to identify environmental problems that will arise so prevention efforts can be carried out. The scope of this environmental evaluation activity comes from the 1994 Minister of Environment Decree of the Republic of Indonesia concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of Environmental audits as the basis of the variables to be evaluated. Data collection is done by interviewing 10 local people, Library Study, and Direct Observation to identify or look for historical information, a series of businesses and activities of local communities, environmental damage and Destination Management of Tidung Island. The results of this study found that Tidung Island began to develop as a tourist destination starting in 2009, with tourism activities mostly centered on the large Tidung Island, while the small Tidung Island became a conservation area managed by the government. Most of the local people of Tidung Island live depend on tourism activities, they facilitate tourists by building several tourism facilities and infrastructure. At present the environmental conditions in Pulau Tidung are undergoing a slight change, for example the marine ecosystem which can usually be overgrown with seaweed, currently cannot and is being tested for replanting, and the garbage at several coastal points on Tidung Island is large and small, slightly reducing the beauty of the island Tidung

This short article summarises the evaluation findings from the end of Year 1 Phase 2 Uni Connect Raising Higher Education Aspirations project in Lincolnshire. This national initiative, funded by the Office for Students, delivers targeted Higher Education outreach activities to young people in Years 9 to 13 in areas where the Higher Education participation of young people is much lower than expected based on GCSE-level attainment. These areas often coincide with where universities focus their widening participation efforts to help them meet their Access and Participation Plans. In Lincolnshire the project is managed and delivered by LiNCHigher, one of 29 local learning partnerships involved in the project nationally. The data were collected between March and July 2020 during the Covid-19 national lockdown when all schools were closed and draws primarily on data collected from six case study schools. Evaluation activity comprised an online student activity survey, semi-structured interviews with School and College Leads, LiNCHigher Area Engagement Officers and two student focus groups, conducted just prior to lockdown in early March. The evaluation found that, prior to Covid-19, interventions were beginning to have a positive impact on the Higher Education aspirations of all students and that schools both welcomed and valued the initiative highly. The evaluation report made several recommendations, including ensuring workshops are more interactive.

The article is devoted to the issues of monitoring the effectiveness of patriotic education of student youth in the context of the activity of a general educational institution. It is determined that monitoring is an evaluation activity aimed at determining the effectiveness of educational influences, studying the characteristics of the group in order to assess the level of education, and optimization of educational and upbringing processes. It is shown that the scientific principles of the organization of patriotic education of student youth require taking into account the level of their patriotic upbringing. It is proved that the main purpose of determining the effectiveness of pedagogical processes is to study the personalities of students, which allows to control the course and pace of their mental development, identify their individual and potential capabilities, features of class groups to identify general and functional delays, mental, labor and ethical difficulties in the development and thus scientifically measure the management of educational and upbringing processes. The main components of patriotic upbringing are characterized: cognitive, emotional-motivational, and activity ones. The key criteria of patriotic upbringing of student youth are revealed – knowledge and imagination, social behavior, activity and efficiency. It is noted that in the context of the implementation of personality-oriented approach, the study of student personality provides for the consideration of those requirements that are due, on the one hand, to the basic psychological and pedagogical principles, on the other, to the specific conditions of educational processes. It is concluded that after analyzing the formation of individual personality traits of each student, a general map is made in the classroom. In particular, the levels of education of each student and individual groups of students are shown, as well as to what extent and in what sphere of life (study, peers, work, self-education) at a given time a student can demonstrate independence, initiative, self-regulation of behavior, and who of them can do it only with the teacher’s support. Thus, the success of educational activities depends on the deep study of the inner world of students, on understanding the motives of their behavior. The teacher studies students not only in class, but also in the process of educational work: in extracurricular activities, when visiting the student’s family, during hiking and excursions, etc. The research does not claim to provide an exhaustive disclosure of all aspects of the specified problem. Further study and development are needed with the methodological bases to ensure the development of the process of patriotic education in the schools of Ukraine. Questions are raised as to formation of readiness of pedagogical workers for implementing the process of patriotic education in the conditions of decentralization
