Metodologia para estabelecimento de métricas em organizações - um estudo de caso em concessionárias de serviços públicos rodoviários

Measuring the development of organizations is of paramount importance to evaluate the development of the said organizations, even better if the measures are validated and become metrics of a subsector willing to guide in a trustworthy manner the decisions to be made in it's functions. The general objective in this thesis consists in proposing a methodology that allows the establishing metrics for service providers. One of the specific objectives is to make the analyse of the applicability of the methodology proposed in a set of pre-established companies of a service subsector; in this case, highway concessionaires of the state of Sao Paulo. A methodology is proposed that choses companies, in which to participate in a data collection process up until the obtention of metrics which are the indicators of valid developments. The TL 9000 is the sector of telecommunications that sustain a lot the methods of colectingthe proposed data. The work shows various indicators of development based on seven criterea of development proposed by Sink and Tuttle (1993) and evaluated by the competitive aspects by Slack (2002), besides other autors that consubstantiate the proposed methodology. From these indicators there were obtained some metrics, in which allows to conclude about the development of the highway concessionaires. It stands out that the proposed metrics are of quantitave stamp, measured the performance of the service companies analysed.

The almost instantaneous access to information provided by technological advances has revolutionized the behavior of people and of the classrooms too. Teachers had to adapt themselves to new technologies to maintain students interested and attentive to the discipline being taught. In this work, the behavior of the students of the 6th grade of elementary school II during class was observed. The school chosen is a public school in the State of São Paulo (Brazil). The research was based on data collection. The students were observed by being filmed during six months. The results showed that the students were interested in the classes and committed to the activities. The place that the student chooses to sit in the classroom influences the behavior of the teacher, because the more distant the teacher, the less he participates in the class.

The “caxeta” [Tabebuia cassinoides (Lam.) DC., Bignoniaceae] is exclusive of Brazil, where it occurs in flooded areas of the coastal plains, between the states of Pernambuco and Santa Catarina, forming large populations called “caxetais”. Bryophytes collections were made in 1988, 1993 and 1995, in the “caxetal” of Ubatuba, SP, Brazil. The material is deposited in the Herbaria SP and HRCB. This paper lists two divisions of bryophytes, with the total of 25 families, 61 genera, 109 species, one subspecies and four varieties. Lejeuneaceae totals the largest numbers of genera, species and of collected samples. The bryophytes were usually found on bark of living phorophytes and in a single kind of substrate. The bryoflora from “caxetal” is similar to that one reported for the Atlantic rain forest of the State of São Paulo. The liverworts Colura cylindrica and Leptolejeunea obfuscata are new records for the State of São Paulo

ResumoO objetivo deste estudo foi identificar, descrever e compreender os processos educativos desencadeados na relação Mestre-Aprendiz no contexto dos treinos de Capoeira da Associação Cultural e Desportiva Pena de Ouro, ministradas pelo Mestre Izael Teixeira. Nos orientamos pela Fenomenologia e, em busca de uma compreensão do fenômeno, realizamos inserção na citada Associação, localizada no município de São Carlos, interior do estado de São Paulo. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre outubro de 2014 e maio de 2015, totalizando 15 encontros, com 11 participantes. Durante todos os encontros foram redigidos registros sistemáticos de observações em diários de campo, dos quais foram organizadas as seguintes categorias temáticas: A) Pedagógica de Mestre Izael; B) Valorização do Mestre Izael pela Comunidade; C) Enquanto descanso, carrego pedra - resistência e ancestralidade. Foram identificados processos educativos de resistência, ancestralidade, pertencimento e fortalecimento de identidades.Palavras-chave: Processos Educativos. Capoeira. We use the Phenomenology to understand the phenomenon and we perform insertion in the Association, located in the city of São Carlos, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. O objetivo central deste capítulo é relacionar circunstâncias políticas governamentais no Brasil entre os anos de 1945 a 1982, que ambientaram a organização do lazer aos comerciários na Cidade de São Paulo. Com perspectivas que vão desde a criação do Serviço Social do Comércio no Estado São Paulo, assim como todo o processo de suas principais contribuições aos estudos do lazer no Brasil. Estão mencionadas neste estudo algumas estratégias que fizeram da Instituição uma das principais influenciadoras na construção do imaginário do lazer na Cidade de São Paulo; que manteve o foco em ações sociais ao comerciário e prestadores de serviço desde o seu perfil inicialmente “assistencialista”, quando criado em 1946, até a sua expressão mais atual, marcada pelo viés “educativo” em suas programações. Não se pretende neste capítulo discutir o melhor lazer aos comerciários, sendo o objetivo deste estudo questionar em quais proporções a instituição contribuiu ao entendimento do lazer como um tempo de realização pessoal mesmo em diferentes momentos da política governamental.Palavras-chave: Lazer, Serviço Social, Comerciários, Políticas governamentais, Cidade. AbstractThe central objective of this chapter is to relate governmental political circumstances in Brazil between the years of 1945 and 1982, which influenced the leisure organization to traders in São Paulo City, considering perspectives ranging from the creation of Commerce Social Service in the State of São Paulo, as well as the entire process of its main contributions to leisure studies in Brazil. Some strategies that have made the Institution one of the main influencers in the construction of leisure imaginary in São Paulo City are mentioned in this study; which focused on social actions to traders and service providers, since from an initially "welfarist" profile, when it was created in 1946, to its most current expression, marked by the "educational" bias in its schedules. This chapter does not intend to discuss the best leisure to traders, once this study purpose is to question in what proportions the institution contributed to the understanding of leisure as a time of personal fulfillment even at different moments of government policy.Keywords: Leisure, Social Work, Commerce, Government policies, City.

Objective: to analyze how nursing courses in the State of São Paulo, Brazil have operationalized the supervised curricular internship and to identify those that approach the recommendations proposed by the National Curriculum Guidelines. Method: a quantitative, descriptive-exploratory study. The sample consisted of 38 course coordinators. The data collection instrument was developed based on the Curricular Guidelines. Data collection took place electronically and, for data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Results: the undergraduate schools have developed internships for a mean of 860.4 hours in primary and tertiary care settings, with learning based on professional practice being the main teaching method. Formative assessment is the predominant mode of assessment, and nurses from health institutions participate in 44.7% of courses. The mean score obtained was 3.1 points (scale from 1 to 5), with the evaluation processes used being the most influential factor (p<0.001). Conclusion: the courses have partially met the educational legislation regarding the hours and participation of professionals from health institutions granting internship field, which can compromise the quality of training and the safety of care.

ResumoEste artigo teve como objetivo central identificar e compreender os processos educativos emergentes da prática social do atendimento educacional hospitalar em uma perspectiva lúdica junto a uma classe de hospital de uma cidade do interior do estado de São Paulo. Consistiu em pesquisa participante com o registro das observações em diários de campo para a coleta de dados. Com base na análise destes construímos a categoria “atenção e cuidado com outrem”. Consideramos que a atenção e o cuidado da Educadora da classe hospitalar, a partir da perspectiva lúdica, possibilitaram processos educativos como: amorosidade, diálogo, acolhimento e construção de laços de confiança, contribuindo com a ressignificação do contexto de hospitalização vivenciado pelas crianças.Palavras-chave: Processos Educativos. An analysis of the data enabled the construction of the category “attention and care for others”. RESUMO: Considerando a problemática acerca da linguagem e da identidade nos estudos de perspectiva discursiva, este trabalhobusca refletir sobre as representações construídas discursivamente sobre a cidade, considerando uma colônia italiana, no Estado de São Paulo. Em termos de coleta de dados, investiguei, a partir de depoimentos pessoaisemateriais que circulamno site oficial da cidade, os sentidos sobre ser italiano ou ser brasileiro, tendo emmente a construção do discurso urbano, uma vez que a cidade é um espaço simbólico que organiza conhecimentos sobre as pessoas, instituições e imagens. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: memória discursiva, cidade, discurso urbano. ABSTRACT: Dealing with problems of language and identity in discourse studies, this research analyzes discourse-constructed representations on the city, taking into account an Italian colony in the state of São Paulo. In terms of data collection, I investigated personal testimonies andmaterials that circulate in the official site of city the meanings of being Italian or Brazilian, keeping in mind the construction of urban discourse, since a city is a symbolic space that organizes knowledge about people, institutions, and images. This error led only articles with the word “boycott” to be selected. This means that the events described in this paper all happened, but there were many more events that also happened that were not captured in this research. We are returning to the data collection process and will be issuing an update after this is complete, probably a year from now.

Relata conclusões de um estudo sobre a alfabetização de jovens e adultos no Estado de São Paulo, no período de 1988 a 1991. O atendimento revelou-se irrisório em face da demanda potencial por esse serviço educativo. As políticas educacionais nas esferas federal e estadual de governo refluíram. O atendimento na suplência de 1ª a 4ª séries do 1° grau teve modesto crescimento devido às esferas estadual e municipal de governo; as matríadas no ensino privado mantiveram-se estagnadas; a participação da sociedade civil, no aspecto quantitativo, é pouco significativa. Verificou-se uma tendência à superação das ações emergenciais que caracterizaram no passado as campanhas de alfabetização de adultos, com a incorporação de um conceito mais abrangente de educação básica. O rendimento escolar é muito baixo, ainda que se observe uma tendência de melhora dos indicadores de evasão e repetência. Conclui-se que os níveis de qualidade de ensino alcançados não atingiram ainda patamares razoáveis. Abstract The article presents the conclusions of a research on litteracy among youngsters andadults in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, carried out between 1988 and 1991. The study shows that although schoolplacement inprimmary education institutions for adults and the young had a moderate increase due to initiatives at the state and municipal governement leveis, there were not enough school places in ali tofulfil the potential demandfor this educational service. Both federal and state educational policies receded. Moreover, the enrolment rates in private schools remained stagnant, and the participation of civil Society in this área was, in quantitative terms, rather insignificant. The study also demonstrated a tendencyfor the abandonment of the palliative policies like the adult litteracy campaings made in the past, and the development of a more comprehensive concept of basic education. Although a tendency for a decline of the failure and school-leaving rates could be observed, academic achievement was Still very low. The study finally concludes hat the quality of the adult basic education has not asyet reached acceptable levels. Résumé L'article décrit les conclusions d'une étude au sujet de l'alphabétization des jeunes et des adultes dans l'État de São Paulo. L'assistance était insufisante face à là demande potentielle pour ce service éducatif. Les politiques educatives aux niveaux federal et provincial ont recullé. L 'assistance des adultes au niveau de l 'enseignement primaire a subi un acroissement modéré dû à l'action des gouvernements municipal et provincial; les immatriculations dans l 'enseignement prive sont restées figées; la participation de là société civil n 'est pas significative sur l 'aspect quantitatif. On a vérifié une tendence à là supération des actions urgentes qui ont caracterize jadis les campagnes d 'alphabétization des adultes, avec le dévelopement d'un concept plus ample d'éducation de base. Le rendement scolaire est três bas, malgré une tendence à là diminution des indicateurs d'évasion et répetence durant là période de 1988-1991. On peut conclure que là qualité d'enseignement n 'a pas atteint des niveaux acceptables. Resumen El artículo relata Ias conclusiones de una investigación relativa a là al/abetización de jóvenes y adultos en el Estado de São Paulo, Brasil, en el periodo 1988-1991. El atendimiento escolar se ha revelado insignificante frente a là demanda por ese servicio educativo. Las políticas educacionales de los gobiernos federal y estadual retrocedieron. El atendimiento a jóvenes y adultos en el nivel primário de instrucción tuvo modesto crescimiento en virtud de là acción de los gobiernos estadual y municipal; las matriculas en là ensenanza privada se han mantenido estables; Ia participación de là sociedad civil es poço significativa desde el punto de vista cuantitativo. Se haprobado una tendência a là superaciôn de las acciones emergenciales que caracíerizaron en el pasado las campanas de alfabetización de adultos, por medio del desarrollo de un concepto más amplio de ensenanza básica. El rendimiento escolar es muy bajo, aunque se observe una tendência de mejora en los indicadores de deserción y repetición. Se impone la conclusión de que là calidad de là ensenanza no alcanzó todavia niveles aceptables.
