The Philippines-Indonesia coordinated patrol (Corpat Philindo) is an implementation of the 1975 Border Patrol Agreement (BPA) which was carried out on a scheduled basis by the two countries in the context of securing the Indonesia-Philippines maritime border. Corpat philindo is the response of the two countries to the existence of traditional border crossers of border communities as well as to guarantee the country's sovereignty from criminal acts and law violations in the border sea between Indonesia and the Philippines. The purpose of this study is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the Corpat Philindo which have been implemented from the perspective of marine power. The theories used in the analysis are international cooperation security theory and sea power theory. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques using secondary data and then uses theory to identify a process of events that the author studied. The results of this study conclude that the use of defense equipment, operational areas and support bases in the Corpat Philindo have not yet fulfilled the embodiment of sea power in the Philippines-Indonesia border sea.

This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land in South Tomohon Subdistrict Tomohon City. In particular, this study looks at internal factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land in South Tomohon Sub-District, Tomohon City. This study was conducted by using secondary data obtained from BPS (Statistics Bureau) office Tomohon City, Subdistrict office and Village Offices in South Tomohon Sub-district. And for the primary data obtained from the direct interview with the farmers. The data is then analyzed by using qualitative data analysis techniques using tables and described descriptively. The results of research showed that land function change happened in this area, allot of land that is as housing (70%). Furthermore, for the main cause of landowners sell or alter the function of agricultural land that is due to the cost of child education and high selling prices.*jnkd*.

This study aims to find out what laws and regulations in Indonesia protect children as criminals due to being stimulated by pornography. This research uses normative legal research methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques. The study results indicate that several laws in Indonesia protect children as perpetrators of criminal act due to being stimulated by pornography. In this case, it consists of Law No. 4 of 1979, Law No. 39 of 1999, Law No. 17 of 2016, Law No. 44 of 2008, and Law No. 11 of 2012. This can be seen from all the considerations of the Panel of Juvenile Judges in deciding the criminal case of sexual intercourse committed by the perpetrator YY against the victim of FH. Therefore, it is hoped that law enforcers regarding the handling of children who commit criminal acts resulting from being stimulated by pornography can distinguish their treatment from criminal acts in general, such as theft. In addition, children who commit crimes due to being stimulated by pornography must also be accompanied by a psychologist to ensure that the child's mental condition can return to normal. Assistance by religious leaders must also be done so that children can return to the right path and be blessed by God.

This study aims to find out how, obstacles and efforts and problem solving on the work effectiveness of employees at PT Hasjrat Abadi Sorong City. The research method using qualitative. Data analysis techniques, the data collected in this study, both primary data and secondary data were re-examined in order to determine the completeness of the data obtained. The results of this study indicate that the leader's policy on employee work effectiveness is very important with good communication, direction and guidance providing opportunities and confidence in carrying out work effectiveness in the company, vision and mission, environment and intimacy. The way to solve the problem of the leader's policy in the effectiveness of employee work is to conduct various direct opinions, create a good working atmosphere and relationship, provide work support facilities and infrastructure and establish good cooperation between leaders and employees.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Bukit Kecil sub-district of Palembang. The type of this research is descriptive research. The first variable used is understanding level of BOS funds managers with indicators of understand, quite understand and not understand.  The second variable is the use of funds with indicators of purchasing / duplicating textbooks, financing all activities in the context of admission of new students, financing of learning activities, financing examinations, purchasing consumables, financing of power  and services subscriptions, financing school care, monthly teacher fee payment, financing teacher professional development  and computer equipment purchase. The third variable is reporting with indicators of the central BOS management team reports, provincial BOS management team reports, district / city BOS management team reports and school BOS management reports. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview lists and documentation. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis, quantitative and data analysis techniques. The results show that the fund managers of School Operational Fund (BOS) have already understood in using BOS funds in accordance with the provisions that have been determined.

The research objective is to find out the accounting information system at Dian Lestari savings and loan Cooperative, East Jakarta. In further analysis, this study analyzes and designs an accounting information system that can be applied in the cooperative. Data were collected through interviews, observation and secondary data in the form of documents. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis with an inductive approach. The results showed that the savings and loan accounting system at the Dian Lestari Cooperative had several shortcomings and weaknesses, namely manual records, inadequate reporting coordination between devices in the cooperative and the lack of accuracy in reporting or recording. The design of the savings and loan accounting information system proposed by the researcher is designed to be able to overcome existing weaknesses or deficiencies tailored to the needs of the cooperative

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze: 1) The importance of the notary's obligation to safeguard the confidentiality of the contents of any particular act as referred to in Article 16 paragraph 1 of the letter (f) of Act No. 2 of 2014 Regarding Change of Law of 30 of 2004 About the Notary Department. 2). It is the responsibility of the Notary department for the abuse of confidentiality by millions of employees.This study is a type of normative juridical research, using a legislative and conceptual approach to Data collection derived from primary and secondary data, using interview methods and library studies. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis.The result of the research is 1).The importance of the Notary's obligation to safeguard the confidentiality of the contents of the deed, particularly in the matter of Article 16 paragraph 1 letter (f) of Act No. 2 of 2014 About the Amendment of Act No. 30 of 2004 About the Notary Department is to keep everything confidential. and any evidence obtained for the making of the deed in accordance with the oath / appointment of the department. 2).
