The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze: 1) The importance of the notary's obligation to safeguard the confidentiality of the contents of any particular act as referred to in Article 16 paragraph 1 of the letter (f) of Act No. 2 of 2014 Regarding Change of Law of 30 of 2004 About the Notary Department. 2). It is the responsibility of the Notary department for the abuse of confidentiality by millions of employees.This study is a type of normative juridical research, using a legislative and conceptual approach to Data collection derived from primary and secondary data, using interview methods and library studies. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis.The result of the research is 1).The importance of the Notary's obligation to safeguard the confidentiality of the contents of the deed, particularly in the matter of Article 16 paragraph 1 letter (f) of Act No. 2 of 2014 About the Amendment of Act No. 30 of 2004 About the Notary Department is to keep everything confidential. and any evidence obtained for the making of the deed in accordance with the oath / appointment of the department. 2). The responsibility of the notary office is due to the misuse of confidentiality by the employees although in this case the notary does not commit a direct offense, because in one of the principles of civil liability there is a principle of absolute responsibility, whereby the person commits an error indirectly (due to negligence or negligence) heart) can be held responsible for the loss suffered by someone.Keywords: Notaries; Responsibilities; Minutes Deed.

This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. This research is located in Pakraman Karang Sari, Village Office Suana, Nusa Penida in tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri which aims to determine the function of local communities in the management of the attraction in the development and planning as a community-based tourism destination.         Data collection techniques in this study, by observation, in-depth interviews with 6 informant, and documentation study by taking a picture in the attractions of Goa Giri Putri. Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to know the use of cryptocurrency can replace conventional money as a means of  payment in Indonesia. This article belongs to the type of normative legal research that is prescriptive to produce a new concept in resolving the problems faced by supported by a legal approach and a case approach. The data used is secondary data with primary binding and fundamental material. Data collection techniques using library studies. The data analysis technique used by the authors is a silogism analysis. The results showed that cryptocurrencies are difficult to substitute for conventional currency use as a means of payment in Indonesia because there is no centralized authority governing as well as the value of a relatively unstable cryptocurrency from Conventional currency that has been circulating in Indonesia is the rupiah, it is difficult to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment at the least level of Use daily.<br />Keywords: Payment Tools; Paymeny Systems; Conventional Currency; Cryptocurrency.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan cryptocurrency dapat menggantikan uang  konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia. Artikel ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat preskriptif untuk menghasilkan konsep baru dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, didukung dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan bahan hukum primer yang sifatnya mengikat dan mendasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis merupakan analisis silogisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cryptocurrency sulit untuk menggantikan kegunaan mata uang konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia karena tidak ada otoritas terpusat yang mengatur serta nilai dari cryptocurrency yang relatif tidak stabil dari mata uang konvensional yang sudah beredar di Indonesia yaitu rupiah, maka sulit untuk menggunakan cryptocurrency sebagai alat pembayaran di tingkat paling kecil yaitu penggunaan sehari-hari.<br />Kata Kunci: Alat Pembayaran; Sistem Pembayaran; Uang Konvensional; Cryptocurrency.</p>

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kerajinan sulaman kruistik di nagari Embunpagi Kabupaten Agam. Kerajinan sulaman kruistik merupakan salah satu kerajinan di Nagari Embunpagi yang mempunyai nilai keindahan tersendiri yang banyak diminati. Sulaman kruistik adalah sulaman yang memakai jahitan benang yang bersilangan membentuk huruf x diatas kain tenunan sejajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kerajinan sulaman kruistik dilihat dari segi desain dan motif di Nagari Embunpagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Jenis data yaitu berupa data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari pimpinan dan karyawan usaha dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan bersifat induktif berdasarkan fakta- fakta yang ditemukan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bentuk desain motif berupa naturalis dengan bentuk bunga dan daun, dan bentuk geometris berupa garis- garis yang disusun.. Crystalline embroidery is one of the handicrafts in Nagari Embunpagi that has its own beauty value that is in great demand. Crewistic embroidery is embroidery that uses cross stitches forming letters x on parallel woven fabrics. The aim of this study is to describe the shape of the crew embroidery craft in terms of design and motif in Nagari Embunagi. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of data is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained from business leaders and employees and secondary data obtained from documentation. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed are inductive based on facts found and conclusions drawn. The results of the research obtained are the form of motif design in the form of naturalists with flower and leaf shapes, and geometric shapes in the form of lines arranged.  Keywords: needlepoint, embunpagi.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

<p>This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.</p>
