This research uses a five-construct theoretical model as the basis for finding out what factors can satisfy customers in the online leathercraft industry. The questionnaire is based on this model, which is distributed through online channels and social media. There are 691 samples obtained and analyzed by looking at the demographic data and then correlation and regression analysis. The results obtained are that all hypotheses are accepted with factors that can satisfy customers: online shopping experience; external incentives; customer service; and security/privacy; and personal characteristics. For personal characteristics that can be used as factors, namely monthly salary and occupation. These five factors are recommended to be implemented by the online leathercraft industry to satisfy their customers.

The ubiquity of social media platforms facilitates free flow of online chatter related to customer experience. Twitter is a prominent social media platform for sharing experiences, and e-retail firms are rapidly emerging as the preferred shopping destination. This study explores customers’ online shopping experience tweets. Customers tweet about their online shopping experience based on moments of truth shaped by encounters across different touchpoints. We aggregate 25,173 such tweets related to six e-retailers tweeted over a 5-year period. Grounded on agency theory, we extract the topics underlying these customer experience tweets using unsupervised latent Dirichlet allocation. The output reveals five topics which manifest into customer experience tweets related to online shopping—ordering, customer service interaction, entertainment, service outcome failure, and service process failure. Topics extracted are validated through inter-rater agreement with human experts. The study, thus, derives topics from tweets about e-retail customer experience and thereby facilitates prioritization of decision-making pertaining to critical service encounter touchpoints.

Aim: The aim of this study was to predict the creativity of the engineers of Kermanshah Engineering Organization based on their personality and mental health factors. Method: This study was performed with Pearson correlation and multiple regressions, Cranach's Alpha coefficient, SPSS software version 20. A total of 375 engineers were selected based on Morgan table that completed 3 types of questionnaires: Torrance questionnaire (verbal section), (NEO-FFI) questionnaire and GHQ-28 questionnaire. The significant level in this study was considered as 0.05. This study was descriptive and correlation based. The sampling method was random. The study was a descriptive – correlative. Result: Correlation and regression analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between creativity (fluidity, flexibility, innovation, expansion) with five factors of personality (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Openness, Agreeableness) and mental health (physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, depression, social function).  So regression analysis showed that personality factors (neuroticism, extraversion, flexibility) are better models to predict creativity.

Customer satisfaction has been identified as an important phenomenon in relation to online shopping.  The investigation of what cause customer satisfaction has become paramount for online businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of customer satisfaction in an online context. In this study, the authors proposed a conceptual model of customer satisfaction in the online context by identifying the key factors proposed by previous studies, and hypotheses were developed accordingly. The hypotheses were tested through multiple regression analysis, based on a sample of 150 online customers. The study found that customer service, website design and security perception were significantly associated with online customer satisfaction.

Free-cutting steel gains specific working properties thanks to the high content of sulfur and phosphorus. These elements, especially sulfur, have a rather high tendency to segregation. Therefore, segregation defects in free-cutting steel continuously cast billets can be significantly developed. The aim of the work was to study the influence of the chemical composition of freecutting steel and casting technological parameters on the quality of the macrostructure of continuously cast billets. A metallographic assessment of the internal structure of cast metal made of free-cutting steel and data processing by application of correlation and regression analysis were the research methods. The array of production data of 43 heats of free-cutting steel of grade A12 was studied. Steel casting on a five-strand radial type continuous casting machine was carried out by various methods of metal pouring from tundish into the molds. Metal of 19 heats was poured with an open stream, and 24 heats – by a closed stream through submerged nozzles with a vertical hole. High-quality billets had a cross-sectional size of 150×150 mm. The macrostructure of high-quality square billets made of free-cutting steel of A12 grade is characterized by the presence of central porosity, axial segregation and peripheral point contamination, the degree of development of which was in the range from 1.5 to 2.0 points, segregation cracks and strips – about 1.0 points. In the course of casting with an open stream, almost all of these defects are more developed comparing with the casting by a closed stream. As a result of correlation and regression analysis, linear dependences of the development degree of segregation cracks and strips both axial and angular on the sulfur content in steel and on the ratio of manganese content to sulfur content were established. The degree of these defects development increases with growing of sulfur content in steel of A12 grade. These defects had especially strong development when sulfur content in steel was of more than 0.10%. To improve the quality of cast metal, it is necessary to have the ratio of the manganese content to the sulfur content in the metal more than eight.

Despite being in nascent stage m-commerce is gaining momentum in India. The explosive growth of smart-phone users has made India much loved business destination for whole world. Indian internet user is becoming the second largest in the world next to China surpassing US, which throws open plenty of e-commerce opportunities, not only for Indian players, offshore players as well. Mobile commerce is likely to overtake e-commerce in the next few years, spurred by the continued uptrend in online shopping and increasing use of mobile apps. The optimism comes from the fact that people accessing the Internet through their mobiles had jumped 33 per cent in 2014 to 173 million and is expected to grow 21 per cent year-on-year till 2019 to touch 457 million. e-Commerce brands are eyeing on the mobile app segment by developing user-friendly and secure mobile apps offering a risk-free and easy shopping experience to its users. Budget 4G smart phones coupled with affordable plans, can very well drive 4G growth in India.

Subject. The article investigates and quantifies factors of insurance markets functioning in Russian regions, and reveals possibilities to manage them. Objectives. The purpose of the study is to substantiate regional factors that determine the specifics of regional insurance market development; to quantify them to increase the efficiency of regional insurance. Methods. The study draws on statistical methods, functional analysis, algorithm development, correlation and regression analysis. Results. I calculated coefficients of pair and multiple correlation with the indicators of insurance markets in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and composed regression equations. Based on the analysis, I determined the algorithm for inverse effect of the insurance market on the economic, social, fiscal and environmental performance of the region, offered appropriate measures aimed at developing the economic potential of the region and its social sphere. Conclusions. The paper considers the case of the Republic of Khakassia, one of depressed subjects in the Siberian Federal District. The developed models can be used for other regions of Russia, given the geographical and economic features of development. The findings may help generate regional strategies for socio-economic development at the country level. The scientific contribution and the novelty of the work consist of systematizing and quantifying the factors affecting the insurance mechanisms of regional markets, and assessing the inverse effect of insurance mechanisms on integrated development of the region.

The results of studies on the impact of industrial technology of potato cultivation on growth, yield and quality of products. There was a positive response of plants to fertilizer K2SO4 in the period of planting. Correlation and regression analysis of yield and quality of tubers revealed a high degree of reliability of the results of experience. The contents of nitrates and heavy metals in tubers was below the permissible values.
