The development of IT in the digital era 4.0 currently provides a considerable and different influence on each user, including children. In general, the problems in the world of education include the quality and quantity of education related to quality and equality in obtaining access to education without any gaps and exceptions. The solution that can be developed is the optimization of the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the world of education. One of the roles of ICT in education is realized by the development of online learning (e-learning) or the direct use of ICTs for children. Many changes - changes in different new values can have a positive impact on children's growth, especially on intellectual intelligence, intelligence emotional, spiritual, and social intelligence. ICTs have a good influence on children's intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social intelligence; IT brings a bad influence on children's intellectual intelligence; IT has a pretty good influence on children's emotional intelligence; IT has a pretty good influence on children's spiritual intelligence, IT has a good influence on children's social intelligence. Importance of Parents has a role to be able to know the changes that occur during child development.

<p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>

ABSTRACT  Education is a medium that has a major role in creating quality humans and providing various aspects of life. The development and progress of a country can be seen from how education can form quality Human Resources (HR). In this digital era, technology development is increasing rapidly. This happens because of the world of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where technology is the fundamental thing in it. Workers in all fields in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are required to have digital skills, such as in the fields of development, economy and education. Various kinds of technology should be applied in preparing for classroom learning. One of the uses of technology in learning that makes this possible is the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Where in reality that learning does not have difficulty in building by space and distance which is impossible if done naturally, but the expected reality can be realized through an innovation or renewal of the educational aspect through the concept of E-Learning. So that the use of existing or updated media is expected to be able to stimulate student motivation to be more interested in learning activities. This study aims to describe how the use of E-Learning-based Learning House media in increasing learning motivation for PPKn class XI TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Kragilan and to see what are the obstacles in using Rumah Belajar media and the efforts that can be made by teachers. in increasing student motivation. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar bagi dunia pendidikan. Bentuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diterapkan di dunia pendidikan adalah metode pembelajaran online atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan e-Learning yang membantu sebuah proses pembelajaran. Berawal dari adanya masalah pada motode pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika pada Fakultas Teknik UNIS Tangerang, maka dikembangkan suatu pembelajaran online (e-learning) dengan metode object oriented berbasis web  mengunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dengan model pembelajaran online berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah logika Matematika dan pembelajaran online memudakan Dosen memberikan materi pembelajaran serta memberikan tugas kepada para mahasiswa dan dosen pun bisa meng-upload materi dan tugas dimana saja dan kapan saja. Kata kunci : e-learning, Pembelajaran, Logika Matematika ABSTRAK The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought enormous changes to the world of education. The form of development of information and communication technology that is applied in the world of education is an online learning method or better known as e-Learning that helps a learning process. Tumbuh kembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi, khususnya teknologi informasi komunikasi banyak membawa dampak yang positif bagi berkembangnya dunia informasi dan terlebih khusus lagi pada dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan formal, informal, dan non formal dapat menikmati fasilitas teknologi informasi komunikasi dari yang simpel sampai kepada yang kompleks. Format-format pendidikan yang mungkin tersedia di abad ke-21 yaitu Cyber (E-Learning) yang merupakan belajar atau pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi komunikasi melalui perangkat komputer dan atau internet, open/distance learning yaitu model pembelajaran jarak jauh, dimana guru dan peserta didik/siswa berada dalam satu tempat yang berbeda tetapi bisa dengan waktu yang sama, serta dengan kemajuan teknolosi saat ini bisa juga dengan bertatap muka melalui kamera tetapi tidak bisa bertatap fisik secara langsung. The development in the information and communication technology is a blessing and a gift from Allah which is given to humanity. Internet and virtual media facilities make it easy for humans to access information and socialize without being blocked by time and space. This development has a positive impact on the development of learning in this digital era. The habituation and optimization of Islamic religious education learning through Google Classroom is one way to foster the ability of learners of this century. This research involved sixth grade students at MI Islamiyah City of Malang. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of learning through Google Classroom has an impact in preparing the learning process of Islamic religious education, so that it can be a positive provision in transfer of knowledge. Abstrak            Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan nikmat dan karunia Allah yang dikaruniakan kepada umat manusia. Fasislitas internet dan media virtual, memudahkan manusia dalam mengakses informasi dan bersosialisasi tanpa disekat oleh ruang dan waktu. Perkembangan ini berdampak positif bagi perkembangan pembelajaran di era digital ini. Pembiasaaan dan optimalisasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam melalui Google Classroom merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuh kembangkan kemampuan peserta didik abad ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa-siswi kelas VI di MI Islamyyah Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran melaui Google Classroom memiliki dampak dalam mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, sehingga bisa menjadi bekal yang positif dalam memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge).

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain, study and analyze: 1) the implementation of e-learning as a learning media in the study program of Educational Administration Concentration in Information and Communication Technology, University of Muhammadiyah Kendari. 2) the positive impact of the implementation of e-learning as a learning media on the study program of Educational Administration Concentration in Information and Communication Technology, University of Muhammadiyah Kendari. 3) the challenges faced in implementing e-learning as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari.This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari in the Educational Administration Study Program. The sample in this study were students who were taught using e-learning totaling 17 people. This type of research is a combination of research (mixed methods) with a sequential explanatory model. The data obtained were analyzed in the form of a percentage.The results showed that 1) the results of the analysis of the implementation of e-learning as a learning medium showed that e-learning could be implemented as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari supported by the readiness and ability of human resources in using information and communication technology devices (computers / laptop and internet), ease of getting teaching materials and ease of gathering assignments and evaluations, and the availability of supporting infrastructure (computer / laptop laboratories and internet networks). This is corroborated with quantitative data of 81.57%, 2) the results of the analysis of the positive impact of the implementation of e-learning as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari showed that the positive impact of implementing e-learning as a learning medium was felt by students, namely being flexible in following learning, saving time in the learning process, can reduce the cost of traveling to campus, saving the cost of purchasing books, besides that students can learn anytime and anywhere and make more independent in gaining knowledge, this is strengthened with quantitative data of 84.55 %, 3) the results of the analysis of the challenges of implementing e-learning as a learning medium for students of the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari University are the challenges faced in implementing e-learning as a learning medium that is not yet maximally supporting facilities and infrastructure (labora computer thorium and internet network), this is corroborated by quantitative data the challenges of implementing e-learning as a learning medium by 71.24%.Keywords: Impact, Challenges, E-learning, Learning media

The development of information and communication technology is very fast affecting various fields of life and professions. The changes that were accompanied by the potential offer of telematics also caused a paradigm shift in the field of higher education. The paradigm changes include E-Learning, E-Research, and information literacy which requires libraries to develop to support the smooth running of education, research and society. This reserach uses participatory observation method. The subjects of this study were active library users of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Data collection in this research is through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study are the perceptions and expectations of users to  the development of Raden Intan Library in the digital era is the merging of the Four building concepts: the concept of green library, Academic Library, Supermarket Library and Home Library.   In this digital era, all information and communication technology emhanched faster all the time. This issue gives a big chance on communication practice become more effective than before. Hence, to full the tight competition on digital era such as online media, the researcher wanted to investigate about applying ethic of journalist code in the online media and in journalist understanding to the ethic journalist code. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method which oriented on the field research and literature. On the other side, the qualitative research also directs into the finding of basic theory which is emphasized the process over the result. It also limits the research with the focus which has criteria on finding the trustwothiness dta. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.
